As a Christian, I can pray and also apply these practical techniques in my life to help me cope with feelings of anxiousness. Very helpful app!
No Refunds.
Be very careful. Auto renewal is 89.99 and they won’t give you a refund!!! And I no longer have access to the app. Probably would make me sign up again never used the app. So be careful signing up.

SCAM
I wish I could leave zero stars. As other reviewers have posted, this app is a SCAM! After making sure to cancel my subscription timely, I was charged another $89.99 for a second subscription within the subscription that was never used, nor informed about. When told I received a reminder notice seven days in advance to cancel and proving I never did, I was still told it means nothing because of how “clearly” everything was stated at sign-up. And please save me the auto response that everyone else has already gotten about “digital subscriptions not being refundable” and all of the boilerplate responses that will be copied and pasted by fake “specialists” behind a screen that I’ve already received anyway. I’d rather just receive a reply saying you’re scam artists, you got another victim and there’s nothing I can do to get my money back. At least it would be the first honest reply I’d receive!!

Folks don’t waste your money on this! If you cancel you direct debit and write to them they continue to take payment even though the legal agreement has finished. Their customer care team is poor and takes long to reply. They ask for bank account details which is fair enough to prove transactions, but then say they can’t find any transactions from your account despite providing statements. They ignore bank refund requests, it’s been week and this has continued

Interesting review of overthinking and its effects. Relevant aspects of overthinking listed.
Hope
I just started with Mindway and I’m already starting to feel better with less anxiety and overthinking.
YOU CALL THIS A MENTAL HEALTH APP?
It's funny how an app meant for bettering mental health does the opposite with the extra charges. In May I emailed to cancel my subscription and the main source of app plus "coaching" were cancelled. When I emailed this week after noticing 3 months of extra charges they were also able to cancel the Walking Yoga portion. WHY was that a remaining add on that was able to be cancelled BY THE SAME "Junior Support Specialist - Nora" from the first cancellation? Following asking for a refund that can't be issued, a "Customer Service Specialist" sent me an email saying I was supposed to have received emails from different Walking Yoga emails to confirm my extra subscription and charges which I NEVER received emails from them. I emailed again with proof and no response.
A nice app
This app is a nice one for recording your progress as a clear thinker. I wish there was music or some kind of sound component to make the app more interactive.
Overthinking
Still exploring
Box Breathing
I enjoyed that the most! Outside of that the app has been extremely hard to navigate and understand.
Great app!
There’s many topics it covers and tools to help you with.
SCAMMERS
I would leave them zero stars if I could. The app wasn’t for me, no big deal, so I asked them via email to cancel my subscription. Four weeks later I get charged again for $35, I emailed them immediately asking them why I was charged for them to refund me. Apparently, a second subscription had been tacked onto my account without my knowledge, and it was never used. After tons of back-and-forth via email, they basically told me to kick rocks and they weren’t going to give me my money back due to “terms”. Very scammy feel in dealing with them, they could easily have refunded me knowing full well I never used the app.

Good composition interesting
MindWay
I don’t get it, what is this suppose to do for me.

So far liking what I see
Do not buy - Auto Renews without warning
Promotes Anxiety Relief and Mental Peace but does the opposite. I purchased the Carnivore app 6 months ago and didn’t care for it. Somehow, it became the Mindway App. This was not what I expected or purchased so I canceled it but unfortunately I did not save the cancellation email. It auto renewed at 6 months without warning - $219 non-refundable - customer support is laughable. “Sorry, this is a digital product so no refunds”. Not sure how “digital product” comes to play as it is not a downloaded product. No discussion, no assistance, no refunds. Total scam!
The app
I honestly think it’s a great app with loads of good points that you can really relate to in your life. Ive only had the app for about an hour and it’s really made me look at the perspective of what’s happening in my life right now and has already started to take a positive impact on my journey forward. Will 100% recommend this app to anyone struggling right now.
No transparency in charging
Stay away from the company behind the app. Although the app can be useful at times, it is overpriced for what it offers. The ads on fb/instagram might make you think it is only eur 5, but you will get an unpleasant surprise by the automatic billing past day 7. Once you subscribe, all is set. You cannot easily cancel the subscription as the option doesn’t appear in the app, so I guess you must contact the provider. Once you discover you are billed automatically, and ask for a refund, the PayPal support will turn down your request as these guys are already ready… They will send PayPal support all documented and you will lose the case (and the money). If you really want to pay for this kind of thing, get yourself WakingUp — much better choice at a much better price. I definitely recommend you stay away from this app and provider.
A lot to take in
They want you to not over think yet the app has so many things to look at that I didn’t know where to begin. There wasn’t a clear starting point. No begin here.
Mental Peace is comforting
Why am I overthinking? Take action on my thoughts
Misleading Charges
The app is fraught with misleading charges. Services are presented as one-time charges that actually end up as recurring expenses. Buy beware!
Fun challenges!
I enjoyed the little challenges, “ experiments”. Definitely provided the information in bite-size pieces.
No tutorial/no intro
There’s no intro or tutorial. Don’t know exactly what to do. Also there’s a lot of popups at the beginning to buy all kinds of stuff that could help you. In the app there’s no setting to cancel the Abonnement (payed plan)

Scam
Immediately deleted after downloading this app looks like it was made on word doc. Wasn’t helpful at all. Had to email them to cancel and then still got charged $43 after cancelling then emailed them again and they requested to see a bank statement receipt?!
Overthinking
I’m grasping what over thinking is. Very simple approach to consider this

Some interesting observations, lots to contemplate
Very good
I appreciate taking the time to reflect.
They autorenew your account
I sign up for 1 month subscription, next thing you know after one month they autorenew your account for $39.99. I sent an email to their customer support and they did not refund the payment. I highly recommend, do not purchase this app.
Seems good but to expensive to use on a daily basic
Easy to use, the results at the end of the test totally makes sens to me. I would have choose the monthly subscription with a 20$ or less monthly fee.
Not adapted for autism
Makes journaling easy, but the training in the other tabs is not suitable for my autism
OverThinker
Great way to start my day. It was a good read!
Scam
Low quality AI generated content, don’t bother. Shady subscription service, they will charge you an unknown amount that you did not know you were subscribed to with no option to cancel until after you get charged.
Nice ui, great features
Unfortunately a bit too pricey for my liking though.
I can't log in
I put my email and password but I can't log in in the app It's like wouldn't press it
Overthinking
Overthinking robs us of our peace, when we continually bring up the past, mistakes , regrets, worry, anxious thoughts & just being out of touch with our inner self! Quoting down helps you appreciate & love your life
Beware 1 star cut into 1/10
Never used apps trial when I found out it wax $35 I deleted app 2 attempts to pull 34.99 declined 2 weeks later 34.99$ was pulled! still waiting for some response. How can u charge a subscription if I never subscribed just downloaded your app.
Recommend!!
In my opinion getting my feelings out into an app somewhat helped me understand myself and my feelings better
