Not good
No
Son buenos
Son buenos, pero son caros, si quieren ayudar deberían ser más económicos; ya sé que lo bueno sale caro, pero como suponen que tendrán clientes, si su servicio es costoso
Unsubscribe
Very easy to sign up, but very hard to find how to unsubscribe no option button for this
Cancel
Please cancel my tracking account
Over priced and not usable
You have to get the free 3 day trial when u download it bc the only other option is a $50 subscription or $10 week. And if u dont get the free 3 day one u can’t use the app tbh bc it will keep brining up the other subscriptions to buy…pretty lame
Total win 🏆
I’m obsessed with TrackPack!! I order stuff constantly 😬 and had to jump between websites trying to figure out where everything is. This app sorted that out!!! I just punch in the tracking numbers and all my deliveries sit neatly in one list. I have like 6 orders going at once sometimes… The package tracker doesn't overwhelm you which I appreciate, and okay the avatar thing sounds silly but it genuinely helps?? And the map feature is my favvv part 🔥 my package got marked as delivered once but wasn’t at my door, so I opened the map, saw it was left at a neighbor’s and grabbed it! Notifications come through instantly when something ships, is close or delivered, not hours later like other apps. Highly recommend!
Don’t waste time
Says you can track exactly where your package is and that’s a lie I could have done what this app does myself what a rip off
Awful
You can’t use the app without a $50 monthly subscription and I here it’s complicated or impossible to cancel. All I wanted was to track a transformer from Ali express without paying another $50 to do so.
Price?
Why I have to pay if I want to see where is my parcel ?
NO UPDATES
I’m concerned about my order no updates for over a week
Too much money
I’m being forced to download this app there’s no way I would ever pay this much money for a silly app like this
Waiting for proper refund
Canceled right away never wanted subscription now my account is locked becuase i refuse to put money on card when it is trying to charge me for this app want the charge fixed and canceled
Horrible
You should not have to buy a contract to track a package that was shipped/purchased…..
There’s ZERO map
the map doesn’t exist I bought the free trial just for the same info i can easily check the place I ordered the package from until y’all add map like you said in the website then this is staying at one star
