OK but different than PlayStation
This is an OK game, but I have it on the PlayStation and one thing I noticed it’s different when you collect stars and then once you go to upgrade once you purchase an upgrade, you have to wait? A period of time before receiving it. On the PlayStation, it’s automatically. I don’t know why you all do this, but I’ll just play it on the PlayStation.

Wow!
I’ve been playing this game for some time with no problems. Now just a few minutes ago it crashed and I was like ok that happens. I reloaded it and now it won’t start up again. I tried many times online offline deleted reinstalled n now it won’t even load!? WTH!!
Doesn’t open after upgrading to iPadOS 18.5
Saw someone else report the same issue. We are running into this too with no resolution.
Clunky
It’s a pretty enough game. But my ship stays right beneath my finger. So I keep getting blown up by things I can’t see because my finger is in the way. If you visit the preferences you’ll find an option for the finger position to be offset. The game should give you the choice from the outset. But honestly it still seems kind of clunky. Sometimes the ship won’t go to the edge where it needs to go, because your finger hits the edge… leaving your ship in the middle of danger. Oh well

Forced adds
I love this game genre but when you force adds on me I tend to dislike it. If you actually put things like boosts in the game I’d watch an add but screw shoving them down my throat.
Fun but boring after a day
Ads got disabled after a day for the free coins. Bug crashes during gameplay. Fun for the first day then got repetitive

Don’t know what’s happened but the game will no longer open. Crashes after the mains screen shows.

Rewards are not working all the time.
Gets boring to quickly.
It’s fun at first and a good idea but it’s gets to boring with the constant grinding for stars and cards.
Fun for a while but progress slows to a snail’s pace
I recently redownload Sky Force and it brings back a lot of memories. Played this a lot back then. I didn’t complete the whole thing as a few stages I do not remember at all. You beat the first few stages, all is good, but then you reach a big hurdle. Not only does the difficulty spike after a certain point, upgrades become far too costly. The main cannon maxes out far too early and the wing cannons cost a fortune. Over ten thousand stars for one upgrade? Why? It doesn’t help that you can’t watch a video to double your stars unless you die during a stage. Why can’t I do it when I complete a stage? Furthermore, I never seem to get any cards. And the cards I do get are the same ones all over again!

Starting to get AD greedy
A brilliant game, but since the latest update they have doubled the time for some ads. About 80% of the time you have to watch a “between levels AD” of 5 seconds - now sometimes 10. To get extras you now have to watch two 30 second ADs. Apart from that a great fun shoot-em-up game.
Fun
A great game but it stops being fun when the weapons are maxed out and there’s no chance to beat the really hard settings. This would be a 5 star bake otherwise.
Would love to see controller support
Played this game on my brothers ps5 with a controller. Would love to play on my iPad with a controller as well. Wish it was supported.
Easily one of two of the best games!
The other being Skyforce Reloaded! Generally speaking, the gameplay between Reloaded and 2014 is the exact same: 1942, Bullethell type. The main differences are that 2014 is a much more difficult grind. You can get there, buts its going to take you longer to get there than it would in Reloaded. It is a less forgiving experience, despite the game being shorter, and it takes forever to level up compared to Reloaded. Otherwise? A fine game I am currently grinding!

Need to fix Game Center link
I downloaded the game for both iPhone and iPad, but there are some improvements that could be made. Firstly, it would be cool if the game supported playing in landscape mode on an iPad. It’s just not practical on anything bigger than an iPad Mini game. Even just having the game display in the centre of the screen would be a great improvement. Secondly, the game would greatly benefit from having controller support—having screen visibility blocked by your own thumb or fingers is a real issue when you reach higher level of difficulty. Most importantly, when the game loads up, progress is not shared between devices, the connection to Game Center doesn’t seem to make any difference. Fix these issues and it’s an easy five stars. Same applies to Remastered.

Nice game
To the people complaining about the freemium model. Developers have to make a living, too. Yes, I missed the days where you paid one price and had access to the whole game. But, you make the choice. Enjoy it for what you want to, and drop it after. The developers will get the message. Nice graphics and a fun game. Have to have a lot of patience if you don't want to pay. But it is want it is. I enjoyed it while it lasted.
Primo! A rare shooter
The controls are smooth, missions well balanced, lack of ad intrusions, good upgrades all make this a gr8 find for a retro top-down fighter game.

Leider seit Jahren nichts Neues mehr...
Eigentlich ein Top-Spiel, aber seit über 3 Jahren gibt es überhaupt nichts Neues (Level, Waffen etc.). Insofern ist der Spaß nun langsam verflogen und das Game wird deinstalliert. Vielleicht schaue ich in ein paar Jahren nochmal vorbei...
Great shooter to waste time on -2* due2 support
I love this game skyforce 2014 and reloaded. I’ve been playing them both from release on my iPad but I played reloaded more due to the ship perks. My double star purchase went to reloaded which was dumb first off because the ads and the double time I played yet the one time I replied to support they changed the email and sent it back when I said that’s fake,they tried to remove it from my account.
Awesome game
This game is truly awesome. I played this game as instead of the new game because I just like how it looks much much better but I do have one complaint I have dynamic Island and for some reason my score gets blocked by it so can you guys like please lower it so it stops by the pill.

Level 5
This game is very fun. UNTIL you get to level 5. Level 5 is there in the chance that you progressed that far in the game without spending money. I don’t know what you need to beat level 5. I’m guessing maxed out everything. This level is so much harder than previous levels it isn’t even funny. It’s not even fun hard. Just frustrating. You should be able to slowly build up your ship as you go through the game. Not hit a brick wall at level 5.
Sky Force is plain incredible!!
I love this game and its companion Reloaded. Both have great graphics, smooth logical gameplay, well deserved rewards, you can spend a small amount of money to help speed the upgrades along or play for free. No ads!! I spend the money to support the sponsors of the game. I never tire as there are always challenges that are just out of reach. I’ve done pretty good but my goals are far beyond “pretty good”. It Is Amazing.
Looks good but…
You have to put your finder over/on the ship. It makes it difficult to avoid enemy fire. I’m sure you use a controller, it’s an awesome game, but as far as “mobile” goes, it’s just pretty….not fun.

По сравнению с первой частью, просто унылое г. Порезали функционал самолета. Карты даются постоянно одинаковые. Разнообразия в них фактически нет. Те, что дают, полностью бестолковые. Из хорошего продукта сделали такую 💩 Не вздумайте ничего покупать, однообразие убивает все.
Not as good as their previous game.
Compared to Sky Force Reloaded, This game seems only half finished. No option for new aircraft parts, upgrade options seem more restricted and fewer stages mean massive grinding of the same level over and over again.
Future Shooter?
This game was so ahead of its time I wish there wasn’t another one. The graphics were amazing as well as the game layout. I would love to see a future game just like this by you guys.
Killed by in app purchases
Great game. Why can’t I just buy it rather than be encouraged to get hooked and pay repeatedly to be able to keep playing? Such a waste.
Apple TV ad
The only quibble is that the Apple TV ad won’t let u close it and takes you the App Store or shuts down the game apple once again trying to push their products no other ad does this!, please talk to apple about this or remove their ad for Apple TV really spoils the game
