The blessing of other peoples expertise
This Wisey app is spectacular in its ease of navigation and practical and pragmatic (and quite obviously intuitive) thought-provoking questions and guidance. I am loving it and I’ve only done the first 15 minutes and already it has proven to have touched me really deeply where I did not think there was any help. I’m grateful for this companies rollout of suggestions and mindfulness for how to create the space in my head and heart to actually make a commitment to myself in order to grow and be a better everything.
Not worth it
Lessons are for kindergarten kids. Features are simple and quite useless
A little confused
I am not sure how this process works but I think the first part is something I do every day and is updated upon completion and I am not repeating the same thing? I hope I am correct in that thinking? So I will proceed with that in mind. I do like the concept of adapting a new thought process to how I perceive tackling tasks, that is useful for how my brain works.
Good when it works
I really like the lesson plan they give you and how personalized it is, it was actually really helping me and I like that they break it down into short and sweet lessons so it doesn’t feel like you need to take a long time to make progress towards self help. However today no matter what I did my next lesson wouldn’t unlock after completing the previous one so after trying a couple different things I tried logging out and logging back in. Now I can’t even log into my account, which is doubly frustrating since I spent money on this app.
Review.
Meh. Only on my second day but now I remember why I dislike therapy so much. It's all just a bunch of wordy stuff that doesn't make you feel any better, but somehow it's supposed to actually help you but it doesn't. It's too weak. Talk therapy apparently isn't for me (at least not in the current stage of whatever it is I'm going through anyway), but maybe it'll help someone else. I'm glad I cancelled my membership a.s.a.p. so that I don't get charged for a 2nd month because I'd be really upset if I paid for more of it. Thanks for trying I guess but better luck next time maybe.
You changed my life.
Thank you so much, I seriously love you guys!
Difficult to cancel subscription
Do not recommend
Good but…
Excellent lessons useful controls over your iPhone for eliminating distractions. Only criticism I have is the subscription billing is a little misleading. I thought I had a free subscription to try it out when I decided to cancel I was billed anyway. Currently in the process of requesting a refund beside that it’s an app that I would use if the pricing were agreeable.
So far not what i wanted it to be
It wont make you choose to start doing things and taking care of yourself. I have most of the knowledge that this app is trying to give me yet im still at one of the worst places in my life. I would say this app is for people who are already disciplined and motivated. Maybe ill edit this as i get farther into the course.
Fix the glitches
Day 2 using the app (paying for a plan). The video clips stop. Goes right to a black screen and pops me back to my apps screen. It also doesn't allow rotation of the video to increase the picture size. Finally, I can't access/use the control settings (rev, ff, stop, etc). Every time the screen goes black, I have to start over at the beginning of the video. Really, really frustrating. Let's see what day 3 brings
Got my ADHD attention
Early into the app - it is making sense to me - I do not feel alone - I feel hopeful .
App is ok- cancelling is Not
Had the app, didn’t use it, tried to cancel my subscription and had to cancel my credit card to get the charge requests to stop.
Glitchy
Videos are very glitchy. Start over or don’t play all the way through.
Confusing and irrelevant.
App promises personalised plan, tests to get instant clarity, a choice of topics that fit my needs. Instead it gives one zero quizzes or choice of interests, and shows me articles about vaping that I have zero interest in, that one cannot dismiss or delete.
Duran
Exactly right
Frauds
I don’t even know how but I have been charged $310 for an app I didn’t know I had!
Unrelatable scenarios
The scenarios mentioned in the video are unrelatable…which adds confusion. You should maybe consider the “Generation” of the people you are designing these lessons for. I rarely do social media, whereas GenXers are always on social media. I’m a boomer
amazing
Only day 1 and two lessons in and already I am understanding myself 💯 better. adhd explained in simple terms . Highly recommend this app
Deceptive billing and unauthorized charges
100% scam. AVOID! App will ask you for an e book and won’t clarify that it’s $45 dollar on recurring monthly basis. Con artists and deceptive billing. It does NOT state what the cost is!
Day 1 - still really good
Countering all the negative reviews. It’s proving to be a really good app but it’s only day 1.
Listen to the warnings
I agreed to around a $10 one time fee for a 28-day plan. Nowhere was it made plain that there would be automatic or additional charges beyond a 28-day plan. Now suddenly I’m slapped with a $50 fee for an app that wasn’t working for me, and all support said when I asked for a refund was “you agreed to be charged the $50, but don’t worry we’ve now canceled your subscription so you won’t be billed anymore!”. I agreed to $10. I was fine with being out $10 for a program I was uncertain of. So if you are also debating, DON’T try this app unless you have plenty of expendable income, because they will hide the subscription fees and then turn around and tell you that you should have read more carefully. I literally never leave reviews but $50 PER MONTH is ridiculous.
Scam artists
Don’t get duped. Make sure you read all the other negative reviews before signing up. But do yourself a favor and don’t. You’ll see a response to this review from Wisey asking me to reach out to their customer support team so they can help. I already have, and they won’t. If you do sign up for wisey, good luck.
Expect to be robbed
The app will charge you multiple times for subscription you have not requested and will make it impossible to cancel/ get a refund.
Shouldn’t be on the App Store
These people will charge you over and over and over after you cancel. Do not download this app, it sucks, i accidentally downloaded it off an instagram add and it started charging me. I thought it was like a daily planner /calendar, totally deceptive advertising.
beware!
they will steal your money if you don't cancel your trial didnt use the app at all and charged me 48.50 for downloading the app. also go ahead and cancel your subscription because it quickly goes from 48.50 a month to 49.95 for life to 1 dollar bi weekly. they have the language in the contract to allow them to do this. i plan to put them on blast and dispute the charge with my credit card company. poor business ethics. void the Boyd .
