A Lot Better Than I Expected!
I saw a lot of reviews and comments on the order processing and shipping speed being slow and I guess I was fortunate enough to have not experienced those delays - I placed the order on a Friday, it started shipping from Hong Kong the next Monday, and it arrived on a Wednesday. So it took 5 calendar days in total. Just a reminder that they could be super efficient at times. 👍

False advertising
I rock with em for a few pickups but they’ll advertise a shoe with minor defects. Then cancel your order , 2 for 2. Can we make it a 3rd or should I take my business elsewhere!?!?

Paid $35 on shipping fee and it took 3 Weeks before i got my order. The long wait was disappointing. If you are ordering, be prepared for the long wait.

No delivery time or shipping
I had ordered my shoes August 9. With instant shipping So I paid extra. And said it was gonna be shipped by the 10th which is today but I haven’t got no estimated delivery time. No tracking Number. No nothing. No updates and looking at these reviews. Makes me think that my shoes aren’t gonna come in. Usually any other shoe app would give you the tracking number the same day but I haven’t got a single thing.

Thirty-five dollars for shipping is steep! I don’t like the fact that the price goes up if you wear a bigger size shoe.

… lamentablemente ordered unos pares de sneakers al Ver un buen precio y ser nuevos pero al llegar resultaron ser imitation (clon) el plot del glue industrial dentro de los sneakers las sutures experts y los codigos alterados y q no coinciden en Nike Cuando haces el recon es de Los sneakers las mas tedioso No puede communicate con ellos no hay un numero para poder llamar y realization la queja Y la dirección al final es hon kong lamentablemente no te dan solution rapida y al final te sientes estafado

I was sold some fake shoes when I reached out I was asked to send pictures of the product when I sent the pictures they were not accepted I was then sent a link to send the pictures to a different site where I had to pay to have the shoes authenticated, which I didn’t understand so overall very dissatisfied with the site and the product I paid 400 and something dollars for the shoes altogether, including shipping

The shoes are awesome and authentic don't get me wrong, but the shipping is so expensive. I payed 500 riyals for shoes and the shipping was 250 riyals?? Thats half the price of the shoes. I spent 750 riyals in total for shoes that normally go for 500.

I have never written a review but kicks crew has the worst customer service. The shipping times are also insanely long so don’t use their services.
Processing and delivery is way to slow..
I rated with 2 stars due to the authenticity of the product.. they have shortcomings when it comes to updates and processing.. additional delivery charges are way to high..

Order Stuck Since May 4 Due to Seller’s Missing Documentation
I ordered this item in April, and it has still not arrived. The package has been stuck in customs since May 4 because the seller failed to provide the required information to FedEx. More than a month has passed with no resolution and no meaningful updates. Customer support keeps telling me to wait instead of fixing the problem. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product, not months of excuses. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

had to cancel my order -only a couple hours after placing it- and they took a TWENTY FIVE PERCENT fee from my refund. i'd understand if the shipping process had started but man id bet the seller hadnt even taken those shoes off the shelf yet!!my order was just information on a computer somewhere and youre gonna tell me you need 25% of what i paid just "for the inconvenience"?? I had purchased from them twice before and i was pretty satisfied but this policy is so greedy and predatory i doubt id ever buy from them again. its a shame
