IAP not transferring to second iPad [SOLVED]
I was advised to make this payment, so I did, a message then appeared telling me I already paid and I could download for free, I had to get this advice from friends on the LoopyPro Forum, but at least I now have access to EDGR808 on both iPads 👍 19 September I downloaded the lite version on my iPad Air 4 and discovered how good it was so I paid £5.99 for the full upgrade, fantastic, but when I downloaded it to my 13” iPad Air M2 on the same Apple account it asked me to pay again! Restore Purchases did not work! Contacted the developer twice but no reply, still can’t use it on my 13” Air 🤯
No auv3
Useless just a money grab. Screw you delete the free version if you wanna make it paid only.
Burns through the battery in background.
It’s pretty good, easy to use 808 emulator. But with light use it was using 40% of my battery through the day on ‘background’ processes.
Its alright
An update is needed for all their products. The 808 works fine unlike the 909. Maybe update for newer operating system. The Ableton Link feature is nice. Also the manual doesn’t work. It doesn’t let me scroll through the pages. Pretty poor tbh…
Comment enregistrer
Best working drum machine on an iPhone
Buy the paid version, it is such a deal!! This is the best designed drum machine iphone app I’ve tried; it actually works so well i feel like i don’t need hardware. Getting started is fast and easy, all the controls work well even on the small screen of my iphone 13mini. Thank you for making knobs that always work perfectly with a touch screen, that’s a rare thing!! It is faithful to all the features and workflows that make an 808 so fun to use with the added benefit of a graphical sequencing screen that’s easy to switch back and forth into. It just works as it should and lets you create the beats you want to create, with no fussing around in submenus. Perfect!! The sounds are great too, really faithful to the original! The only reason you might prefer the hardware over this is if you want to go back and forth tweaking multiple volumes and tone controls, in the app you have to select an instrument separately to see its individual controls. Song mode is to the right if you swipe and it’s great for laying out a whole song so that you can start it up and let it go while you play smoother instrument etc. really intuitive and well thought out!
Restore purchase not working on iPad
Restore purchase is not working on iPad.
IPhone 6
iPad Issues
Does not acknowledge my purchase when using on ipad.
Love it
But what’s the difference between this and pro?
Junk
Cannot figure it out. Keeps asking for full version purchase.
I tgreat unit. Great unit. Really fun for hours. H Epps pass the time in style.
Ho
Didn’t stay in my device for long
Annoying banner at the tops begging me to buy the fully version, pressed it by mistake, trying to close the pop up always resulted in going to the buying page. Hate pushy developers, I’ll make my own decision thanks, I’ll happily pay for an app I enjoy, took bad I didn’t get enough time to enjoy this one
Sounds dope but has intolerable memory leak
If this app didn’t drain the battery, I would give it another star. The last star missing is this is overpriced. The iMPC Pro 2.0 is same price as this and does a myriad more.
Easy to use synthesizer
Great useful app. Thank you
Really bad
Can’t change note value of sequencer, very very very low output with no master volume control, free version has huge banner and you’re only a couple accidental clicks away from upgrading, practically a scam
Great ap
One problem is I wish they had a better and more intuitive way to save beats for the 808 novice like me. A good instructional video would be great can’t find one on app or a good one on YouTube. BUT it’s still a sick app - if y’all hit me back with a good YouTube video link I will upgrade to five stars, my homies.
It’s missing key features
I guess the developers never seen or used TR-808, they just made app based on lite google research and quick basic sample pack download. The MARACAS sample don’t exists?! / CLAVE / RIMSHOT - MARACAS / CLAP - switches are not implemented on the interface. Without it, I give it 2 stars.
Please improve AU / inter app
Should be a great instrument but is so buggy in GarageBand is unusable for me at this point. Please refine and update and make this realise it’s full potential as a drum machine
Found my main 80’s machine
Superb indeed brings back all my early electro street sounds memories
Trash
Trash double trash
Sounds Cool However Comes With Huge Flaws
The tempo markings are just....wrong and it’s crazy I’m even saying this but the beat does not stay in time. Using from the app with 1/8th inch into the DAW. Can’t get a lock on the tempo even when I get close.... Would love to know more about this.
Accidently purchased
Good little drum machine app. Accidently purchased it the first time I opened which was really annoying I definitely did not want to spend $6 on it before even trying it out. Never had any app trick me into purchasing it like that. I know I touched my finger to accept the purchase but I don’t even realize the option was on the screen I had been trying to exit the app
808
Great app
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
This app is absolute garbage. It locked my phone to the pay screen and I had to restart TWICE to get back control of my phone and delete this piece of trash.
bpm is wrong so a nightmare to track and sync
the app is great and sounds great but the bpm counter isn’t right and doenst match logic so wastes time really annoying
Pretty good
For someone who has never used a drum machine before, I found this fun & easy. old school 80’s drum sounds
808 great
Making the 808 great again as a faithful reproduction of the 80s classic.
interstitials lock up phone
sounds ok. free version locks up your phone until you either buy app or hard restart. lame.
EGDR808
Deceptive time waster, takes you straight to purchase page with no trial of app!
Runs in the background
Drains the battery when the phone is inactive at night. I wanted to like this app but since installing a fully charged battery before going to bed is at 50% in the morning. The Battery settings show this app as the largest user.
Battery killer
Fun 808, but it’s draining the battery and as far as I can tell there’s no way to turn it off in the background.
Review
Great 808 simulator!
Sounds good- horrible manual and horrible tutorials
Why don't you make better tools so we can use it. Manual has no info thats of value and the wrong pictures. Video tutorials are seconds with no walkthrough. I wanted to be able to write multple patterns, then put those patterns together like. 808. I even purchased it thinking that would be an option. No does not work.
Tried to like it but...
Sounds are pretty good. Wanted to buy the upgrade but it kept telling me “purchase failed”. Worst kind of bug a developer can have.
Yep, that sound
Straight forward boom bap 808. Does what it promises and, thankfully, nothing else. It's a dedicate 808 in your pocket.
Scrum
Never had a app open and almost trick me into paying for it. This is messed up. Need to be removed for the store for this. Very scummy
Seems difficult...
Tried everything to get a sound out of it, but nothing. Also a nagging page peel advert for the pay ware version keeps popping up when you swipe your finger. Shame.
A bit lost
I haven’t found a tutorial I’m just making noise at this point
EGDR808
Very nice app. With extras.
Completely inaccessible with VoiceOver and tricks you into paying for an inapp purchase
I am blind, and use VoiceOver. I was checking out the app when it started playing a drum track. None of the buttons were labeled for VoiceOver, so I had no idea how to stop it. I accidently hit the inapp purchase, and boom, $5.99 down the tubes for a useless app. I have requested a refund from Apple.
Pure trash beyond trash
If you get this it lets you use it for about 20 seconds then the buy add comes up and takes the whole screen. And the x button does not work so it's like they are forcing you to press the buy button. This piece of garbage should be taken off the market. It's like a virus or scam don't waist your time with this pure trash trash trash
It's ok
Firstly the advertisement for the paid version that pops up every 30 seconds is highly irritating and the paid version should be free it would get loads more downloads. But other than that its ok
