Best Package tracking APP for sure
I’ve been using this app for package tracking for a few years now. It is the best of them for following packages in transit, bar none. The updates always include new and useful features. I highly recommend!
Paying for notifications??
I was really excited to use this app. I know $7 a year is a pretty small amount but what do you mean I have to pay to enable NOTIFICATIONS? A basic function of any app. What is the point of tracking packages in a separate app if I’m not getting updates about them? Why would you lock the most basic content behind a paywall?
Great, Vinted integration would be even better
Very useful little app that blends in neatly with proprietary iOS/iPadOS/MacOS apps. The Amazon integration works a treat and I’d love to see a similar integration with Vinted (and I suppose eBay).
Price increase; no new features. I’m out.
I don’t have a problem paying for features - I subscribed for a few years back when the app was under five dollars per year. This renewal raises the price 40% with no new features. If there were a save/archive option I might reconsider, but I don’t need this app enough to justify a 40% price increase. I’d consider a one-time purchase but subscriptions are not something I want to support.
I want to love it, but it’s missing key features that are free in similar apps
This is the most polished-looking, simple-yet-effective delivery tracking app I've tried - and I've tried many. It even handles Amazon like a champ - which is what drove me to replace Route recently. Route does Amazon auth too, but seems pretty glitchy with it. My only gripe with it is the lack of support for adding tracking automatically from Gmail. Almost every major tracking app does this these days - and for free. Now if you're privacy-minded, and don't WANT a delivery app reading your email, this is the app to get. Not sarcasm - it really is the best one I've tried. I’m just too ADHD (diagnosed lol) to remember to add it manually, and is the whole reason I want a package tracker. Also if you primarily only buy from Amazon - again, this is the app for you. I’m going to have to switch back to Route or maybe try AfterShip myself, though. Just don't want to pay for an app that makes me work harder than ones I don't have to pay for, you know? 🥲
Best App
Parcel is my favorite app of all times. It is easy to use, and does everything it promises, a must have application!
Constantly have to re-login to Amazon
Complete waste of time now. Asks me to reconfirm my Amazon credentials every other day. Cancelled my subscription - Time to find an alternative.
The Best Package Tracking App
Probably the best app for its category, but it lacks a few features, such as additional integrations, like Walmart, Shopify, and eBay. I would be willing to pay for these integrations.
Not good for Amazon anymore
I’ve been a subscriber to the premium version for several years. You used to have to re-login to Amazon maybe once a month, it’s now every two days or so. This is quite a downgrade. This could very much be due to increased restrictions on Amazon’s API but it’s worth knowing for anyone considering subscribing. It’s very annoying and cumbersome for Amazon packages now. If this doesn’t improve, I’ll likely cancel.
Has declined in quality
I am aware USPS has requested payment from the company to continue updates for that service, and I am aware that the app does make you aware of this fact and that updates will still come, but will take time. However, the updates do not come, if you have a usps order and are tracking with this app, you not receive an update from my observation for about 6 weeks even after product has been delivered. I uninstalled the app before it updated. So far in my experience since this change, even packages from different delivery companies are not updated within a reasonable manner, including Yun Express, UPS, and FedEx. So I would not recommend this app if you don’t want to pay for a subscription.

EDIT UPDATE: **Had to lower my original review from years ago to 1 star. I can no longer track anything nothing works and says pending. It says they now require a subscription. After many years of supporting their app suddenly it's paid no warning. No one wants another subscription to track a few packages. Like this I can keep all shipments in one place and either get all the status updates in one place or i can still track on the website via the app if i want to.
Would give 5 star but just missing one key functionality for me
Excellent app, really useful. However, I think it would be really useful if the app could look at the Mail app and know and add delivery information by itself. Not sure if this is possible but would be amazing instead of manually putting it in. Cheers.
Everything is always a subscription
I’m tired of nonsensical reasons of WHY we need premium subscriptions to do this most basic things in apps these days…..stop it! Why do I need to “upgrade” just to add more deliveries when I found other apps that don’t do that at all? Deleted, sorry.
Restore purchase unreliable
The app used to be great. I’ve used it for YEARS. Unfortunately the subscription has become unreliable. Restore purchase always results in error. Password reset took multiple attempts to get it to work. I apparently already paid for a subscription last year but the app wouldn’t let me use it until recently. I’d suggest improving the restore purchase and login process.
Very well written and supported package tracker
I’ve been a user of Parcel for quite some time, and I really love it. It’s super well written and maintained, across many versions and Mac OS updates.
Why?
Why if I pay for the full app do I have an ad at the bottom? Seems like not a great way to do it.
Needs an archive
Almost perfect, but lacks an archiving feature for past deliveries.
Too expensive
To be useful, this app requires a subscription which just increased to $7 a year. There are competitor apps just as elegant that are free for all the same functionality.

As the executor of my late father’s estate, I’m shipping dozens of items, some of which are highly valuable. This app is worth every penny.
50% price increase, forced to pay early
I have subscribed for a few years and I see their price has gone up fifty percent recently. Not only that, my current subscription, paid through August, is no longer valid. I see ads again and am limited to only seeing three deliveries. As a result I simply canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Customer lost. Update to response from Dev: You have a valid reason for the price increase; had no idea you have to pay carriers for tracking info.. that’s nuts. Still, the fact that Apple appears to be allowing price increases to invalidate existing subscriptions is a problem. This is not the first time I have encountered this.
App is almost perfect missing one feature!
App is almost perfect, it’s just missing one feature. Would be amazing if they could add an archive function for past deliveries.
Formerly Good App (updated)
There are plenty of Package tracking apps. Parcel used to be one of them, but with the increased price to receive “real-time notifications”; it’s not worth it anymore. Sorry I renewed my subscription, won’t be doing that again. As for the “I am paying them to have real-time notifications and zero delay in Parcel” You’re not, you’re passing that cost onto your (now former) users.

This would be a five star app, if you could add the Evri Postal Service to it. Worked fantastic with other things like Royal Mail and Amazon with Evri UK not at all. Sorry if you cannot quite understand The the review. It's because I am blind and I am using VoiceOver on the iPhone. Take care hope you can fulfil my request. Dave.

what’s coming when
Only provides timely updates for 5-10 deliveries per month.
I’ve been a happy premium for subscriber for 7+ years, but they’re now only providing real time updates for 5-10 USPS deliveries per month for premium subscribers. Also, is it 5 or 10? Both are ridiculously low, but why provide a range? Many people receive 5+ packages a week just from Amazon. Wow, what a disappointment. I just canceled my subscription and would give zero stars if it were an option. If you must, please add a premium tier at $10-15 a month for the unlimited tracking expected with a subscription. Also, please hire someone with customer service skills to respond to these reviews. Insulting paying customers is never a good look.
Does what I need
Clean, simple interface. Barring Amazon deliveries that the app can access automatically (given access by you) it is quick and easy to add a shipment. The app does a great job of recognizing shippers and even makes adjustments if the shipper changes (such as when an international package gets handed off). It does not do everything for you, but it is reliable and simple.
Used to be good
This app used to be good but now it’s unreliable because the tracking isn’t updating fast anymore. I had a USPS package arrive and this app was saying it was still in customs while try usps app had all the updates. This used to be better than the usps app. Also it’s sad they don’t give users accounts as old as mine premium perks. I’ve had this since it was very new and relatively unknown.
A really great app except…
A good tracker that I’m mostly happy with except for 2 things: 1) the Royal Mail thing that’s been mentioned enough already; and 2) I’m constantly needing to reauthorise my Amazon account integration - like every few days. Bit annoying.
An Excellent, Easy-to-Use Delivery Tracker
I’ve used tracking apps for over a decade and this one is the best I’ve found. It does everything you need without useless fluff and it tracks delivery services you didn’t even know existed. If you get deliveries and you want to track them, this is the app you need.
Huge price increase for what?
Update: in 2026 the price is increasing AGAIN. Now it’s $7/year. It started as $3/year when I signed up in 2020. This is ridiculous. I’m canceling. I cannot support greedy developers, especially ones who raise prices on longtime subscribers. Previous review: This app went from $3/year to $5/year, an increase of 67% which is a lot more than inflation. No discount for existing users. I’m so tired of apps increasing their prices. Sure it’s only an extra $2 per year, but come on. That adds up when I have a dozen or more app subscriptions.
Reliable and Helpful
My headline says it all. I find the program useful.
Nice, But Needs Updating
Parcel is nice, but does not show shipping status in a timely manner. Examples include you can check UPS, FedEx, USPS, and the individual apps will show more recent status updates compared to Parcel. Parcels interface with the different carriers is slow to update. Also, Parcel does not retain Amazon login for very long, requiring a new Amazon login on mostly a daily basis. As a result of these issues, the annual price for the App while reasonable is hard to justify compared to just checking the individual shipper’s apps for current status. Up-date to prior review: even after my prior review, I had to continue to been a paid subscriber for many years. Now, the App states as a paid subscriber, I will only get 5-10 trackings per month in real time, and then tracking up-dates may be delayed. That is absolute BS!!!! I am paying a subscription and then being limited to real time updates. My annual renewal is due later this month, and I will be cancelling the renewal as soon as I post this. There are other tracking apps available that do not charge a subscription nor limit the number of realtime updates. What was the top,of the line tracking app at one time has fallen into a “Snake Oil Salesman” category.
Recommended
The original app was amazing. The current version on MacOS Tahoe is less responsive to updates, at least on Amazon, and it takes a manual refresh to get these updates. Nevertheless, I have confidence that the developer will make it right soon!
Great App
This is a great app. I gave it five stars because it does everything I want. It would be nice if you can add additional integrations to track shipments automatically similar to the Amazon feature. eBay would be a good one to start with, perhaps USPS as well to automatically get incoming packages from their informed delivery.
THEY canceled my year subscription?????!!!!!
I subscribed for a year, it’s supposed to be through October 2026 and yet here it is 26 May 2026 and I just got a notification that my subscription is expired. RUBBISH! I’m out.

Major drawback!
Getting steadily worse
This used to be a great app, making it easy to track all my parcels across multiple couriers. Recently, though, it's really gone down hill. It no longer works with Royal Mail/Parcel Force and most recently it's reading all InPost tracking numbers as Yodel ones and doesn't allow you to change to the correct courier, so those can't be tracked either. Since I can easily track Amazon deliveries in the Amazon app, I'm not sure there is much point in keeping this one for the odd Evri delivery I might get. Shame, because it used to be great.
My Go-To Delivery Tracker for Years!
This app has been improved steadily over the years and I love using it. Very tidy, with an IOS version and a MAC OS version that interfaces. This is one of my favorite apps regardless of type.
No longer satisfied
We pay a subscription for this service. Now USPS tracking will become delayed if tracking more than 5 packages per month. Unacceptable. Will be moving to a new platform.
If Apple made a delivery tracking app, this would be it.
App functions beautifully and follows Apples design style rather than trying to do its own thing. I wish there was an option to just buy the app rather than subscription though.
Extremely slow notifications
Notifications are now so slow to arrive, taking 6 or more hours. I've even received some the next day! What's the point of paying a subscription for push notifications? And, like others have also said, Royal Mail no longer works. That said, it does give you informative details before delivery that you might not otherwise get told about from the carrier, and allows you to keep a history of your deliveries. But, as notifications are the whole point of the app for me, I no longer see the point in it whilst notifications are so very delayed.
Overall good, but updates are sometimes very slow
Good app, reasonably priced sensible yearly payment instead of monthly. Only downside is that the notifications can often be quite delayed. I’m not sure how the app fetches updates, but they’re certainly not pushed in realtime. My experience has been mainly with Amazon and a few others, and the Amazon app notifies me several hours beforehand. With Parcel app, I had to go into the app 2 hours later and refresh it for the app to fetch all of the updates, despite having all push notifications enabled. Overall, reasonably priced and would recommend, but in my experience I wouldn’t rely on this for time-sensitive deliveries you need to be aware of.

Been using Parcel for several years now. Phenomenal tool for keeping tabs on all my deliveries. Auto sync with Amazon is also a huge plus. 10/10, user for life

Due to the restrictions imposed by Royal Mail, we are currently unable to provide tracking information for its deliveries. We apologise for the inconvenience and we hope to resolve this issue in the future. In the meantime, please use the Track on Website function in the app to track this delivery directly on the Royal Mail website.

My go to parcel tracking app. No bells & whistles, it does exactly what it’s supposed to, very well.
No support for Royal Mail
The app is great, but the removal of support for Royal Mail, whilst seemingly not the developer’s fault, renders it a bit useless. Since I have to now use the courier’s app, I’ve cancelled my subscription for now, until Royal Mail is supported.
