Plan Radar is an excellent piece of software.Once you get your head round things, there is so much you can do with it. The IT support is also very very good.

There are a lot of good things about plan radar and its concept. However sorting has been a continual struggle, larger groups should show all tickets within. Sorting needs to be made simplified finding a specific item is challenging when you have 100s of tickets. Warranty claim tickets should also be sorted differently and should have their own tab for better superintendent to Property management organization and communication.

Einfache Dokumentation - Preispakete zu große Unterschiede
Zur Zeit nutze ich es in der Vollversion als Test. Sehr Nützliche Software die Abnahme und Mängelerfassung deutlich vereinfacht - Support während der Testphase schwierig zu erreichen und ungenügend. Preispakete mit großen Preisunterschieden. Es fehlt mir ein Basic mit Vordruckeditior.

Ich bin enttäuscht, dass die Kamera nach dem Update nicht mehr einwandfrei funktioniert, sehr schade für soviel Geld.
Wertvolles Tool
Von Beginn an verwenden wir PlanRadar. Umso größer das Projekt, um so wichtiger. Die Erfassung und Terminierung ist sehr gut, keine Fristen werden verpaßt. Die Dokumentation ist vorbildlich. Ständig wird das Programm weiter entwickelt und der Support ist hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Zanders
Good app, just missing directions
This app does everything you’d want for site recording except one thing - when you add a pin you can’t add an arrow, so you can’t tell which direction a photo was taken without adding extra labels. I hope they add this feature soon!
Notiz Funktion für Bilder auf dem PC
Guten Tag, möchte auf einen Fehler in der App aufmerksam machen, und zwar wenn mann etwas ins Bild schreiben möchte am PC geht das nicht! Am Handy geht es Problem los, halt nur nicht wenn man am Rechner Sitz.
So easy
Figured this out so quickly, even though I’m not that bright! So much cheaper than Procore. I don’t get a bunch of tools I don’t need. Just perfect for assigning and completing tasks in the field. And for running reporting on task statuses.
Guter Ansatz doch viel zu teuer
An sich eine gute Idee und gut umgesetzt. Aber viel zu teuer. Und selbst mit der Pro Version noch limitierte Anzahl an Projekten. Die angepriesene BIM Funktionalität wohl sogar nur mit der teuersten Pro Version für über 100 Euro im Monat!? Man kann nur hoffen dass sich die Preise noch regulieren. Ansonsten schiebt die Konkurrenz eben nach.
Sehr gut
Finde PlanRadar sehr gut und arbeite bei mir in der Firma sehr viel damit. Einzigst was ich mir wünschen würde wäre das man innerhalb der App Projekte die man aktuell nicht brauch „deaktivieren“ kann, durch unzählige Projekte und Tickets von mehr als 20.000 ist der Speicher des Handys sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden.

Brilliant
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and it’s absolutely brilliant. It’s really helped myself and my staff to stay organised and has also proved to be a great tool to ensure projects run smoothly, and all members informed of changes.
Not user-friendly
I’m pretty good with technical things but this app whether it be on the computer or iPad is very cumbersome to set up a project. I was trying to find a punchlist program that my company could use for all Superintendents. This ain’t it and I shouldn’t have to tap on tech support’s shoulder every time I need to do something. Update - Got a developer response. Can’t sign in, can’t open a new account. Moving on…
Gut vernetzt
Gute Software um alle Gewerke zu erreichen. Intuitive Nutzeroberfläche, die lediglich auf iOS und Androide unterschiedlich ist, was stellenweise mehr Umgewöhnung erfordert. Baustellendokumentation wird vereinfacht, da alle Daten und Informationen an einem Ort sind und durch dritte innerhalb des Büros auch eingesehen werden können.
Funktion top Apopreis flop
Na ja für eine schöne Datenbankoberfläche so hohe Abokosten zu verlangen ein no go. Günstiger wären mehr bereit zu zahlen.

Diese App ist viel zu kompliziert.
Bis ein neues Projekt angelegt ist vergeht Zuviel Zeit. Ist nur auf Bauleitung ausgerichtet und nichts für Handwerker oder Ähnliches. Zu teuer.
Tolles tool für‘s Baumanagement
Durch die sehr gute Plandarstellung (keine Verzögerungen beim öffnen von Plänen) ist das Projekt ständig gut im Überblick. Laufende Erfassung von Mängeln funktioniert sehr einfach und lässt sich individuell konfigurieren. Offline Modus sollte noch verbessert werden.

Plan Radar is a great product it’s really easy to use which was fantastic when I was issuing it out to site. The sites were moaning before they even saw the app. however when they actually started using Plan Radar they found out how easy it was and it made task management simple. A++

Die Rufen permanent an erst mit Nummer dann Anonym. Selbst wenn man sagt man will kein weiteren Kontakt. Sehr unseriöse Firma mit ungeschulten Personal, die einen permanent belästigen.
Einfach und übersichtlich
Die App ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Jedoch speichert sie leider die auf der Plattform hochgeladenen Daten auf dem Speicher der mobilen Endgeräte.

Große Arbeitserleichterung
Spart sehr viel Zeit beim Erfassen von Mängeln und Dokumentation. Macht den Alltag auf der Baustelle einfacher und besser.
Update ist gewöhnungsbedürftig
Grundsätzlich eine perfekte App für Mängelmanagement auf einer Baustelle. Die neue Version allerdings verlangt vom User sehr viel Eigenleistung, bis das ganze wieder funktioniert. Der intuitive Zugang ist meiner Meinung nach verloren gegangen. Schade.

Terrible - log in doesn't even work!
Signed up. Password saved in icloud key chain (so definitely correct). App won't let me log in. Re-sent password. Same result. Frankly if your app can't even handle basic logins it will be useless to track projects! Avoid and save yourself the pain of shouting at an app that simply won't open. Poor
Gute Baustellendokumentation
Lana David bei mir eingesetzt zur Dokumentation der Baustellen hauptsächlich um Mängel festzuhalten. Die Benutzung an einem Smartphone ist etwas schwieriger und sollte vielleicht mit Zukunft über arbeitet werden. Ansonsten kann ich die App uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Pläne sind ersichtlich und Tickets können ortsbezogen positioniert werden so wie es sein muss. Top
