Sick visit
Scheduled a sick visit because I needed a work note excusing me from duty. I’m a Firefighter EMT and can’t go to work sick. I’ve been sick for the past 8 days and needed a work note excusing for the 8th and the 12th. Care giver was rude, talked over me, and could care less about my need for a note, saying I wasn’t under their care on the 8th. I have never had this issue in the past. I wasn’t under anyone’s care on the 8th, I had just gotten sick! Waist of time.
Quick visit
I like tele visit, it was easy to register and navigate. The only concern I had that after choosing specific provider zi vas connected with someone else. Other than that I‘m pretty satisfied how quick and efficient the whole process was. Thank you
Hard to set up as new client
We were told just download the HHC App and you will see your appointment and they will call you. That is not the case. Plan at least 30 to 45 minutes to upload your entire medical history, medical ins, id etc Once established it’s works daily well
Frustrating
Took over an hour to connect with doctor. They say it was a safari issue. Frustrating back and forth calls for an hour. Then doc rushed through a 4 minute appointment and seemed annoyed at questions. I’m a nurse and know anyone can have an off day, so I’ll chalk it up to that. Over all a very poor experience.
So easy!
So happy to be able to receive care during the day while I’m working and not interrupt a busy day schedule. The providers are always so friendly and down to earth and take the time to talk through your symptoms. Great service!
The name is a lie
How can this be called a 24/7 app when I can’t get an appointment at 9:45pm on a Saturday? I thought to do the virtual visit because the idea of sitting in an uncomfortable ER for hours just so they can send me home with muscle relaxers for back pain sounds absurd, but I can’t get an appointment with a doctor for almost 14 hours. This app is useless.
Accessible and Easy to Use
As someone who has difficulty traveling and finding healthcare with professionals familiar with my symptoms, this app has been great! There have been a couple of technical bugs or user interface issues, but you more or less just upload your information, your insurance card, and see a doctor or nurse within a day!
Long wait
My scheduled call back happened on time. I entered chat and began answering questions. I made multiple answers describing my issue. Another screen came up asking me the same questions that I had already answered. A notation at the top of the screen stated that I was in the waiting room. After 15-20 min I had to return to work so I disconnected my call. 10-15 min later my phone rang with an invite to join chat which I wasn’t able to do. I’ve rescheduled for later.

App difficulty
I am deeply disappointed by the HHC refusal to Give patients access to a real live person. I am 78 years old and can not navigate your HHC chart system. I do not expect any more help from your providers and I can never see one in person. This is not the way to treat the elderly.
They do nothing
Video visit happened, I explained all my sinus sx, told her what I was taking that didn’t work, showed her my swollen face and all signs of infection. Literally told me she can’t do anything. This is a scam! No adult needs to be told to buy more stuff that isn’t working at cvs. Waste of time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YPU KNOW WHAT CVS IS
First visit
Dr.Tellerechea was both thorough kind and professional. This was my first experience with telehealth and I won’t hesitate to recommend Hc telehealth in the future
Extremely Disappointed
Don’t waste your time, 24/7 really means the next day. Every time I’m not feeling well and I try to book an appointment it says the next availability is always another day! Every time I end up feeling worse over night and just going to a clinic or logging online to any random clinic and they have doctors ready within a few hours. Really disappointed because I thought this was going to be a very helpful app and it turns out it just takes up space on my phone.

Excellent remote experience from Maine with the Doctor. Great advice and suggestions, namely referral to emergency department in Machias, Maine who fully confirmed the doc‘s approach to my problems.
Pointless
Don’t waste your time. I diagnosed myself an gave all my symptoms and my virtual appt took 30 seconds. The doctor said I needed to go to a walk in. For a sinus infection!!!!! That I have a chronic diagnosis of!!! What a useless tool! I was so disappointed with this! The doctor was 25 min late to the appointment and then gave me an attitude cause I didn’t get into app right away. She literally asked me 2 questions! My chart linked up to the virtual app so she could have read my information.
Fast, efficient and just what I needed
Emilia was fantastic! Answer all questions and had tons of great information!
Terrible App
The virtual intake for tele health did not work. The chat feature was busted. Received text messages saying the call was ready to join but there was no option to *Join visit* in the app. The fact there are no other options to have a tele health call outside the buggy app is absurd.

The worst
How I try with & without WiFi it won’t update & it doesn’t even mention update when using my chart to book the appointment just a random notification from a app I didn’t have installed that wants an update making me miss my appointment
Beyond satisfactory
She was incredible. Very attentive, personable, sweet, and understanding. I really enjoyed my visit. I will be back!
Not an optimal experience
I have been trying for six months to obtain a primary care provider under this care partners insurance. That has proved impossible. All I can do is see an online person who provides no follow up care.
Wonderful experience
I was a little nervous about having a Tele-visit, not knowing if I would be able to get the same level of care. I could not be more pleased with. The attention, the compassion and the respect that I was shown during this visit. The doctor after thoroughly listening to my experiences and concern and symptoms, was able to identify an excellent and thorough course of action to ensure that my needs were addressed. When she asked if I wanted her to put herself down as my online primary care physician, I left at the chance. She's fantastic.
