Great app
totally worth it
Bad experience with automatic payment deduction for 1 year cluely subscription without any consent.
I was looking at the plans in cluely and was checking the pricing part. It asked me to provide the card information and without any confirmation or consent money has been deducted for 1 year which is $959.58. It was definitely a bug which automatically got deducted, I didn’t even select 1 year subscription at all. Also, I don’t need 1 year subscription at all. And I can’t bare such huge amount. I tried to reach cluely assistant for help. But the cluely ai support has been helpful. I asked to connect that AI agent to Customer care representative it has mentioned that they have a small team and someone will reach out to me in next 24,36 hours but it’s more than a week and no one is responding back. I tried to reach them through emails. No representative has responded on this issue. Very very disappointed. As I’m a student I can’t even bear those $959.58. Please someone respond.
Nice App
It doesn’t work like the screen share desktop app. And doesn’t detect the voice on the call on my iPhone.
Net essential chapter 1
Cchap 1
App sucks and doesn’t work
Where are the developers? App sucks and doesn’t let you login with google. It just loads its download Mac app window.
Great
Great
Needs improvement and stuck with the yearly subscription
App stopped working , when I click login with Apple, it just shows download Mac or windows app button not letting me login. Accuracy of text captured and summary is average .
Lugo Power
Data center Safety Manager
Worst software
I just downloaded the app to try and I canceled the subscription how ever I was charged for yearly subscription and I asked for refund..they say as per our policy we don’t refund blah blah blah
Great app for productivity!
Smooth reliable for my everyday needs. Thank you guys for this incredible app.
Deceptive Trial & Poor Support
Don’t be fooled by the "free trial." Even with screenshots proving I canceled, they charged me anyway and refused a refund. Their "cancel anytime" policy is a trap. Extremely disappointed with this dishonest. Save your money and find a better app!
smooth, reliable support when it matters most
Cluely gives quick and relavant suggestions during meetings. it feels smooth and reliable, it genuninely boosts confidence when handling real time conversations.
Buyer Beware
I was disappointed with this app when I request requested a refund and they neglected to do it based on their Refund policy, absolutely eval the app in the trial period. This is the first app I’ve come across that does issue refunds at $140 it was a costly mistake.
Best note taker for the price
The app does exactly what I want. I was trying to build my own note taker. This one saves me a ton of time and has features I didn’t think of. Highly recommend.
Bugs
Lots of bugs
Must have for everyday
This app gives more confidence for everyday or professional
❌I’ll update my review if these core issues are addressed❌⚠️
The computer program is great but the app SUCKS rn. Biggest issue: it only transcribes me. Anyone else talking around me doesn’t get picked up, so the context is completely lost. That kind of breaks the whole point. Even basic recorder apps can transcribe even the peole that are far or talking to you, so this really needs to be fixed. Second thing that’s absolutely necessary for iPhone users: automatic audio responses. The whole use case is having the phone in your pocket and hearing answers through AirPods. If I have to look at the screen, it’s useless in real situations. Third: there needs to be a fast, discreet shortcut. Something like double-pressing volume down or a quick tap that instantly gives a short “what should I say” answer. No friction. These aren’t crazy feature requests, they’re what a premium user actually needs. If you fix these 3 things: 1. Transcribe everyone, not just me 2. Auto audio answers on iOS 3. A quick shortcut for responses I’ll change this from 1 star to 5 stars immediately. There’s clearly a strong team behind this and the idea is powerful. Please don’t fumble the iOS experience , this could easily become something people use every day
