Bof

Cancellation impossible
I have been unable to cancel this app and the “help” instructions do not help guide me to cancel. Is this difficultly by design? Not sure. Do not use of you wish for an easy cancellation.
Great App
Skywork is one of the better agentic options you can choose from. I am a private citizen cosmology and astrophysics researcher and Skywork has been excellent at helping to prove or disprove various aspects. The pipeline it creates to show its work and sources is top notch, and it created very detailed reports on its efforts. It is in my rotation of AI scientists, and I imagine will stay there.
WEB IS BETTER THAN APP
Recommend everyone to try the web version of Skywork, the templates are amazing
This is a scam
Don’t ever ever ever download
Impressive
It’s hard to find quality built on top of AI models with any true differentiation. Immediately, I noticed the quality increase by interacting with AI on the Skywork platform as opposed to ChatGPT and other platforms using the same underlying AI engines. A true stroke of genius and worth the investment for heavier grade user requirements. Also the ease of integrations is by far the most seamless, seems to never break, etc
Worse Ai app ever
Consuming credits with every instruction while failing to follow those instructions or deliver high-quality work. An expensive subscription with limited credits that can be exhausted by a single task. Worst of all, there is no straightforward way to cancel the subscription, and no one responds to support emails.

Paid subscription blocked completely – zero human customer suppor
I paid for the full service at SKYWORK AI PTE. LTD. and without warning, my account was suddenly blocked. I have worked on the platform and now I have completely lost access to it. There is absolutely no telephone customer service number available. When you try to contact them via email, you get no response.
