TripSource has honestly made travel so much simpler. Everything I need is in one place, so there's no more juggling five different apps just to check a flight or file an expense. It's also clearly getting better with every update new features keep popping up that make the whole process smoother. Highly recommend if you're tired of app overload!
Can’t sign in
I can’t sign in because the field to enter my email address is not recognizing my tap to edit. I click on it but cannot type into that field. I have deleted and redownloaded, closed out and reopened, etc.
Update: received great support. Issue resolved.
My previous issue was resolved with help from support. Leaving at 4 stars due to the initial occurrence.
Always something wrong
Won’t book AIR flights and won’t add AIR to an established trip unless it is booked as a “New Trip”. Get better!
Booking ref
Can you please add the actual airline booking number....? BCD ref number is completely irrelevant, you don’t check in with that

Useless App can’t book or change travel
Completely useless. Show info only and can’t change or book travel. It’s like an app from 2005
Find motel close to my destination
TripSource keeps all my reservations in one spot, which is great! I wish it could help me select a motel based on the proximity of my destination. I’d love to be able to enter an address and have it show me motels, distances, and reservation costs.
Web Version Better
Company is forcing us to use app for booking hotels and I cannot complete booking once it’s time to pay. Even after support it just doesn’t work. I have to do all my bookings via web and not app which makes things inconvenient. Been dealing with this for the last month or two.
Worked well before.. but now has issues
This app’s previous version worked great but this new version has issues updating information during a trip. It doesn’t terminal, gate and baggage claim information correctly like it used to before in previous version. Importing externally booked trip details has now become cumbersome. It adds imported trips into existing or previous trips book through BCD travel. It does not recognize logical dates of booking when year details in booking is not provided. For example, when trip commences in Dec 2019 and ends in Jan 2020 and the year details are not given booking, it would show the booking as starting on Jan 2019 and ending in Dec 2019. I don’t think I can use this apps anymore. I wish you could go back to the previous version that worked correctly.

A garbage dumpster fire of a travel service
Messed up 5 out of 4 flights. Wildly inconsistent customer service. Thousands of wasted company money. It was easier just to book on my own.

Issues with return travel timeframe
I consistently have an issue with my return travel saying no flights are available because the timeframe has defaulted to a late evening and will not allow me to change it with the dots. There are flights available during the day but they won’t show up because the timeframe filters are wrong, not set by me, and can’t be changed manually.
Bring back the old design
App functions ok but the new UX is a major step backward. I’m sure it looks good on screen shots but harder to navigate.

No one on this app at all Constantly getting the ‘Your call is important to us….’ But no one ever pick up. Really miss using Concur or booking direct

Inappropriate Notifications
Being interrupted during normal sleeping hours is inappropriate, especially for a flight two days out. No one likes to be woken up at 2200 hours, especially when one is sleeping or trying to fall asleep!!!

Satisfactory
Now the the app Forces me to ‘update’ at the airport-right when I need my information the most. When I open the app I want it to work. An Update should be at my request! I don’t expect TripSource to be like the DMV by imparting policy. I never had a problem the past w/o updating, but I guess the developers showed me.
Could be Great, But.....
I use this app and love having my trip info organized in one folder. It makes it easy to find locator numbers to check in ... except when it doesn’t download the Locator number, flight, or gate info. For some reason when I travel on Southwest the folder will show trip and cities but not all the details you need to know. It’s really a pain to go through having to go find your locator number; especially if your company makes your travel plans for you. Most of the time I can then load my Mobil boarding pass in my Apple wallet but today it wouldn’t do that. Just sometimes not reliable . If they fix this I would give a very strong 5 stars.
Solid travel app.
Clean interface, integrated hotel booking...which is incredibly convenient. I receive messages from TripSource before I get them from the carriers. Well done.

Can’t even get it any travel info
1st time user
Nice to have trip summary in tabs easily visible in good sized font. Many pertinent trip details are all in the app main tabs and then more under the "i" icon but not luggage weight limit or check in time. Add to calendar function is not good as it just blocks out the entire flight day/duration, regardless of layovers, so I end up still having to manually enter individual flight legs. Now to find out how to unsubscribe &/or delete the calendar entry/ subscription Flight duration is not specified. Not sure how to delete old messages on checking in once event has past. Not sure if it will store past trips or for how long Perhaps could store e-boarding passes on app in future versions? Not intuitive to install like when I change phones or to install on iPad All in all, a fairly good first time experience
No Calendar Support
Your FAQ indicates that you can add your flight itinerary to iCal using the app. No you can’t. You removed that option in this version.
Feedback
I wish our actual electronic tickets were part of the itinerary. That would save from having to use multiple apps. Also, when emailing the itinerary to others, we should be able to write a note with it.

No manual travel in the app
Does not contain my manually added hotel in my trip, it only shows what was booked directly with BCD. Everywhere else bcd shows me everything.
Pretty good
I like the wallets with to hold the different part of your trip in but it would be nice to be able to merge them when a trip is split over multiple wallets. The updates on flights and gates are quite handy but only seem to work with certain airlines.

With the latest update, I don’t see any flights or hotels. It says nothing is there. ?

Don’t believe the ratings
No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful

Latest update took this app back in time. No apparent way to set up and data and use Touch ID, which just came to last version of app recently.
Great, except no calendar sync
Great app and good import features but very frustrating that it doesn’t sync with my Outlook calendar. Seems like a pretty basic functionality miss

Very easy to use and right amount of information available.
No iPad support, looks terrible at it is unusable in a tablet.

Good application. The travel notifications are in-built feature of this App, which gives me more time to prepare for my forthcoming meetings. Also, quite handy to have the e-tickets within my Cellphone which enables not to have any hardcopy in hand. I find this App useful.
New version won’t open
Received notification to download newest update. Now app won’t open. Keep getting server is down message.
Meh
It's a great idea but I don't find it proactive enough in notifying me of flight delays. Needs to be up to the minute and have a really loud buzzer or something when my flight is delayed.

App doesn’t show trip info immediately
Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived. Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…

Needs a lot of work
It is so frustrating that a business app doesn’t have a saved login - or if it does, isn’t working correctly. Viewing trips should be quick and seamless. There’s a lot to be desired of this app. It doesn’t handle multiple legs of trips very well. If part of a journey is complete but not another portion, it shows the trip as in the past. For one of my hotels, the pin on the map was wrong and showed it in a city an hour away from where I booked it, nearly causing a panic. The address booked was correct though. When it comes time to check into a flight, or at any point you want to review/edit a flight, there’s no way to click through from an itinerary to an airline site which is quite frustrating.
