ENFIN UNE ALTERNATIVE À CHATGPT
Appris son existence via TikTok, j’ai téléchargé et testé Euria. Franchement, elle a l’air d’être un solide concurrente à d’autres IA style ChatGPT ou Gemini pour la vie de tout les jours (pas tester pour des gros « projets » encore), sans parler de son soin à l’écologie et à la vie privée, étant de la nouvelle génération, c’est clairement ce qui m’a attiré, comme bcp de monde je suppose. MESSAGE AUX DEVS : Cependant, j’ai remarqué 2-3 bémols comparé à ChatGPT ou Gemini 1. Historique des conversations non gardé. Je comprends que cela a sûrement un rapport avec l’aspect de la vie privé, mais il devrait au moins y avoir une option manuelle (peut être? ) de conserver certaines conv, de fact- checking par exemple, quitte à ce qu’elles soient sauvegardés sur le téléphone et non les serveurs, pour plus de confidentialité. Les convs ne sont que des mots + quelques images éventuellement, je suis sur qu’avec les technique de compression et optimisation actuelles, c’est possible. 2. L’interface : fonctionnelle mais l’UI est un poil moins belle que les autres IA, et devrait être mis au goûts du jour et des tendances actuelles (avec possibilité de changer la couleur de fonds, par exemple). 3. Pouvoir gérer son compte et passer à la fonction payante directement depuis l’app, sans avoir à passer par l’interface Infomaniak etc, surtout quand on est pas connaisseur du sujet. 4. Quand on pose une question à Euria, la réponse s’affiche et « scroll » automatiquement vers le bas… donc on doit à chaque fois remonter manuellement pour lire le début de la réponse. À force, c’est relou, je l’avoue. 5. Un mode plus « nuancé » : il existe que le mode rapide ou complexe. Un mode nuancé (pour vérifier une infos vu sur les réseaux sociaux par exemple) dont on veut être sûr de la réponse, sans pour autant utiliser toute l’énergie d’une question « ultra complexe » 6. Plus de visibilité sur les sources où Euria a piochée ses infos. Ça vaudra clairement un 5/5 étoiles avec tout ça, SURTOUT pour la sauvegarde des conversations. Très énervant de fact-checké quelque chose, le mettre de côté et voir plus tard qu’il faut tout recommencer … (perte inutile de temps + d’énergie côté serveurs) Malgré tout, c’est en très bonne voie et on ne peut que féliciter et approuver le chemin pris (écologie + vie privé) d’Euria… et surtout que ce soit Européen, avec les protections européennes et hébergés en Europe !! Bravo 💫
Accès large aux utilisateurs
Il fait beaucoup d’erreurs si je le compare à ChatGPT ou Copilot. Si vous voulez qu’Euria soit compétitif il faut donner un accès large pour les utilisateurs et non restreint! Il faut lui donner toutes les chances en donnant envie aux utilisateurs d’avoir du plaisir dans l’utilisation et réciproquement Euria s’enrichit par la quantité d’utilisateurs, Affaire WIN WIN.

Je trouve l’idée vraiment bien en revanche je trouve que les réponses (notamment en mathématiques) sont assez incompréhensibles et assez étranges il y a des symbole partout mais en revanche pour les autres sujet de demande je trouve euria très intéressant et les réponses sont tout aussi bonne que les autres ia

I use Euria for most things. For advanced AI perhaps there are better options, it’s not as sophisticated as some, but it’s pretty good. The environmental consequences of AI is what makes Euria my number one choice.

GUI Fehler
Seit dem letzten Update klappt des linke Panel wo man die Chats auswählt nicht mehr komplett auf sodass man Chats nicht mehr löschen kann da das drei Punkte Menu verdeckt ist.
Buona base, ma manca l'integrazione con l'ecosistema che già offrite
Voto 6/10. Parto dai punti di forza: il modello linguistico in sé è validissimo. Per compiti di scrittura, riassunti e domande generiche, la qualità delle risposte è solida e pienamente all'altezza degli standard attuali. Detto questo, ci sono due aspetti su cui, secondo me, si può e si deve migliorare. Il primo è una curiosità: l'LLM risponde talvolta in modo troppo sbrigativo. Per quanto possa sembrare controintuitivo, la risposta immediata dà l'impressione che manchi quella fase di "ragionamento" intermedio che porta a soluzioni più articolate e approfondite. Un piccolo ritardo calcolato renderebbe le risposte probabilmente più complete. Il secondo, e principale, punto critico riguarda l'isolamento dello strumento. La UI è pulita ma spartana: mancano connettori nativi per storage esterni come Drive o Dropbox, e soprattutto manca l'integrazione con i servizi che già offrite come azienda. Essendo questa la piattaforma di riferimento in Svizzera per hosting e cloud, trovo che sia un'occasione mancata non consentire all'LLM di interagire con l'ambiente del cliente. Per fare un esempio concreto: se amministro un sito sui vostri server, il modello non può vedere i file, non può analizzare il codice né consultare i log. Di fatto, non ha accesso a ciò che ho ospitato da voi, e fatica persino nell'elaborazione di PDF semplici. In conclusione: Il potenziale c'è tutto, ma per un cliente che utilizza i vostri servizi infrastrutturali, sarebbe fondamentale avere un assistente che "viva" nello stesso ecosistema. Oggi, per gestire aspetti pratici del mio sito, mi trovo costretto a usare strumenti esterni come Claude o ChatGPT, mentre il vostro LLM rimane un'isola a sé. Mi auguro che i prossimi rilasci colmino questo gap: integrandolo con i piani di hosting e lo storage, diventerà uno strumento imbattibile. Così com'è, è un buon inizio, ma non ancora all'altezza del resto della vostra offerta.

Design similar to other AI apps
The GUI of the Euria App is well done and the important control elements are easily found. The main screen of the chat uses the screen area better than other apps. I would love to have any means to set two different key mappings for the enter key or have any means to set one keystroke for the new line and another to send, whatever is in the chat field to the LLM. Thus e.g. enter and shift+enter.

En tant qu’utilisatrice malvoyante, je regrette beaucoup le manque de paramètres d’accessibilité pour grossir la police de caractère dans l’application ; actuellement, l’utilisation sur smartphone est assez laborieuse (à vérifier d’ailleurs si l’application est compatible avec VoiceOver pour les personnes totalement aveugles). L’idée d’une nouvelle alternative plus éthique que la concurrence me plaît, aussi suis-je dans l’attente de cette amélioration.

„Erstelle eine Tabelle aller NATO-Beitritte seit 1990 mit Land, Beitrittsdatum und damaliger Mitgliederzahl.“ Bei solchen Anfragen und ähnlichem bekomme ich immer einen unbekannten Fehler. Vielleicht kann sie Alltagfragen beantworten - für die Produktivität ist sie nicht brauchbar. Schade. Ich fand den Ansatz nicht schlecht - aber um mit den grossen mithalten zu können, muss sie noch die Schulbank drücken … bis dahin werden die Chinesen wohl mit kostengünstigeren Modellen den Markt von Europa überschwemmen …

L’idée de chauffer des foyers grâce à la chaleur produite par les serveurs de l’intelligence artificielle est très bonne. Cependant, l’intelligence artificielle en elle-même n’est pas aussi bien que ChatGPT selon moi. J’ai essayé de faire des recherches et au bout de deux messages envoyés, ça nécessite une remise à niveau dont l’interface ne se charge pas sur mobile (j’imagine que sur ordinateur ça fonctionne, je n’ai pas essayé). Ce qui fait qu’au bout de deux messages envoyés, je ne peux plus utiliser Euria sans payer. Quel dommage…
À améliorer
Votre IA n’apprend jamais de ces erreurs qu’on lui signale : je viens encore une fois de lui demander de l’aide pour un iPhone 17e et elle me répond si ce produit n’est pas sorti. Je signale que c’est une erreur et me répond qu’elle est à jour et qu’en août 2026 ce produit ne peux exister plutôt que d’aller vérifier la contradiction que je lui donne. Après plusieurs échanges, elle a finalement admis son erreur quand je lui est demandé de rechercher son prix. Le problème c’est que maintenant je sais que le temps que j’ai perdu déjà plusieurs fois pour tenter de lui faire mémoriser que ce téléphone existe ne sert à rien rien, elle débitera la même erreur à ma prochaine question sur ce produit ! Il y a donc encore des améliorations à faire

The model isn’t guided by institutional safety narratives which I appreciate. This is the only AI that I have reviewed. I say download this and give it a try. I don’t have to play prompting games to bypass the model treating me like a child. That makes a huge difference for me.

Euria is honestly the only AI I will use, for its combo of good results, data privacy, and environmental safeguards. The last two in particular are non-negotiable for me. The only other AI that has a similar combo is Lumo but I prefer Euria. It’s great.
Unethical
I saw a comment that said if you ask the AI about Taiwan, it says it’s not a country. I verified it and thats what it said. I also asked if Israel is committing a genocide in gaza, it denied it. This app might be eco-friendly, but certainly not ethical enough.

It does need a stable connection but the answers are absolutely correct the ai is able to grasp the limits of the question or task and throughly execute it without flaws or mistakes that could happen with ChatGPT. I really like the app for its greener yet good working concept

C’est encore un peu en retard comparé à la vitesse et la customabilité de chatgpt , certes , mais au moins on peut utiliser une ia éthique qui va pas gaspiller des millions et des millions de tonnes d’eau et nos infos sont en sécurité et ça ça fait toujours plaisir.

Better than any other ai I've tried yet
I tried different ai and I ended up using chatgpt the most. I decided to try Euria and I will never go back to chatgpt. Euria is so much better. Answers are deeper and more detailed. Doesn't feel intrusive when it talks to you because it doesn't record in it's memory what you talk about with it. I am very pleased with it and can't wait to see how Euria ai it will grow.

Sehr enttäuschende App. Die einfachste Frage, wie zum Beispiel wie hoch der erlaubte 3. Säule Betrag im 2026 ist, wird falsch beantwortet. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhältst du dann die richtige Antwort. Und das passierte bei allen Anfragen die ich gemacht habe. Also nicht brauchbar! Bis jetzt habe ich meine Daten der Firma Infomanika anvertraut (kDrive, Cloud-Speicher etc.), muss aber jetzt, wohl oder übel, nochmals über die Bücher und mich Fragen ob meine Daten dort am richtigen Ort sind. Wer eine solche fehlerhafte App auf den Markt bring, macht sich selbst keinen gefallen.

L’idée qu’une IA soit européenne et respectueuse de la vie privée m’a immédiatement convaincue. Mais en pratique, l’interface reste difficile à prendre en main, les réponses manquent parfois de rapidité, et il m’arrive de les trouver moins pertinentes que celles d’autres IA.

Ethical-ish
Although Infomaniak, of which I am very fond as a company overall, is indeed an ethical and sustainable at that, their choice of Open Source model for their Euria LLM is quite unethical. Indeed, when asked whether Taiwan is a country, it responds that it is not, and that is it an unalienable part of China. This is very unethical because even all LLMs will contain some level of bias, Qwen3, just like Deepseek and other Chinese/CCP models, are heavily censored and prone to propaganda over objectivity compared to their European and American counterparts (aside from Groks). If ethics had really been an actual consideration, a European made LLM like Le Chat Mistral, would have been a more appropriate choice. Even GPT OSS would have made more sense. Very, very disappointed and doubting the actual genuine intent for Infomaniak to be an ethical AI service provider. Will not use the product, even though that means I will have to use less sustainable models.

Basic, Bad Name, but Private.
Euria is it basic LLM yet quite reliable. The name is somewhat unfortunate sounding in English and I wish they would change it. The LLM does a surprisingly good job of determining when it needs to search the web or when it can use its data sets. Infomaniak has been proven trustworthy many times over with data, so I tend to trust this LLM as well.
