Nuova versione pessima
Uso questa app da diversi anni, era semplice, funzionale ed intuitiva. Scaricavi e consultavi tutte le LG rapidamente, era presente un indice per raggiungere la sezione di interesse. Adesso non riesco a scaricare le varie LG, l’app si blocca e devi scorrere tutto il test per vedere quello che ti interessa. Torniamo alla versione precedente.
Last version no good
the Guidelines before 2023 are disappeared after the last version. Before this last update the app was fantastic
I miss old edition
I am very disappointed with the latest version of the ESC Pocket Guidelines app. The new version feels confusing, disorganized, and much more difficult to read and navigate. I also lost access to the guidelines and books that I previously had available offline, which was one of the most useful features of the app. The previous version was much better organized, easier to use, and more practical, especially for physicians who need quick access to guidelines in daily clinical practice. Please bring back the old design and functionality, or at least restore its organization and offline access. I really miss the previous version—it was far better than the current one.

Not user-friendly new version
The new version of 2026; is slower and harder to read, you have to download each item manually; there is no interactive table of contents. It is a very tedious version ; the okd ones were easy to Check, ghis update is just horrible, it looks better at first glabce but its just horrible

The updated version does not contain the guidelines of full topics before 2023 like syncope,PE,PHT Also hard to search and to specify along the content while reading Missing scores and calculators The previous version is much better and more practical

Guidelines older than 2023 can’t be viewed anymore. The value of this app was the ability to rapidly review flowcharts, with this update the app is useless. Please re-upload older guidelines

Great and well needed update. App is not full screen on ipad mini 6 as the update preceeds the release of this tablet. Please update to support this screen resolution thank you!
This update doesn’t work
After update, guidelines are not easy to consult. You have to scroll all guidelines to find your topic of interest. Notifications are going mad, it always seems that there are some to read. Please fix it, I hate this version.

New Update is worst
After the new update you will not see a lot of topics (syncope SVT PE etc). In addition to that - reading the guideline has became even tougher due to small font and strange design.

It does't work properly
Every time I try to sign in to this App, it gives me a message saying: failed to sign in! I even changed my password on Escardio.org, but nothing works. It’s useless without signing in to the account… I wonder why do you need a sign-in in the first place? The ACC Guidelines App works very smoothly without the need to sign in! Please, fix it
Great App, pale aftertaste
Great app, no question. Only Four stars because - the app as well as the work of esc is sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry and - there even is a pop up banner to advertise for the companies. Medical guidelines and there publication should be independent from medical companies!

2023 Updates Not Available
When will 2023 updates be available? This pocket guideline was promoted after each presentation at the ESC Congress, so surprising to see that the app does not yet include any of the updates.

Great content, but sluggish
Thank you for this useful app. Finally you did it! The only drawback is that app is somewhat slow and buggy. Also, it would be nice if it contained new 2013 guidelines (stable angina)

Crashing issues
This app works on my iPhone, but not on my iPad. Every time I try and open a pathway that app crashes. iPad and app fully up to date

La versione precedente funzionava benissimo. Questo aggiornamenti presenta bug e risulta meno funzionale, azionare i pulsanti degli strumenti interattivi manda in crash l'applicazione, l'ultimo aggiornamento non corregge gli errori.

Very Bad even after the update!
Can't download the guidelines-guidelines don't appear in the downloaded folder even after I download the guidelines. Expected more from ESC!!!
