Horrible Customer Service
I had just posted a glowing review the other day, but now sadly, I am forced to update that. Apparently my bank saw a charge as fraud. They blocked my payment, which is for a tiny amount anyway, and I am not being given any chance whatsoever to give them a different card to pay. Zero customer service other than letting me know that my account is permanently suspended. Took two days to get a response from them, and then the response is just you’re out of here. Ridiculous!

Connectivity Issues
I like this game a lot but I consistently have issues with connecting. I don’t have those issues with any other game I play so I don’t believe it’s a problem with my device. I would give this at least a 4 rating if that gets corrected.

Don’t Play, just a Cash Grab
Do yourself a favor and skip the game. They have made the game incredibly difficult if not impossible unless you spend tons of money. Every time they do an update it creates more glitches. The developers hate the people that play.
Good game, very annoying ads
The game is awesome in all aspects, however they have allowed some wacky ads that make you click like 6 or 7 times every 10 seconds and now 20 seconds per segment before you even get a reward. Today they added ridiculously long ads that last about a minute or more. It’s so annoying I’m considering dropping the game. It’s like being forced to watch and click 4 to 7 segments just for a reward. That’s predatory practices, fix it or get ready to start losing players.
Love/hate
This game is fun, yes, but lacks some details that would increase game understanding, game play, and just feel more honest about what is really happening. I hope they improve the game in the future.
Game just seems to end early on

They suspended my account without explanation
I was an active daily player of this game for months. I was a high officer of my guild, but one day my account was suspended with no explanation. I never got access back, and my attempts to contact support went unanswered. Such a let-down, I was almost to level 40.
Enjoying the game but there are some serious flaws
I’ve been playing this game for the last 5 or so weeks, it is good but it is also annoying. My main annoyances are as follows [1] The story paused at the end of chapter X and when we eventually received chapter XI a lot of the tasks that needed completing had already been done, why is the plot line lagging so far behind, you would think this was the easy bit? [2] Over the last 2 days or so advertisements have started playing (just the audio) whilst I’ve been playing the game, this is a bit much [3] The orders for the train, barge and market appear to deliberately overload certain items, for instance wheat or potato flour, its as if they are trying to get you to make purchases to speed things up [4] All just a bit too money grabbing for my liking and [5] Game freezes, for instance during the horse round up, you tab on a horse but cannot collect it and need to reboot.
Addictive but super expensive
I play many games and this is one of my favorites. I have spent real cash in most of my games. My complaint about this game is that anything you may have to spend real cash for is over $100.00 dollars. I can’t fish because I run out of lures and lures cost $120.00.
Game Issues
I really love this game but it has a few issues. Takes too long to upgrade and/or make anything. Makes it to hard to level up. The in app pays need to go away. It was to way to easy to pay to play. Love the guild concept with the ability to message each other or message the whole guild. I was a guild leader when I was playing.
Best Farm Game
I love this game. However I FREAKING HATE APPLE AND WILL BE TRADING IN OUR 8 phones for android. I took off my payment method and now they won’t allow me to update my free game! Apple is robbing us while they laugh all the way to the bank. No more from me! Once I get my android I will start this game over again. It’s so much fun and totally relaxing.

Doing this for money and their update made my phone incompatible. For no reason. Foiled again by technrocrats. Yay. Bye. Waste of time.
Love the game. Slight problems
I over all love the game. I do have some problems with some tasks. They say I have to be at a certain level, but I am passed those levels so I can not start them.

Is level 99 seriously the story trigger?
So far okay but stuck with no guidance
Level 18 bits and bombs task I’m stuck on. As the maps no longer showing characters apart from the dino man and fireworks….the people for the task have vanished

Good graphics but the story and progress are too slow!. Its like a waiting game. All i do everyday is check the farm then leave. Nothing exciting to do. Too boring and repetitive.
Great game with some little fixes
I really enjoying playing this, however it can be super laggy at times! If this could be fixed it would be even better. Sometimes when you scroll out you cannot move round the whole map anymore and have to zoom back in to be able to move.
Currently unplayable
The contents and set up of the game look great, cute graphics and nice layout. However the game is unplayable due to the game crashing every 90 seconds. When the game does load, a lot of the text is missing and the boxes blank.

It’s a great game and very fun but unfortunately it gets very expensive to upgrade the farm in the later levels ect which affects the game.

Big Farm Homestead has a lot going for it: beautiful graphics, a fun concept, and enough of a farming loop to make the early hours genuinely appealing. It looks like the kind of game that could be easy to settle into, and for a while it does deliver a pleasant sense of building something. But its progression is throttled by paywalls and a deliberate sense of scarcity. What should be a satisfying farming experience instead becomes a long wait for timers to crawl down and resources to trickle in. I’m currently at level 32 after putting in quite a bit of $$$ to get here, and I can still see the appeal underneath the frustration. The game has the bones of something strong, but my excitement has faded because it leans so hard on bottlenecks instead of momentum. Fertilizer vanishes just when all three farms need it, crops sit in the ground far longer than they should, and upgrades arrive one at a time in a system that feels built to slow you down rather than let you grow. The fertilizer shortage and the one-at-a-time upgrades across three farms are ruining this game for me. Even basic inventory management turns into a chore when storage is capped at two slots unless you pay, forcing you to juggle tools instead of actually farming. All of these problems point to the same issue. Big Farm Homestead looks like it should be a rewarding farming game, and in moments it almost is, but progress is choked by shared resource bottlenecks, expensive expansions, and paywalled conveniences. Production is stretched so thin that every harvest feels delayed, every upgrade feels overpriced, and every small victory is buried under another wait. In the end, it doesn’t feel like you’re building a farm—it feels like the game is rationing your progress one frustrating delay at a time.
Nice game but battery hog
I really like this game but I don’t think that I can continue to play it. I have a new iPhone and iPad but I can’t play this game without draining the battery in minutes or making the phone so hot that I can’t hold it or charge it until it cools down. This game isn’t worth that. And yes it is Only this game that does this. Hayday doesn’t and I can play that one for hours at a time.

Decent game
It’s a decent game. A little slow. Good. If you just wanna play for a minute or two a day. I liked when it had an extra tasks to find horses or fireworks while waiting for crops to grow to complete tasks

I am enjoying the game BUT it keeps shutting down and freezing. Conveniently it freezes when I watch an advert for 30 seconds to a minute, then doesn’t pay out because I have to re-start the app!! I also feel like the order requirements are not on level with the stage of the game! A high quantity of 1 item needed for an order but you aren’t at a high enough level to buy another building - but to get to the next level you need to fill the order - feel like I’ve been stuck for days now just waiting to fill 1 order
Suspended me
I would give this game 5 stars as I was having so much fun!! Then… someone hacked my game…. Used my credit card to buy something in the game I had Apple refund me as it wasn’t me. I reached out to support and they told me they wouldn’t unsuspend me until I paid them back. I reiterated that someone hacked the game… they have now ghosted me after numerous conversations….So disappointing.

This is a fun game, really loved playing it……but many iPad users complain of getting randomly kicked out, struggling with sending messages in the chat to guild members, and slow loading. They know about the problem but don’t know what to do about and don’t want to fix it. So, definitely not for Apple users 😟

Alright game
Can’t even log in with the new update, no dogs, no actual horses besides the horse event where it has you clicking all over the screen for finding horses, Claire’s picnic is bugged and can’t switch orders. Definitely needs a huge fix. A few breaks between country fair would be nice instead of event after event. Do recommend but not overly with all the bugs and issues.
