10/10
this is the best adblock! it 100% works. i use it so much! 10 out of 10. however, there is this bug that needs to be fixed. whenever i skip to another part of a video, the audio goes out. but when i rewind, the audio comes back
I’m not paying for an alternate YouTube
What’s the point of an alternate YouTube and it just keeps showing me stupid ads I’m not paying for this app. It was good before, now the app is garbage. I should report you to Apple with this stupidity.
Great app, few problems/bugs
This app is great! Makes the modern youtube experience way more enjoyable! Only problems are that the app tends to minimize your algorithm moreso than youtube so you have to use the original app to find certain videos, and sometimes when minimizing the window to a miniplayer in the app, the screen turns darker and get dark.
Works most the time with terrible UI issues
It's better than listening to ads but this app is dysfunctional if it's turned on its side. It can take over the UI and it's frustrating to deal with. I'm constantly killing and restarting it. The connection with the screen off also barely works often cutting out and failing altogether.
Was Good
Now charging money for no ads and background play. YouTube with extra steps and no benefits.
Best app
Love it
Background Play Removed
Dogsht app, avoid this app they creep on you with subscriptions now.
mythical find
absolutely incredible, would give 5 stars if shuffle worked... please fix!!
Used to be good
Used to be the best now it’s super laggy
Cobran
Todo bien hasta q empiezan a cobrar
Yes works
and you can even sign in with your youtube account✅
Frustration
They have the audacity to ask for money for the app when they have not fixed the rotating to landscape bug that has seemingly gotten worse and worse by the update. Fix this!
Super useful app
I really enjoy the app, it transforms the YouTube experience completely (ads and shorts removal, playing in the background). To be a 5 stars app, only needs to be available for the AppleTv! For when the supporting updated version?
enjoyed it while it lasted
The whole point of the app is to avoid watching long ads, so why am I getting a notification saying watch ad free… I’m going back to youtube
Calidad
Please Add Feature, exis
This is a fantastic servise, I would truly love the ability to automatically load a video in the highest quality possible. Please add this feature it would be very nice
What’s the point
There is none… if you need a subscription for this then we’re just moving back to youtube.
Sleep mode
Not going to lie, this app is amazing and I’m super grateful for it. If I could change one thing it would be adding a sleep mode because I listen to ASMR a lot and it would be nice to have
blank screen when playing video
hi please help me fix this bug when ever I clicked on a video it kept showing me blank screens (only on my google account when I sign out it worked fine but my google account is okay what’s wrong here
Resolution problème
Each time i switch to an higher resolution the video I’m playing cut with an heavy loading screen Sometimes its so long that i need to close the app to refresh the video If this feature could be fix imma give a 5⭐️ to this app
Just download this app
The fact that this is available casually on the app store its a no-brainer.
Used to be great, but now is charging for ads.
Don’t download, it’s not worth it anymore. There are reasons to suspect this app being a scam.
Good
I was skeptical at first but honestly it’s good, only use it to listen to Megan Lee for falling asleep without ads and I can watch all of her videos so I think it’s good
add queue feature ?
app is amazing i love it if it’s possible could u add the “queue” feature? 10/10 app ty devs
NO LONGER AD FREE
Stay away from this app, they have made it so you have to pay a yearly or monthly fee for no ads.
Works mostly
Pretty good but shuffle on playlists is broken
Can’t login
Can’t type into the search bar. I get one letter and then just stays blank no matter what I type.
Glitches
Many glitches when you turn the phone to the side to watch yourube
literally saved my sanity
best app ive ever downloaded im so serious, 100% deadass, the best app on my phone right now. i watch youtube so constantly and the ads are so overwhelming. i used to pay for premium but stopped bc i didnt wanna keep paying for an app that was supposed to be free. thank you so so so much for this app, and thank you to that one person who commented about this app under a tweet. i wish i could thank them directly but i never found their account. best freaking app ever.
BEWARE: Built-in Spyware
DELETE THIS APP IMMEDIATELY. Despite the convenience of watching YouTube ad-free, it is not worth the invasion of privacy! First, I have been using this app without signing in to a YouTube account. This app has been building a profile on my activities, despite having telemetry disabled. My OS settings are also fairly hardened. Second, I noticed that my camera was active (there is a green light next to your front-facing camera to indicate this) while I allowing a video to play on this app! It was the only app I had open and active, as I clear all of my background apps by swiping them up. I did NOT give this app access to my camera, as it does not even request camera access. Invasion of privacy is a violation of fundamental human rights, and it is unwise for a mere Limited Liability Company to engage in such business practices. I have extensive documentation of unorthodox events, and I recommend that all users stay vigilant while using this app. Justice will prevail.
fantastic
works great! zero ads have made watching longer videos especially much more enjoyable. I only wish that you could change the size of the subtitles. they are quite large and block more of the bottom of the screen than i would like
Casi perfecta
subtitles are broken do not use if you hope to have auto translated subtitles
subtitles are broken 50% of the time, sometimes they are huge on my ipad, sometimes the button doesnt do anything and when choosing auto translated subtitles, every language appears but english and none of them work
Good work team
Firstly i thought just random paid version , but smoothly working in phone thanks from my side its helping me a lot
Stay Away
Lots of bugs. It works sometimes but the real killer has been the stealthy injection of the subscription nag screen.
Stay free or I find another app
If this app starts requiring a paid subscription, I will delete it. End of discussion. That's the entire reason I downloaded this app as an alternative to YouTube, which I no longer use in the app or browser because of greedy price hikes. There are plenty of other free alternatives. If you need to ask for donations, fine, but charging for access to features defeats the entire purpose of this app. I will uninstall and move on to something else.

Me
Phenomenal App, One Request
Love everything about the app, but one feature I wish it had - set streaming to permanently “auto.” I can individually choose each for each video, but it then changes for the next; while under ProTube Settings, I can select “balanced,” “data saver,” etc - but none of these seem to hit the same streaming quality when service gets spotty. Other, 9.5/10, would recommend to everyone.
Don’t use it, they lied about being free
Used to be completely free now they are removing features and charging for them, like playing in the background or PIP. Legitimately no point giving these people money when you can just get a YouTube red subscription. Hope the devs realize how brain dead this decision was
I rarely write reviews but this app is 10/10
This app is amazing. I’m glad that I don’t have to sign in every time, my settings and preferences are saved, this is the closest thing to using YouTube premium. You knocked it out of the park with this one. Thank you!
buggy and lags
It's a good app! But it has soo many bug issues (sometimes doesn't register me tapping "like" on a video, so I have to exit the video and click it again for it to work) and can be laggy (skipping through a video and the whole video freezes/the screen goes black. So, again, I have to exit the video and open it again for it to work), which makes it difficult to use. Other times, if I add a video to my "Watch Later" playlist from the home screen, I'll be taken back to the top from where I originally scrolled (think of how Pinterest does something similar if you're on your iphone/ipad). These need to be fixed and then I'd change my rating
great app
thank you for making this app. it’s great truly.
Subscription fatigue
App just changed to a subscription. A onetime lifetime payment option would be fair, but subscription fatigue is real.
5* if autoplay could be disabled
fantastic app, works very smoothly for me. only gripe is that there's no option to disable autoplay, then it would be 5*. appreciate that there is a sleep timer but you have to be on the front page of the app to turn it on so it's not accessible when watching a video and it counts down rather than just ending video playback if you haven't touched the app in a set amount of time so I always wake up with a video still playing. I also seem to be unable to play videos with a content warning pop up that ask if I'm OK to continue (the video screen goes blank and doesn't play).
No funciona
Ya no reproduce con la pantalla bloqueada
Rendimiento
