Fun, But Updates Have Severe Issues
I used to play this game years ago and enjoyed it, and just got back into it recently. The updates over the years have been a mixed bag, to say the least. - They nerfed the drop rate of gold and made it aggressively despawn if it goes off the top of the screen (which is frustrating because it violently flies up when spawned, and this can make the boss Magihoot simply fail to spawn gold). - Darkmon, a resource Pettomon that is extremely important for raising rare pets, has gone from being interspersed with the far less useful Lightmon to seemingly absent from the game entirely (though the tip screen will still tell you about how useful it is). - Some sort of bug allowed the game to take money for my purchases without giving them to me, and Spirit Bomb was sadly very unhelpful on that front, issuing me a small sum of diamonds once for the inconvenience and then subsequently ignoring me when I had multiple more charges post after trying to change payment processors on my end. - Their ads have gotten totally obnoxious, with several being a full minute long followed by two countdown screens, at least one of which opens the App Store. I was cautiously optimistic when the new update dropped. The storefront bug I was experiencing was fixed, which was nice. They added a bunch of stuff you could buy and called them "rewards", which was less nice. Overall, the shop UI and refresh changes are a net positive. Problem is, this update make the game a lot less stable. The app has a chance of crashing when you back out of certain menus, like the menus to change equipment or Pettomon. This will undo a lot of progress, sometimes even all progress that has been made since the app opened. What I find extremely annoying is that this includes rewards earned through ads. I have had it crash multiple times after I did my seven free prize wheel spins, I have lost several Eggs from League to this bug, and I had it crash after using an ad to quadruple my gold from a story level, losing about 45,000 gold (not counting the chest from the level). Sky Champ is a fun game that I very much want to enjoy, but Spirit Bomb has been making it very clear how much they value profit over user experience. While not surprising, it's just very sad and frustrating. (Oh, and since my previous experience with Spirit Bomb customer service tells me they won't care about user problems so long as they get their money, I should add that this crash bug also undoes pulls from chests and eggs in the Shop, failed equipment upgrade rolls, and prize wheel results/resets. So, if you don't like what you pull, just change both of your Pettomons super fast and back out to negate the results and reroll! Odds are rigged/dishonest, anyway; may as well exploit this in our favor until they fix it.)

Too boring too easy
I would like more challenging levels and more challenging bosses because it’s like you on the same level every time in the same bosses I would rather have bosses that are hard to challenge. Thank you.

The game doesn’t give the user earned weekly League Battle bonus consistently. Some weeks there are no issues. Other weeks it just says you earned The weekly League Battle bonus. This week, no earned bonus given to user.

Fun game but has bugs
i got the game and my little brother tried to buy something and it never went through and it took the money we uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and we still didn’t receive the tings we paid for and when we logged back in it set us back to level 5 when i was level 9 and it got rid of our pets we had gotten before we uninstalled
Actual effort
Most shmups are boring and copied like alien shooters were copied from space invaders and from other mobile aliens space shooters but this game has effort put into it and it’s my fav hope you keep it up your games are great

Still not updated even after all the reviews from the last update about having to spend money to update your monsters this company is money hungry like all the rest. This used to be one of the best games until they changed everything. This will definitely be Uninstalled from my phone. Fantastic Shmup, Amazing Support
I’ve been playing for a few months now. The game is incredibly fun and entertaining with strategic elements for climbing the score ranks. If you are a shmup fan, you gotta give this one a try. Very satisfying and you will not be disappointed. Throughout my experience with SkyChamp I’ve ran into some bugs here and there, mostly minor. What game doesn’t have bugs? The issues I experienced were not game breaking and really didn’t impact the overall outcome, yet I chose to contact the devs to report them and they were very quick to respond and correct the issue, almost immediately. It is apparent the devs care for this game and the overall player experience. I have never played a game where the devs were so adamant and willing to help the player as much as the SkyChamp team is. The fact that they care so much about MY experience makes SkyChamp all the more worth while to play. Nothing but love for SkyChamp and the awesome team behind it! My player ID is 10216906543550966
Ads causing game to crash!
So my app has been repeatedly crashing after a few hours of game play several times over. It appears that ya’ll are having an issue with your ads. This is incredibly disappointing because you have ads for everything! So now, the only way we can play the game is by losing all of the benefits of sitting through ads for some bonuses! This is really an outstanding game, i hope ya’ll fix the issue otherwise you are sure to lose a lot of your following! Fix this!!!

GAME ADS WILL CHARGE $10 TO YOUR PHONE BILL This game was cool till one of the Ads called Play Kids that automatically does a third party charge to your phone provider. If you don't look at your bill, I would if you play this game. You will see a third party charge $10 to your phone bill. Also it's almost impossible to get it stop charge on each bill. Took me dozens of calls and threats to my phone provider for them to finally do something and refund me the charges. Other than that I would have kept play in this game.
7-3 problem
I just recently redownloaded this game to play it again after a lone time, I’ve gotten petty far when I last play it. But for some reason on level 7-3 it crashes when I get to the boss. Last time I played this it didn’t crash. I really want to beat this level to but I don’t know what to do without it crashing. Please fix this I really want to play this again. ♡

This is by far my all time favorite gave. I originally gave it a 5 star review. However, since the last update, which was a week ago, it is completely impossible to play. It will load, but then when you start to do the first thing, it totally kicks you out of the game. I am beyond frustrated😡. I love this game, but I will be deleting it unless this problem is fixed. There is no way you can play the game. Please fix this HUGE problem. Thanks.

Having technical difficulties
I love the game it’s pretty cool but I’m having technical difficulties I can not view any of the videos and I’m not getting my prize chest I’m winning. I hope some one read and solve the problem you should also add in the cane a way in getting in contact with you for the issues.

Better Before Last Update
This was my favorite game on IOS, before last update. Seems money drop amount is now about 1/10 th of what it used to be. ( 1 week later after posting this, seems money issue is better, but now it constantly crashes). Game was once 5 star for me, now it won’t allow me to select lower than one!!!

Game keeps crashing
After the latest update, the keeps crashing. I was enjoying the game play before the update now it’s hard to play.
Sound glitch
Game is fun but the sound doesn’t work. Have my phone all the way up, same with the settings but it only works for the ads. And to even get that you have to mute then unmute for the ads to have sound.
