This app is totally worthless. You take a picture of the food it tells you it’s something completely different. You take a picture of the barcode and it’s a different food. Every time I add a food from past history, you have to reset the app. Too many bugs.. and the support is worthless . They don’t even reply .
Ganz gut
Die App ist ansprechend und motiviert durch die süßen Kommentare. Aber KI ist doch noch nicht sooo perfekt und die Lebensmittel sind in der deutschen Ausführung alle in Englisch geschrieben. Das müsste man wirklich ändern.
Can’t change serving size!!!
It does not let you change serving size. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. I wish I could get my money back. What a waste of money.
Disappointed
I paid a year for this app and it doesn’t track goods accurately. I have to manually input the correct calories myself. It will have 2 cup kabocha squash as 240cal. In what world? Heavily disappointed, I hope it can be fixed soon because I won’t be renewing next year. It’s also very slow and doesn’t let you input more than one options at the same time.

Terrible app
The database is absolutley terrible. I bought for a year based on reviews and the most common things I eat are never in the database. The ai scan isn’t accurate. You have to choose the closest thing which is not helpful when watching calories. If ur going to try use the trial first to see if u like it first. The reviews are good for this app but I don’t see how when the database is very limited.

Double invoicing
I subscribed July the 11 for 1 year plan at 49.99 and July the 26th you have charged the same amount again on my credit card . How can I get a refund?
It is ok not the best
The calories count when u burn , doesn’t correctly do the maths. It is quite buggy as well.
Worse cal counting
Inaccurate, impossible to change the units, weird units in some foods, the scanning is so bad it is not funny, Desi not recognize very basic foods, if I try to input manually, most foods not even there. There are so many other better than this. Wasted money.
The worse APP
Do not purchase! It glitches. Does not offer any free trials. Charges your credit card without having ask if you want the monthly or annual. I emailed the team and their response was we don’t have an email on file are you sure you’re contacting the right department? Don’t buy this App. Lose It App is so much better
Gut, mit Verknüpfungsfehler
Ich finde die App sehr gut, nur leider lässt sie sich nicht mit Apple Health bei mir verbinden. Die App taucht nicht in meiner Health App auf.
Funktioniert nicht wie sie soll
Ich habe die App installiert und wollte mein Essen damit kontrollieren. Leider erkennt die KI nicht die richtigen Kalorien, sowie sie tatsächlich hinten auf der Kalorien Tabelle drauf stehen. Machst noch mal ein Photo, so kommen wieder andere Kalorien raus. Ich wüsste nicht wie das dann funktionieren soll. Schade denn die Idee ist nicht schlecht.

Gut aber mit Luft nach oben
Ich benutze jetzt die App seit 3 Wochen täglich. Die App motiviert das tägliche tracken. Aber ich bin der Meinung das noch gut Luft nach oben ist: - nachträgliches Hinzufügen von einzelnen Lebensmittel nach scannen einen Gerichts - stabiles Interface (bei mir stürzt die App offers ab oder hängt sich auf, wenn ich in eine andere App Wechsel) - einfacheres Hinzufügen von täglicher Gewichtskontrolle sowie Körper Umfang hinzufügen - Suche auch auf deutsch (also die Lebensmittel die bei der Suche angezeigt werden) - Titeländerung der KI Suche, wenn Speisen erkannt werden (mein Poridge mit Banane, nennt die App nur Bananas) - Hinzufügen einer Leiste wie viel kcal ich essen darf bei einem kcal Defizit oder bei erhöhter kcal Aufnahme (Abnehmen, Zunehmen) - Überarbeitung der A,B,etc Kategorien, Schokolade ist A aber Saft ist D, indem Fall Unterscheidung zwischen Zucker und Fruchtzucker Overall aber tolle App, macht weiter so!
Shuts down
Everyday when I log my items this app shuts down after every log. It is frustrating to use. Especially when you pay for it.
Buggy
I have been using this ap to help track my intake, as I try to drop a few pounds. Paid the price for a year. Was amazing at first. Now it’s bordering on totally frustrating. The app freezes and when it responds it remembers every screen tap, so you’re backing up. Not sure if this is tied to the most recent upcharge they’re proposing or if this is a coincidence. Not certain I’ll be renewing if this performance continues.
Calorie and fasting
I do one meal a day and have been intermittent fasting for years. I don’t keep up with what I eat. I only keep up with my eating and fasting windows. I am hoping this app will make me more accountable and lose that last stubborn 20 pounds
Cannot alter serving size
It is impossible to edit serving size. The edit function shows a “.” So theoretically you should be able to edit to .25 serving for example - but that function does not work. Makes whole app useless.
Tolle App, aber….
Ich muss abnehmen und hab durch die App in den wenigen Tagen, in denen ich sie benutze, erst gemerkt, wieviel Zucker und Salz ich zu mir nehme. Allerdings ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei einigen gescannten Barcodes die Nährwertangaben fehlerhaft sind und ich habe leider keine Funktion in der App gefunden, diese Angaben zu korrigieren.
Disappointed
I don’t find the AI photo analysis of calories accurate at all. I’ve either had to enter pretty much all of it through the search, which I believe is better on competitor’s apps, or I have to adjust or update the calories. I’m pretty tuned in to the calorie counts for a lot of the foods I eat so it became obvious quickly how inaccurate this app was. I really wanted this to work because it would have made tracking so easy, but this app needs some serious work. Competitors apps for searching foods either by camera or through the search feature offer way more choices and accurate descriptions.
App no longer works
I’ve been using this app for several months and I really enjoyed it. It even helped me make better decisions about what foods to eat. Lately, the app will not work. It freezes and will not let me input my food. I’m sorry but I guess I’m going to have to find something else.

Really inaccurate weight app
This app is really inaccurate. If you take a picture of your food, it doesn’t include all of the food in the picture. If you manually enter your food items, the lists are really limited so you can’t see even get a good calorie count that way either. If you want to use a recipe, they don’t accurately list the measurements (what does “serving “ mean from r each ingredient?) for each ingredient so you’re stuck there too. An all around useless app. 😩

Double counts calories burned
Pulls exercise from Apple Health. Steps, walking, elliptical are all added to your total steps. Gives false reading for how many calories you can take in because exercise is double counted.
Great at First, now slow!!!
I’ve been using the app for 62 days and it worked perfectly at first for the last week. I can barely get the app to work won’t load freezes doesn’t take pictures. Is there a fix for this bug somewhere?

Not good, avoid.
The UI is polished but the results are really inaccurate and I found several issues with barcode scanning in general. Edit: I wanted to give it another try but it still has a lot of the same issues it had when I initially tried it. Found a similar free product with better results.
Bar code scanning ruined
Recent update has broken the ability to scan barcodes and get data per serving. Please fix it; currently it pulls data for the whole bag or box of the product, not per serving. Regretting purchase at this app at this point.

Inaccurate estimations!
I’m deeply disappointed with this app. No sooner than I went ahead and paid for my subscription, the app is giving ridiculously low inaccurate estimates of carbs , calories, sugar and fat! I snap a picture of my plate of scrambled eggs, hash browns, breakfast sausages and w bowl of oatmeal and it will say there are only four grams of carbs in total! The bowl of oatmeal has at least 27 grams of carbs alone. I’m so sorry I paid for this thing! I’m a T2D and I need accuracy or a realistic estimation of carbs and other things. Now I’m hunting for an app that’s more accurate. Wasted money!
Not Great
Use MyFitnessPal and you’ll be happier. Bigger library of foods, can also scan barcodes. The AI portion of this app is so inconsistent. Scan same dish 3 times, get 3 different results. It’s a good try, but just not there yet.
Inaccurate and difficult to edit
This app would be so much better if there was an easier way to edit serving size. It is difficult to change the serving size or the type of measurements/units, which makes logging very time consuming. Often the calorie amount that the app pulls up from the scan does not match the label of the item. There are other more accurate apps that are free.

After 24 hours the scan picture won’t pick up items and says 0 calories for beer, food etc- Absolutely a joke!!
Disappointing
Unfortunately, this is quite frustrating to use. I have a lot of trouble logging what I eat because half of the time I can’t find the dish or food item in the list. There is the option to add it manually, but unless you’ve eating food from a box/packet, there is no way for me to know the nutritional value. I also suspect this is American because it often won’t find British names for food items.
