Ich nutze Ihre App regelmäßig in Verbindung mit einem Leica X3 und X6 Lasermessgerät, mit DST360 stoße aber aktuell auf mehrere schwerwiegende Probleme, die den produktiven Einsatz deutlich behindern: 1. App-Absturz bei Geräteverbindung: Die App stürzt reproduzierbar ab, sobald die Verbindung zum Lasergerät hergestellt wird. Dies betrifft mehrere Versuche auf verschiedenen Geräten. 2. Fehlverhalten bei der Sketch-Funktion: Beim Zeichnen mit der Sketch-Funktion verschieben sich die bereits gemessenen Linien, anstatt dass die noch nicht festgelegten Linien angepasst werden. Dies führt zu inkorrekten Zeichnungen und erfordert einen kompletten Neuanfang. 3. Fehlerhafte Linienplatzierung nach Punkt-zu-Punkt-Messung: Nach einer Punkt-zu-Punkt-Messung ist es nicht möglich, eine Linie präzise auf einem gemessenen Punkt zu platzieren – das Maß wird nicht übernommen. • Eine manuelle Eingabe des Maßes ist nicht möglich. • Ein direkter Eintrag über den Laser ebenfalls nicht. Auswirkung: Diese Fehler machen die App im aktuellen Zustand für den professionellen Einsatz unbrauchbar, insbesondere in zeitkritischen oder komplexen Aufmaßsituationen. Bitte um Rückmeldung: Ich bitte Sie um eine technische Prüfung der genannten Probleme und eine Rückmeldung, ob und wann mit einem entsprechenden Update bzw. Bugfix zu rechnen ist.
Looks professional and is quick
I’m a project engineer and this saves me time from setting up my Leica TS16 and gives professional results
massive potential but poor execution
inability to move lines and areas about make it impossible to create a multi room plan. I have tried thinking both inside the box and outside. Without the ability to drag and drop and group areas then this app as well as “the package” of buying a leica product to use with it is flawed.
Needs iCloud file sync
I’m out on site and need my files but none are showing up. This is 2025 and iCloud file storage should be a basic inclusion for expensive devices from Leica

Pretty good
As an app it’s almost perfect , working with the Leica X6 it is brilliant . Purchased X6 this week and took out for a survey with the app set-up , having previously been using a Leica s910 for almost a decade , this app with the laser measure have exceeded expectations. The relocate tool , ability to choose between lines and points (so that doesn’t all have to join together) and ability to see what I’m measuring in 3d and choice to use a previous point (if having measured another one close to it) , are fantastic . The reason I wouldn’t yet give the app 5 stars is because minor improvements can be made. 1. A function to delete lines and points would be good, at present you can undo but would be good to be able to select any line or point and remove 2. A layer function that works with sketchup or AutoCAD would be good , that way different types of object could be grouped and identified easily 3. A function to add notes would be great although if number 2 was implemented , wouldn’t be quite so important. All in all though , these are minor tweaks that could improve it and it is still a great interface when used with a p2p measuring tool .
Frustrating…
Using the free version in sketch mode and trying to input measurements manually on my IPhone 15 Pro. There is no way to put a decimal place when working in meters. Is this maybe just an iPhone issue? Settings are set to meters and suggest you can input to two decimal places but the dot does not appear on the numerical keyboard so it’s whole numbers only or change the settings and work in cm or mm. I do own a Leica Disto D110 but it’s new and I have not got round to figuring out how to send the info to this app… yet. Otherwise the app feels nice and is laid out well. But when I’m putting floor plans together for areas that exceed 1000m I really don’t want or need to work in cm lol

Super nützlich, aber könnte noch mehr Funktionen haben
Die App ist ein Muss für Besitzer eines Laser-Entfernungsmesser. In der kostenpflichtigen Version hat sie alle Funktionen für die Benutzung mit dem DST-360 Stativ, die kostenlose Version reicht für alle, die das Stativ nicht besitzen. Was mir fehlt ist beispielsweise, dass man bei „Smart Room“ eine Trennwand, die dünner als das Disto ist und deshalb nicht gemessen werden kann, manuell eingeben kann. Die Wasserwaage des Disto sollte auch auf dem Smartfon sichtbar sein, das braucht man, wenn man ein Brett hoch oben an der Wand montiert, und deshalb das Display des Disto nicht sieht. Aber insgesamt eine super App, die gerne häufiger mit neuen Features aktualisiert werden kann.
Impossibile cambiare l’abbonamento
Possessore di dietò X4 e DST 360 ed IPhone 13 Pro. Appena comprato il vostro utensile ho proceduto ad effettuare il pagamento con un affitto mensile delle funzioni aggiuntive della App Disto Plan immaginando di poter eventualmente sottoscrivere un abbonamento illimitato qualora le funzioni aggiuntive mi fossero state utili. Ad oggi, dopo un mese di utilizzo, l’abbonamento mensile si è rinnovato automaticamente e non mi è possibile annullare l’iscrizione e neanche effettuare il pagamento per l’abbonamento annuale o illimitato. Cliccando su di una X posta accanto alla cifra di 1.99 euro si apre infatti una finestra con solo un file di testo non interattivo. Ho annullato l’abbonamento direttamente dall Apple Store sperando di poter sbloccare i tasti di abbonamento annuale o a vita che fino a poco tempo fa erano verdi ma ora sono grigi (con scritto per di più non disponibile) e non cliccabili. Si chiede cortesemente di dare indicazioni su come risolvere questa problematica.

Not fit for purpose after recent update
After recent update the App freezes during every attempt to write a text on a taken photo resulting in the need to restart the device for it to work again. Also, it is significantly slower than the previous version, which is frustrating. The overall interaction with the app has gone down the drain. Was this version tested before release? Can it be fixed?

Es ist sehr schön anzusehen das in den letzten zwei Jahren die Möglichkeiten mit dem X4 und der 360er auch ohne zusätzlich Geld zu verlagen immer weiter aufgebohrt wurde. Wenn man jetzt in einem 3D Aufmaß in der App das Ergebnis nicht nur drehen, sondern auch verschieben könnte, um Details näher betrachten zu können, welche etwas am Rand liegen. Dann wäre es noch perfekter.
non sfrutta le potenzialità del S910
Sull'onda dell'entusiasmo ho speso 31 euro per poi scoprire che mi è totalmente inutile. L'app prevede unicamente di rilevare una pianta o una facciata; i punti vengono sempre proiettati su un piano, quindi non si possono ottenere ed esportare file 3d (cosa che è nelle possibilità del distanziometro in mio possesso S910, che uso abitualmente esportando file dwg 3d per i miei rilievi) A parte la questione economica dei soldi buttati (perché non era possibile testare l'app prima dell'acquisto), è davvero un peccato e non capisco il motivo di questa limitazione.

Bugs in the New Version 27 June 2023
We used this App a lot, but the update just took away the ability to add text to the ‘Sketch on a Photo’ module and to take a new photo you have to close the App, re-start and re-connect the DISTO. Please please go back to the old version or fix these bugs asap.
Basic functionality works well, a few odd glitches.
I use this on my ipad, and the organiser only works in portrait mode, so every time you go into the organiser you have to pick up the ipad and turn it around to get it to go back into landscape mode, a bit annoying and not really the attention to detail you would expect from a precision measurement company. P2P scanning works really nicely, the different modes are a little too defined though, it would be good to be able to do a plan and then take one side of this and do an internal elevation without having to start a new file.
Good in principal, but missing basic features
Used this app for about an hour. Lots of flaws. Needs development. -Rooms drawn in the smart room app cannot be joined together to form a floor plan. -Lots of basic room features missing ie double doors, stairs etc -wall openings have to have a height above floor.

Während einzelne Flächen sehr gut zu erstellen sind, wird es schwierig eine zweite Fläche mit Maßen genau zu positionieren. Eine Verschiebung einer ganzen Fläche, um sie genau an eine bestimmte Position zu führen konnte ich in der App nicht finden.

Why is p to p software not included in the p to p kit?
I just spent £1000 on an x4 p2p kit and find I can’t use it for its purpose, p2p, unless I buy more functionality in the app. This is not mentioned in the training videos. I feel cheated. Why on earth would you choose to do this?

Die App funktioniert gut. Wäre allerdings cool wenn man Grundrisse direkt mit mauerwerkstärken anlegen könnte.
Quite pathetic App for such high end equipment
No instructions, no real method to its madness, the more you use it and think things might be possible, like printing something, the more frutrated you get. You can not simply change things or export a drawing, organiser is confusing. I would consider buying an upgrade but the free one has so many issues I dread the more complex issues in the more complex apps.

Prinzipiell ok. Allerdings nur für einfache Arbeiten. Funktionen für Vormauerungen oder Nischen fehlen gänzlich. Ebenfalls wäre eine Option für freistehende Trennwände schön. Tiefe für Tür- und Fensterlaibungen Zudem die wäre eine Synchronisation zwischen iPhone, iPad und pc einfach zu realisieren aber selbst diese einfache Funktion hat es leider nicht in die App geschafft. Verschiedene Räume innerhalb eines Projektes, werden nicht in einer pdf zusammengefasst sondern alle einzeln abgelegt Schade. Die perfekte App wäre so einfach.

Hopelessly lacking in features, basic essential ones missing (eg wall thickness, multiple rooms) making the app unusable for any serious purpose, totally unergonomic (eg it keeps wiping out one’s plan with certain button presses without warning) And it stole 5 mins of my life writing about how useless and silly it is.

Die App ist eine super Ergänzung zum Disto X4. Die P2P Messung ist ein echtes Plus. Das geht natürlich auch ohne App, aber mit kann mann die Ergebnisse einfach gut verwalten. Die Nutzerführung ist nicht immer selbsterklärend. Da gibt es etwas Nachbesserungsbedarf.
Zuerst erstaunt dann enttäuscht
Ich war erst begeistert was ich in der App tun konnte. Ich wollte auch den Smart Room verwenden und habe daher die Kaufversion erworben. Danach kam die Meldung das der Smart Room nicht mit meinem Messgerät funktioniert. Also komplett umsonst. Ich kann mir auch nicht erklären warum die Fu Kitiona nicht mit meinem Gerät kompatibel sein soll da ja nur Messwerte übertragen werden.
Earthworks Funktion - enttäuschend
Warum man kann nicht z.b in Earthworks bei jede Seite von dem Aushub die Neigung von der Böschungen separat ausmessen oder eintragen? Bei Aushub eigentlich gibt‘s viele mögliche Szenarien. In App selbst ist mögluch nur 90 grad eintragen oder für alle Seite eine Neigung für alle Böschungen messen. Ich hatte größere Erwartungen. Es ist wirklich enttäuschend dass so ein Endgerät nur für so einfache Messungen in Eartworks dient. Ich hoffe mich wirklich dass in die kommende updates diese Lücke wird geflickt.

DISTO X4 not working
It is not working on my iPhone XS Max but working on my iPad Pro. It used to work with both. I have reset all devices but still no luck.

Super Unterstützung im Alltag, zusammen mit dem x4 eine unersetzbare Unterstützung. Einzig die Situation das wenn ich Dachschrägen als Baugruben ermitteln muss, ist unerklärlich.
Ow it’s corrupted
The app worked until yesterday’s update. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Previously, a useful app that I had used a few times.
Läuft nicht mit iOS 15!
Trotz mehrfacher Versuche und auf verschiedenen IPhones verbindet sich die App nicht mit dem Disto, wenn iOS 15 installiert ist. Auf einem iPad mit iOS 14.8 klappt es sofort!

Sehr gute App
Leica Disto Plan ist eine wirklich sehr gute App die viele Abläufe vereinfacht. Es wäre nur toll wenn man den Speicherort für die Exporte frei auswählen könnte. So könnte man Exporte direkt über die ICloud auf seinen PC synchronisieren.
Gut, aber ...
... die letzte Meile ist Leica nicht gegangen. Wenn man bspw ein Aufmaß erstellt und direkt vom Smartphone exportieren (jpg / pdf) und Teilen möchte, dann ist es nicht möglich die Beschriftung des Plans anzupassen - bspw als Tabelle dargestellt. Zusätzlich überlappen sich die Linien Beschriftungen und Flächenmaße wodurch sie unleserlich dh unbrauchbar sind... —> Die gute Darstellung der erfassten Daten für die Weiterverarbeitung sind Kernfunktion. Bitte nachbessern.
Fehlende Funktionen
Grundsätzliche eine App die gut genug ist das ich sie weiterhin verwende, an den Aufbau gewöhnt man sich. Ich benutze die App zusammen mit einem Disto X 4. Die Smartroom Funktion finde ich nur beschränkt nutzbar. Was mir fehlt bei den Werkzeugen bzw. bei Generierung von Öffnungen, Türen und Fenster, die Tiefen und Höhen einzugeben. Bei den Türen brauche ich auch eine Bemessung einer Türschwelle Also auch eine Tiefe so wie bei Rohrverkleidungen auf den Boden die Vorstehen oder Nischen die zurückspringen, Trennwände die nicht die durchgehende Raumhöhe haben zb.: WC Abmauerungen. Dachschrägen währen noch einen Thema, obwohl ich sagen muss das ein Punkt erreicht ist wo es zu Komplex wird für eine noch einfache App. Leider sitzt derzeit nicht die Anschaffung für den DST 360 drin :( da Würde ich gerne auch noch mit Probieren ob mit der Fassaden Funktion ggf. Einzelne Wände mit Details aufgenommen werden können. In einem Video von dem BLK3D habe ich gesehen das Fotos zur Datei Hinzugefügt werden können, diese Option wäre in der App eine große Hilfe, die Masse dann per Disto oder Eingabe hinzugefügt werden können. Hier können Tags vergeben werden, reicht mir zumindest nicht. Ich harder mit der Anzahl der Sterne 🌟 in der Bergwertung, Als Fliesenleger bei zb.: Bestandsaufnahme für eine Badsanierung, muss ich Dann hin und her switchen und habe die Daten dann erstmal verteilt das ist nicht der optimale Workflow. Like others here I consider I’ve been duped by buying an expensive Leica product and then realising that I need to pay extra and subscribe on top to use it properly. Yes there is free functionality though it’s not adequate for basic needs like exporting a plan. Another gripe is that I bought a yearly subscription and the wording given by Leica suggests you can turn auto renew off. How though? I’ve looked and I can’t see that this is possible on IOS :(

Fazit nach 4 Wochen und 5 Anwendern
Nach vielen vielen Jahren arbeiten mit der Leica Sketch App habe ich jetzt vier Wochen mit der Plan App gearbeitet. Pro: Fadenkreuz beim messen ist sehr schön. Im jpg Format sind die Maße nicht größer als beim messen abgebildet. Ablage der Maße auf die Taskleiste, wie bei der alten sketch App. Kontra: Mir fehlt das Lupenbild, zum bedinen ohne Stift Nach jeder gezeichneten Linie mus ich einmal Linie abschalten und wieder anschalten um eine Kettenbemaßung zu verhindern. Da keine Pfeile mehr da sind sondern Punkte, muss ich überall rein zoomen um den Punkt genau zu positonieren. Die App läuft nicht immer sauber. Das bin ich aber von sketch gewohnt. Dann weiche ich auf die Würth App aus. Mitarbeiter die selten Messen, nutzen diese App nicht. Sie benutzen jetzt die Würth App. Diese läuft jedoch auch nicht immer ohne Störungen. Bei der Sketch App war der Ort mit aufgeführt und die Benennung von mir. Das ist nun nicht mehr. Mein Fazit. Meine Mitarbeiter benutzen die Würth App. da sie damit besser zurecht kommen als mit Leica Plan. Die Würth App ist wohl auch von Leica nur nicht so gut wie Sketch. Nach so langer Zeit hatte mich die Einfachheit der Leica Sketch app überzeugt. Nach und nach haben wir 5 Leica D510 angeschaft. Immerhin ca 400 € Netto pro Stück. Jetzt wo die Sketch App abgeschaltet ist, habe ich meine Meinung über die Disto Plan app. nach 4 Wochen gebildet. Disto Plan was völlig anderes, es gefällt mir nicht so sehr wie die Sketch App. Ich selber habe mich an diesem Wochenende mit der Bosch Measuring Master App auseinander gesetzt und mir ein Bosch GLM 102 C Entfenungsmesser bestellt. Ca 200 € Netto. Im vergleich mit der Bosch App gefällt mir die Ausgabe bei Bosch besser. Notizen und Aufgaben sind in der Auswertung neben dem Foto. Mal sehen wie mir der Entfernungsmesser gefällt. Ich ärgere mich über immerhin 2000 € Netto die ich für Geräte von Leica ausgegeben habe, die keiner mehr zusammen mit der Plan App nutzen will.
Basic Features Missing
Ive had chance to spend a good bit of time on this app and its generally good however i feel like there are key/basic features missing that similar apps have. - Staircases - Specific Wall Thickness - Not being able to see openings in 3D view - It would be nice to be able to place simple features such as typical permanent house fittings. I have not paid for the app and therefore cannot comment on how these files export to CAD. I understand the need to keep things simple and not getting carried away with too many features however the points i listed are pretty essential when it comes to sketching up basic floor plans.
