Please fix something about this.
When I first open the app and it shows the “for you” character options, it doesn’t add up to the characters I used. Also when I press categories and select one or a few, it gives only about 2 characters while there’s way more than two in the app. For example: (category; action, pov female) then it shows some random furry girlfriend.

Loved before recent update
I don’t know if it’s the update that caused it but ever sence it memory has sucked, bots have been repetitive, and the entire apps been glitchy, i als wish we could import images i have complex personas and the ai images can’t ever get it right i want to just put in the drawlings of mine and have that work good c.ai alternative but this app also advertises as limitless and unfiltered but I’ve had many instinces of “can’t generate due to App Store guidelines” which makes sence to not be your fault but there HAS to be some way around that.

It was great, honestly best ai chatbot app i ever used. Until they added a strict filter for chats. It used to be 5 chats before you can say nsfw stuff, because now you can’t say any of that stuff. Bots with filters are lame. I’m gonna find a new app.
It’s better than most
It’s a great ai app you can choose if you wanna pay or or use the free version but whats kinda annoying is as a adult I like to rp adult content and also doing simple adult content it’s restricted like super badly
Getting worse
The design updates and small improvements are nice, but the app has turned into a paywall-ridden mess. The free models used to be much better and were actually usable. Now they've become unreliable, produce nonsense, get stuck, and generate text just for the sake of generating text. There was once a great model, Nephra 24B—the best and most accessible one—but then you removed it too. Even the paid, expensive models don't perform particularly well. They make logical mistakes and burn through Mochi far too quickly. On top of that, it seems like the GLM 5 model has been acting up lately, or you intentionally removed the one free regeneration that used to be available for every prompt. Shame on you. We're leaving…
Okay, but needs a bit of improvement
Straight to the point: It’s sorta easy to make bots, but there’s no search bar for the voices, so I have to manually scroll and find a voice that fits the character I am making, also there is not much options either. I dislike that we have to go a certain order to make the bots personality, description, etc as well, if possible, make it just on one page people can scroll on, so that people can start with what they want to start, for example: some people like to start on dialogue first, others prefer starting on personality and physical features. Maybe also try saying what is wrong with the bot when it gets flagged, specifically where so that players don’t have to redo the entire bot’s description and layout due to being unaware what they did wrong to make it get flagged. Though I believe this app has a lot of potential due to the many options it has with customization!

Hopped on after the downfall of Polybuzz. I say it's pretty good! Tho they should invest in some ads and give an option to have short AI replies instead of giant ones. Otherwise, it's good!

Very good app but it’s buggy
I’ve been on this app for quite some time I noticed if I tried to use old bots from some it would just say cannot talk about this topic even though I have it on r mode and I noticed that the images are glitched like the pfp icon on the bot is glitched onto the background can you fix it.
Better than most
Moescape is one of the better AI chat apps i’ve tried. The only problems are that the bots memories are pretty terrible. You give it a correction and it’ll still ignore it unless you keep reiterating what you want it to do every chat, which nobody wants to do. Plus, the message rating feature is completely useless. If you’re looking for a very casual chatbot app i recommend it, it’s very easy to use, though there are better apps to use if your looking for smarter bots. I recommend making your own bots too. I also find it fascinating that no NSFW is allowed but the only bots i see on my recommended have sexual themes and imagery.
Best cai alternative!
Not only are the chats more in character with longer responses, but I genuinely love the ui and the lore book option! There’s a lot of different things to include in your characters like personas, the chat style options that helps change things, (LOVE FOR WHEN I NEED MY CHARACTER TO STAY IN CHARACTER), and the other chat styles there’s actually options to pay instead of just forcing the user! I really don’t mind the popups for the “buy premium” because it’s not in my face every two seconds, and I respect that it takes money to run the program. I love this app tytyty for not being so greedy like cai!
chat backgrounds ruined
recent updates made the chat backgrounds be replace with the profile picture of the bot. looks horrible, low quality and is annoying. idk if it’s a glitch or what but needs fixing asap
Good but not a lot of charters
This is a great replacement for character ai but it doesn't have a lot of characters but it has lore books that you can connect to characters so they get world lore or character lore so you don't have to spend a hour explaining

I spent half an hour creating a detailed, original character, and the app just glitches out on me and erases all of the progress I made creating him 😑 I’m so doneeeeeeee with this app
My view on this app
I was suggested this app by a friend ever since C.ai went off the rails. Safe to say this alternative most definitely sufficed the boredom I feel whenever I feel like creating stories. It gives everyone (both paying AND non-paying users) a chance to experience what C.ai SHOULDVE ber instead of the ad slip it is now. Overall, I’d give this app a solid 9/10.
Why three stars? (Devs plz read)
Honestly, the app is amazing. Lots of characters. But, there are a lot of problems. Mochi expires, not enough free models (which affects the chat in general) and the bots themselves are rogue. I’ve had many chats where the same situation happens. They say very sensitive and violating words, they also aren’t that smart. I also think that there should be a setting where you can edit your own model, Humanities, Writing, Roleplay, Reasoning, etc. Developers please read this because I’m rooting for this app to rise up like C.ai and PolyBuzz!!🙏
Good-but question
Hello. I hope your day is well, to whoever is reading this. Could you please tell me(if it’s not a hassle) if your ai data centers use renewable/environmentally clean cooling systems such as fans, recycled non portable water, etc? I enjoy using the app, and I’m curious on this .
Decoding error
The app was fine and then the decoding error hits and you can no longer use the app, which they said they fixed so apparently the fix was a lie but its one of the better apps if it wasn’t for this
The Mochi feature is kind of annoying.
The app in itself is good, but my least favorite thing about it would 100% be that stupid mochi. For people reading this who are new to the app, mochi is basically the apps currency, and you can’t chat with any characters if you don’t have any, and every chat you send spends your mochi. It gives you 50 mochi to start off, and sure, that gives you a decent amount of chat time. (Devs, pls read) But they say they’ll give you “daily free mochi” but it’s been two days since I got the app, and I haven’t gotten anything. And they want you to pay real money to get more mochi, or subscribe to get more mochi monthly. Which, a whole month too much time to wait, in my opinion, especially since the “daily free mochi” doesn’t seem to be real. And sorry, but I’m not paying a hundred and something dollars for a few fake bucks on an ai chat that should be free in the first place. Sure, all ai chats have subscriptions where you can subscribe and get better features, but that should be optional. Devs, you shouldn’t be forcing people to pay for your app, people like me will just delete or stop using it. But please tell me if I’m missing something about the daily free mochi, or if there is a technical problem, cause I still haven’t gotten anything..
Decoding issue
I like the game a lot and now all of a sudden after days of using the app I have a Decoding issue was working the night before and less than 3 hours later just nothing keep getting deconding error

This app is awesome, I’m more of a vulgar person and this app fits it perfectly but one HUGE issue is that sometimes the app takes a while to respond or just doesn’t respond after like what? 23 minutes? Annoying but better than others!
Rating the APP, NOT the AI service itself
Moescape and Yodayo (same thing, yet different) are slightly different. Due to App Store limitations, this app cannot supply the R+ content that Yodayo hosts. That cannot be helped. What CAN be helped but is to the app's detriment is that this app is BLAZING HOT. My new phone is dying rapidly while using the app, and my old phone does just fine with it in the mobile web browser. There's a serious problem there and I'm not sure why it is that way. Other than that, there's other differences like how the interface differs from web, which is excusable — but missing features is not! I can't add chat model presets to tavern bots I create like I can on web clients. Also, the web client remembers that I want background images disabled but the mobile app does not. This might be contributing to the battery dying, but I don't know why that should be the case if it's a still image. I would just as soon disable all images if I could, but I have to do it every time I enter a chat — which isn't terrible since it is accessed from the chat settings menu that I have to open anyway when I change to my personal chat presets for a new chat (I'd like a way to default all new chats to a preset if one is not provided by the bot's author, but that's a feature request so it's irrelevant here) — EXCEPT that the chat crashes more frequently than it does in browser clients, so I have to do it every single time and that's annoying. Another annoying thing is that when I am skimming through Spells in the image generator, it will reset my search after I select a Spell because the way the app does it opens a popup window for the Spell browser and then closes it after. I use a lot of Spells, so it would be nicer if it didn't do this (feature request: undo 'reset to default' in Negative Prompt box). Back to crash frequency, I'll clarify that the app doesn't crash; only the connection to the service crashes. However, unlike the web client, IT DOES NOT (always) ALERT YOU when this has happened, and you might leave the chat after sending only to return and the message you sent is no longer there. That's aggravating, but I have a practice of copying the message before I exit and re-enter chats. Something good this app does over the web client is that when you click on a whole bunch of things that take you to different pages, you can backtrack more easily because it doesn't open new tabs. Unfortunately, backtracking is the only feature there, and you cannot return forward to what you just went back from, so if you were scrolling for a long time and tapped on a tavern bot and interacted a while until it refreshed the background, then when you come back to the tavern bot browser it will have scrolled all the way back up to the top. Bother! Now I have to scroll for several minutes to get back down there! Missing feature: filter by followed users in Tavern. Frustration: Whenever I relaunch the app, it will automatically reset to the 'For You' results, while the web client remembers that I have it set to 'New' results. The app not remembering stuff that web clients remember is bothersome, very not-awesome. Downside: Custom slider values on Spells don't exist. For example, I can't set the upscale value to x1.935 because it's locked to the nearest tenth's place. Overall: most of these amount to 1 star short of good, but the battery-leeching and overheating issue makes me want to stop using the app altogether and just stick with the mobile web client. It's more feature-rich, the only real downside for me is that I can't use my image gen history to upload profile pictures for Tavern bots; I have to download them and then upload manually from my phone gallery, which is a chore.
I love Moescape
All the characters are very deep and natural and art is amazing, the only downside is you cannot nsfw stuff but still good with romance etc

Used to be a free for all. Images got SFW’d, and now even chats got SFW’d. I can’t even try to dance with characters without the app telling me it’s restricted.
