Can’t Trust It
The app takes so long to display tracking updates that you simply cannot trust it. I received a package today that the app still thinks is in a different state. Tracking on the USPS website is fully accurate and says the package was delivered while detailing every stop it made. This app hasn’t updated the tracking in 2 days and thinks the package is still in the next state over. No matter how many times I force the app to reload, the tracking will not update. This app cannot be relied upon for important tracking updates.
Xenophobic
This is a great app that I replaced another tracking app with . It does everything I want with just two flaws . I’ve found that my email app updates before this app does with updates taking sometime to appear after I have received an email . I guess this could be that the auto update in my outlook app had more ‘real time’ ability than the packaged app? The biggest flaw , however, is when I am waiting on a delivery from overseas - particularly USA or Australia. I have found that once the item has reached its final stage in its native country, it will be marked as delivered in the app and be moved to archived packages . In reality , the package is actually travelling from that country to the UK. In order to combat the problem, I’m finding I have to re enter the package information as a new package for it to pick up on tracking once in the UK . A seamless tracking experience, without the temporary glitch , would be much better. Otherwise, it seems to handle any tracking within the UK without any problems and I would recommend it
Very delayed updates
The tracking a lot of the times are 10 + days delayed, whereas other apps will have the current destination/status of package.

App works fine, but I wish it had an option to notify you of the progress of the parcel in some way. Also I wish there where no ads.

Needs a Widget
The notification system and auto select carrier features are verify useful. The app is definitely missing a widget, meaning i should be able to view my packages status from my home screen.
No longer updates
I loved this app when I first installed it. Now it no longer seems to be updating and is not accurate at all. The status will stay the same for days, and the information is totally different when you track it on the postal service site. Unless it gets fixed, I don’t plan to renew.
Tracking update delays
Was wondering why the app went from being my fave to being kinda trash at tracking & was only informed via another app 🫠 “USPS has recently introduced paid tracking access for 3rd party apps. They require payments for every delivery tracked. You will not receive timely updates for your USPS deliveries. They will still be updated but with a longer than usual delay.” So for anyone wondering why this app is just straight up not reliable now, this may be it smh.

Suddenly stopped working
Such a shame! I loved this app when it worked and used it for many years. You simply entered the tracking number and it knew where your package was. I could have many packages at a time all in one convenient place. Now it won’t even update. Packages that arrived weeks ago won’t show up as delivered. I have to go to the USPS website to get any useful information.
Decent
This app is great at finding the carrier for a random tracking number, but they no not provide up to date information. The tracking stopped at 4 days ago and UPS is still updating real time.

Захожу в приложение, ввожу посылку, спустя меньше минуты вылетает. И так каждый раз. После переустановки могу побыть в приложении чуть подольше, хватает на 3 захода, дальше опять всё по-старому. Doesn’t work
I’ve tried logging out logging back in still shows Amazon packages not delivered. Before the packages were showing en route and they already arrived at the facility really slow to update information. This app needs an update soon. Running an iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 26.1 Don’t get this junk
I’m On The Fence Here
My package has been in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since January 29th. And I’m the one that has to get on here or Amazon to check for updates? It’s not “Packages” fault. UPS or AMAZON dropped the football on this deal! I wish there was something y’all could do to expedite this parcel delivery. Thank y’all very much. I left Amazon a somewhat bad review. THEN IT WOULDNT UPLOAD!! Just frustrated with the whole thing

This app needs an update, it is no longer working
good app BUT..
i really like this app and use it all the time. literally the ONLY bad thing i can say about it is that the time it takes to load ur package statuses is quite long, and i find myself needing to open the app and keep it open and stare at the screen for a good 2 minutes before it sends any updates. That goes for delivery notifications of status notifications in general, i get emails from the courier saying my items were delivered before the app even sends me a notification saying that its out for delivery, it just takes long. I understand finding all that info online, like checking different carriers and countries takes time, but i wish that the app and status update notifications would be faster. overall good app, just a few things to improve on. thank you devs for making tracking my online purchases way easier though :)

The app has worked really well until you notice the X-rated photos in the advertising area… porn has no place in a business app
push notifications don't save? but otherwise is good
like another review from 2 years ago as of writing this states, the "push notifications" setting does not seem to stick. as soon as i leave the settings menu and return to it, or reopen the app, the push notifications setting is back to "OFF". i have allowed the app to send notifications in my phone's settings so i'm not sure what's up with that? but otherwise the app and site are great

These people are liars not only do they steal your money through another app, but they have you download this app to make it seem like you’re tracking your package when really they just stole all of your money and you will never see what you ordered. These people texted me on TikTok through an account making it seem like they were brand ambassador for wigs and then I ordered five weeks for a discount code. They gave it to me. The name was fashion and I spent $58 for new wigs and none of my orders was shipped nor received. These people are scammers and they are liars and I will be contacting my lawyer for them.
Doesn’t synchronize
The app tracks accurately on whichever device that I enter the info on. It used to synchronize tablet & phone, but has lost that capability. I followed the devices instructions on synchronizing to no avail.
Reasonable at best
Easy to use and seems to detect carrier but it’s usually at least a day behind or worse, which kind of defeats the whole point. Usually end up installing carriers own apps for accurate info. So like so many others this app is ok for a list of outstanding items but not really much good for accurate all in one place real time tracking.

Tracking does not updates
I use the website a lot, so decided to download the app, but sadly it does not update the tracking , even when I am in the app and try to reload it does not fetch the latest status
Push notifications don’t work, slow update
I’ve enabled push notification several times and as soon as I exit the settings, it turns off again. 2 stars because tracking does not update “out for delivery”. I also have to open the app to refresh for an update. More inconvenient than going onto the website for tracking. 2 stars because it has overseas postal services used so I can consolidate tracking numbers though some tracking doesn’t update in real-time. ———————————- Gave an extra star after discovering that it automatically updates a nee tracking number once it gets transferred to another carrier. You’ll have to look at the details of the entry to find it once available.

Don’t trust accuracy
My shipments from china and Hong Kong didn’t arrive as the app claims. This company refuses to track the shipments or provide full information as to the whereabouts. Robotically responded to inquiries. Don’t trust them for tracking.
Issues on latest phone
App works brilliantly, though can be slow to update tracking. Sometimes you’ll get a notification that there’s an update but the app won’t reflect that. Main issue though is the top menu doesn’t work correct on an iPhone 15, the menu overlaps

I used to ALWAYS use this app because it was so good and used the tracking was faster then example Canada post or the app from where I bought my stuff from but lately it’s been SLOW, showing that there was no information provided.

Tu paquete el que hace el Deliv lo pone en diferente apartamento ya 2 veces me lo ha hecho que cuando. No lo tira en el lobby donde se lo pueden robar no mandan una notificación de que tu paquete llegó ni un Tex ni por el correo no sirve.
Pretty good
It tracks all of the deliveries that I use and that some of the other apps struggle with. However, the application doesn't seem to run in the background or trigger any kind of notitications. Is it possible to include in a future update? It's a critical feature and would turn this into a 5 star product.
No notifications
I haven’t been receiving notifications in over a month now. I turn it on every single time. I’m in the app and as soon as I leave, it’s turned off again. I sent an email to support a while ago, but never heard back so, might have to switch to another app.
Free version is buggy
Free version works ok for the most part, but often will fail to prompt a new parcel input after watching an ad. That’s pretty weak

Don't sow update info
Notifications are constantly delayed and do not show updated information. I need to open the courier company's official website to see updated delivery information.

I really enjoy this app. I can just control my parcels without worry they get stuck at the airport checking or are lost.
Good until it wasn’t.
After selecting my country, it only searches for couriers within my country. Doesn’t let me unselect a country after I’ve selected one, so I’ll have to delete the app because my packages are no longer tracking outside of Canada. :/
Very delayed tracking
My package’s status was updated 10 hrs ago on UPS website tracker but the tracking in the app still has not reflected this. The app has always been delayed by a couple hours, but this is the longest delay by far. Love that it consolidates all my shipments in one app though
