Immediate ROI
Paid $99 - and got back $225 in first month. I’m sold. App is super easy - just email your air receipts to an email alias and wait for credits to roll in - done ✅
NOT transparent
App claims to be simple. However, they requested to link JetBlue account, providing personal details AND add their third-party-phone number to MY JetBlue account as 2-step authentication!! Who would do that so they can automatically authenticate my account and get my personal info??? Not smart...
Not a scam, works great!
Overall I love this app. The interface and functionality could be improved but it does what it says it does. I purchased this app in summer 2025 and figured I’d try it for a year and see if it was worth it. I fly about once a month. I meticulously use google flights to track flight prices and will call the airline for a refund if I see the price go down. What I don’t like about google flights is you can’t set the alerts to notify you if it goes below a certain price. It will email you every time the price changes so this method pretty much requires constant monitoring to know when to call and you might miss the window if you don’t check before the price has gone up again. This app automates that whole process. For me that has been 100% worth it just for the time and effort saved. The cons: it works better for some airlines than others. I’ve successfully gotten credits from delta, United, and southwest. JetBlue, while you can add it to Jetpack, they require you to share your JetBlue login info (username and password) and 2FA with JetBack in order for them to get you your credit. I’m assuming this has more to do with the JetBlue process than Jetpack. But regardless, I don’t feel comfortable sharing my 2FA with this app so it basically doesn’t work for JetBlue. I’ve also noticed that it doesn’t work as well for multi city itineraries or flights booked with points. That said, I kept my google flight tracking and this app never missed a dip in price and even got some that didn’t show up on google flights. Suggestions: I wish the interface has a bit more info. It will just tell you which flights it’s tracking and money recovered. I wish I could click on each flight and see how the price has changed over time like I can on google flights. Summary: this app was worth it for me. I got $193 back in credit over the past 6 months. I’m pretty good at tracking flight prices and buying them when they’re already low, so if you’re not doing that you’ll probably get back more. For me it’s worth the reduced effort so long as I’m net positive.

Jetback recovered $664 on my first trip using their service! Yippee!
Be extremely careful
The app started asking for log in and passwords and access to the airline accounts. Said special reasons. For example JetBlue it wanted to change the text info to a special number. If I could get a refund I would. Take your chance but I would find another way to save money. This app seems like a massive security issue.
Generally works but a hassle
The app seems to work. But be careful your seat doesn’t change. Also you don’t get flight credits. You get residual credits which means you can’t use them to book a flight yourself. You literally have to call the airline and book the flight over the phone and provide them with all the credit numbers. Which could be a huge hassle if you have a bunch of little credits. So just be aware. Appears to save you money but have to work to use the savings.
Paid for itself in just a few days
I sent over four upcoming flights when I joined and honestly wasn't expecting anything to happen that quickly. Less than a week later, JetBack found a price drop and got me a $140 credit! Such a cool feeling. It already paid for itself and then some.
Didn’t work for me
Tried it for a year with the subscription and it didn’t work for any flights.
From skeptic to believer!
I was skeptical about this app at first, but I decided to try it. I fly monthly for work, and we take 2-3 vacation flights per year. I thought I could break even, but I was wrong! Three months in, JetBack has already saved me over $2,200! That is well beyond anything I had expected - Queue The Monkees, I’m a Believer!
Waste of money
I have tracked over 12 flights in the last 4 months and received zero savings. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT HELPFUL AND ACTS HELPLESS GUIDES YOU TO APPLE SUPORT MY GUESS IS BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR THIS APP WILL NO LONGER EXIST
Already saved more than I paid!
I signed up before a few work trips and sent in my upcoming flights. A few days later JetBack found a price drop and I got a $180 airline credit! I immediately checked my reservation because I honestly couldn't believe it but everything was exactly the same. It basically paid for itself right away. Amazing.
Failed
Failed even track my first flight
First app review I’ve written!
I literally bought the app, input my flights and within an hour I’d received a credit for $399! I’m so impressed. I’d hoped I’d at least make my subscription price back so this is fantastic. I did absolutely nothing except forward my airline confirmations. I’m your new JetBack evangelist.
I really wanted this to work…
I guess this app just isn’t for everyone, but I really wanted it to work. I tracked 3 separate trips using the app, and nothing happened. With my current trip, I got companion pass with Southwest. JetBack wants me to unlink my companion to keep tracking through their app. That makes zero sense. The companion has nothing to do with the price. So I’m requesting a refund and deleting the app. That’s too bad.
Great app
I was skeptical but thought I would give it a try. I fly almost every week for business and leisure. It has more than paid for itself!

Paid for itself on the first flight I registered
Very satisfied customer. JetBack saved me $180 on the first itinerary I registered with JetBack. I fly 50 or more flights a year so looking forward to more savings.
SCAMMERS
They told me if they weren’t able to save me money I could get my money back. They were not able to save me anything and now refuse to send my refund. They said I have to wait a year to be able to get any refund which is not what they told me prior to sign up. DONT BUY THIS JUNK

This really works. My first flight $100 back. Totally worth it!
Didn’t work for me.
I thought it was odd that I have so many flights that this app is tracking, yet I haven’t not gotten one notification of a reduced rate. I decided to check the prices myself and found that at least one of my flights had been reduced by nearly $300. Why would the app not catch this if that is the promise? If I wouldn’t have checked myself, I would have been out the money. I currently have little confidence in this app now because of this.
Definitely worth it
Took a week but already paid for itself! Very cool. Wish you could also just send airline and confirmation number instead of forwarding email if someone else booked for you.
