Great Service
I love my care team.. I'm down 35 lbs
User Unfriendly
This app is terrible. Every time Flyte Health has an issue, they expect you to fix it, through the app, but nothing is where they tell you. And when they say the only way to update info is through the app, you can’t click anything or move the screen around, to find what you need to click. It’s ridiculous.
Big improvement
This app has been the bane of my existence, I’ve especially hated the calorie tracker. BUT the latest update is a big improvement. Still not as good as others I’ve used, but getting there. Thank you
Inaccurate
The scan button doesn’t work, and when you use the camera option it’s wrong 90% of the time! You want us to track but make it so difficult
Crashes daily
Initially I didn’t have any issues. Now it crashes daily, I have to repeatedly shut my phone down, and I’ve had to delete the app a number of times and reinstall.
Love this program!
I’m so grateful my insurance covers the full program and I can keep track of my weight goals in one place.
Awful App, Awful Gatekeeping Program
Months and months for follow up. No integration of the app with Athena, which they use for everything that actually matters. This operates like something a high school kid experimenting with Claude would make for his first app. This company exists to save insurers and employers money, not to help with weightloss. You are better off getting your PCP to prescribe GLP-1 to a local compounding pharmacy. Otherwise, you’ll just be prescribed a range of seizure and other meds with off-label use from side effects like weightloss.
Just call
With no website, this is the only way to interact other than a call. Their communications (texts and email) is poor in that it does not link you to the activity they want you to perform so you come to a home page that does not update with the tasks that want you to perform so you need to hunt through the app Or just call…
Some good, many flaws
I have used MyFitnessPal for many years and find this app cumbersome and lacking in capabilities. 1. I need to log in every time I use the app, which I find cumbersome. 2. The database of foods s extremely limited 3. It needs to give you the ability to input a recipe I do like the fact that my weight is linked automatically and I like the weekly teaching feature.
Extension of insurance companies forcing you to use step program that is not patient centered
Would NOT recommend. They are just another gate keeping extension of the insurance companies who won’t pay for meds. Don’t use. Won’t waste your time.
Not mobile or user friendly
I’m honestly disappointed with the app. I genuinely believe the program itself has the potential to be great, but unfortunately, the app’s current infrastructure takes away from the overall experience. The platform does not feel properly built or user-friendly, especially when accessing it from a mobile device. Several of the features that are supposed to make the program more efficient and up-to-date simply do not work as intended. The beta photo feature does not work properly, and even basic tasks such as logging information and tracking progress are unnecessarily difficult. At this point, I believe the app needs more than minor updates or fixes—it needs to be completely reworked and rebuilt with the user experience in mind. While I still see value and potential in the program itself, the functionality of the app is frustrating enough that it genuinely makes me question whether I want to continue participating. A good program should have a platform that supports and enhances the experience, not one that becomes an obstacle to it.
Easy to Use, But Should be Better
First the negatives: does not connect to Apple Fitness/Exercises, as well as does not open the first time…keep needing to quickly close than re-open. The positives: fairly easy to use, and information is good. If they fix the two problems above would be perfect.
ugh
worst app ever
Glitchy as all get out
The app needs an overhaul. Can’t create recipes. Had to buy a different tracking app. Sometimes it won’t even open… just uses Face ID and then disappears and closes.
Hate
I hate this app. It’s time-consuming, it does not keep correct macros. I’ll get an email that tells me there’s something I have to do in the app and there is nothing in the app.
Buggy
I haven’t been able to open the app for a few days. There was an update, so unsure if that’s the issue
Not reliable
Continue to have issues logging in food, workouts etc
Leaves a lot to be desired
I have several health apps. Garmin, Strava, LoseIt and Whoop to name a few. All play well together. All link together. They even all link to the scale and blood pressure monitor that Flyte uses. Why this app can’t link to them, is beyond me. When I do a workout, it automatically posts everywhere else, it’s ridiculous that it can’t make its way into this app. I have even given permission for Apple health and still the information doesn’t get inputted. Don’t even get me started on how cumbersome it is to log food and then to see your stats on your food. After using other sites like LoseIt, Noom and MyFitnessPal, maybe I’m spoiled but this app can’t seem to log my food at all and it’s all an estimation. I’m not sure at all how any specialist can really go by that. How is this app supposed to help people? You can’t make doctor appointments or contact your doctor through the app either. Don’t think of looking for your appointment time either. I do like the articles and recipes though. So I gave it a few stars 😕🫣
Garbage app
I’ve spoken to the staff about this app. They say they’re working on it. I would think that I could realistically expect their app to work properly before they ever launched the health program. Their website is absolutely horrible. I can never get to any of my patient data on that website. And what is with turning the iPad version of the app into a long skinny Apple phone appearance? For those of us who have vision challenges, that approach does not work. I can say almost nothing good about FlyteHealth, other than the APRN is great and that the registered dietitian is great. Everything otherwise is bottom of the barrel.
Wonky & lacking real info
This app won’t update properly, fails in really useful info, is difficult to search and generally just feels really outdated.
the app never works
i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and this app is garbage. it’s 2026 and a simple health app can’t function. I wish i wasn’t required to use this by my health provider to be able to get my glp-1!!!!
Never works right
I am forced to use this system by my health insurance company. You would think I was the first patient to ever use it considering how it works and doesn’t work. Links you are told to use don’t work. About the only good thing I had found it does is allow you to scan a barcode to enter you meal log.
App crashing
App continues to keep crashing. Am finally trying to delete app and all its data yo start over again. If this app is needed for us to be able to get the help needed to get healthy and out weight under control atleast read the comments to see that we need help with it and it’s not working.
