Worst authenticators ever
I went to the Nike outlet store picked up a few shoes brought them home and figured I would test them and see if they actually know legit shoes or not… LITERALLY SAID ALL OF THEM ARE FAKE WHEN ALL ARE REAL. think the authenticators name is Melody? Yall need to fire her she put pass on a shoe I submitted and the “midsole stitching “ picture I uploaded a pizza I made at work. App is fake not real authenticating happening

剛下下來之後看到有很多活動，原本服務費要8.5%，然後有些商品有活動就是3.5%或是完全沒有服務費，我自己是覺得蠻賺的啦 然後東西賣的也很快，我上架之後沒多久就賣出第一雙鞋了 然後隔天找順豐寄出去就沒事啦！開心又方便哈哈哈

You can have real shoes in bad condition and they will mark fake they even mark fake shoes real not even good fakes either I recently seen them mark some fake balenciaga runners as real they were obviously fake the glue was in 2 pieces and it’s supposed to be in one melted piece
Idk what happened
One week the app is like a normal app for buying all kinds of shoes, the next it’s like some lame stock market app and you can see how many sales each shoe has instead of letting you buy them. Really weird update and wouldn’t recommend to anyone anymore.😐
Great. But only 5 a month?
Great app, but I have 30 pair. So six months from now, I’ll be done. That’s a pain. Why not offer a subscription so you can do more. Also, one pair of shoes I know are authentic didn’t pass because of appearance, but passed the label, inner sole and front and back insole. Not sure how that can happen.

Complicated
I don’t know what you’ll did to the app!!! But it’s so difficult to navigate through it!!! Now it’s asking me to post items that I’m not trying to sale, but I’m trying to buy those items and I can’t navigate the app to buy them!!! Hopefully you’ll bring the app back to the way you’ll had it before you’ll updated the app!!!
App update
The app was amazing a year ago but now it’s dam near impossible to find what the shoes I’m looking for. my wishlist all the shoes i had on there have disappeared all the shoes I have bought in the past are also gone my account history has basically been reset and now I can’t find the cat&sofa shoes anywhere on the app anymore when the app updated that’s when it went downhill (I have only one email of the shoes I bought in the past so and it’s the same account I use so I don’t know why it’s not on the app)

DOMT buy from here , about 7 months ago I had a incident where I order from this app recommended by some story’s on instagram, long story short I wanted a pair of sneakers I wanted since highscooll now that I have adult money I went and bought a 500 dollar shoe and when I go the shoe I got a 10 years old shoe that was breaking in pieces , when I ask for a refund or a ship back they said no to absolute everything they customer services is horrible , they are rude and lazy , they take days to solve on little problem and now I have a broken shoe I can’t wear , don’t order from here this app is a scam.!!!!!

Great and Easy To Use
Legit checked some Jordan 11 Breds and they gave me results in only 3 minutes! Just wish that you didn’t have to provide a lot of photos for apparel like the original bag and labels because not all of my clothing pieces still include them.
