Why can’t the app include the first three letters of the drug when notifying me that my drugs ready or need approval. I order many drugs at one time for my husband and me. I can’t keep running to the store to pick up drugs when they aren’t all there?

Severe limitations and glitches
The app only provides basic information and has numerous glitches and limitations. It sends out texts about “your prescription” but doesn’t indicate which prescription. Worse, when any prescription hits a snag (out of stock, need info from provider, blocked by refill laws, etc.) that prescription simply disappears from your account. You end up making endless calls directly to the pharmacy to get basic information. Not a great user experience overall.
Fix FEEDBACK section in pharmacy & grocery
Every time I try to login, I have to change the password, so I checked off biometric. Hopefully it keeps working. When a request is made to reset the password & you are sending an email, please state the email is coming from RBS Wallet! There is no indication it is linked to Stop & Shop. I thought I was getting a scam. I called the customer service # & had to navigate through a maze of recordings to get a live agent. He asked for my name, address, dob, phone# & I gave the information. Then he asked for the pharmacy location & last script. I started to feel uneasy & asked where he is physically located, he replied the US. I doubted that, due to his heavy accent & I asking him to slow his pace. He said he had a few more questions but I declined to answer & told him that he never tried to verify me with a text or email for me to respond back to him. He said maybe my doctor’s office can help & we ended the call.

App Not Working
This is the worst App I have ever used. As of 2 days ago it just stopped working and says there is an error and to try again. Well I have tried everything as well as deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. Cannot reach support either. Since the app has sensitive information it’s extremely frustrating to say the least. Take some advice from the Walgreens Pharmacy App.

PLEASE FIX BUGS
Please fix bugs with logging in, prescriptions, etc. they’ve been going on for months. I can’t even use the app because it constantly crashes
“House cleaning” needed & missing Rx info
When I look at the list of medication’s under Refills from Account & History, it’s bloated with obsolete entries, making trying to find what I want to mark for a refill a little difficult. While on one hand, I do like a historical archive list, for a list where I’m trying to select what to refill, it would be very helpful if a provision was made with some means of house cleaning where I could remove the obsolete entries. Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could include just one tiny bit of extra information in a medication’s entry under the “View Details” info…. that info being the “quantity” (the quantity of the medication, e.g. # of pills). It would help me understand why a refill can’t be done and when a refill could be made. Thanks

App not working
It has been almost a month and I have not been able to login on my app or the website. I deleted the app and redownloaded but it is still not working.
Bad app but no other choice.
This app is always having problems. One of the worst on my phone. Can’t even make a connection as I write this.

This app is great when it works. I can check the status of my meds without having to call the pharmacy. They are busy over there so calling just to pull them away from what they’re doing to get on the computer to tell me which meds are on deck and which of my meds are ready is a hassle. With this app I can just log on and wait until all of my meds are ready to go is awesome. The problem is that every 2 weeks I go to open the app and it’s not working, not available or having problems with the server. You can’t get in sometimes for 3-4 days. Then it randomly works again. Constantly shut down. Especially annoying when I really need to get on the app and set a time to pick up my meds and I’m not able to see where the pharmacy is at on their end.

Doesn’t work
Can’t pay with HSA card, can’t edit card details, can’t manage wallet. These issues have not been resolved in months. The app is not very intuitive. It needs work to make it more user friendly. Someone do their job!

Won’t take credit card info
It’s been broken for at least 6 months. When I enter my credit card info to pay in advance for prescriptions it displays a page of computer errors and code. There’s no way to contact the app developers or report the problem.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Never any problems and simple to refill or pickup new prescriptions. The Pharmacist and staff at this particular location are always working at their best. Polite, respectful of my information and always eager to help. Highly recommended.
Payment System Doesn’t Work
Your app offers to let me pay online before pickup and then doesn’t recognize a valid credit card. I tried multiple times, now I have the same card information in there multiple times and no way to delete it. If you can’t recognize a valid card, I don’t want to trust you with my financial information at all. Fix this and I’ll update this review.

This app made it easy to transfer my Rx from Optum Rx to Stop & Shop
Bare minimum
This app is only useful for refills & is still very limited, press a checkmark to refill. Does not let user know when script will be ready. Cannot make a refill automatically.

The Ptown pharmacy is always nice and helpful.
