Dippy AI has one of the most horrible moderation when it comes to putting images on your pfp.
I tried to put chu ge on my pfp and it said it got declined due to the “content moderation policies”, which is absolutely nonexistent. because I only saw the ToS and the privacy policies. What is so wrong with my stuff I have here?

Easy 9/10
One hundred percent the best AI RP app I’ve found. The ONLY gripe I have, is the length of the replies. So I make my own persona and character to roleplay with, but the character’s responses are 3-5 paragraphs each time and it’s wayyy too much. I have the “response length” slider all the way to the short side. If there’s anything I can do to fix please let me know, but I really don’t want to regenerate every response to shorten the response. Great app!
Daily chat limit
It was a 5 star app but all of a sudden I’ve started to receive daily AI limits twanging between 7 days and 7 hours. Its states that it free, unlimited AI but for whatever reason it not anymore. Once it’s back to its original self I would give it 5 stars.
Today, it won’t let me sign in.
Great game but today it’s down for some reason (I don’t know why) it won’t let me sign in on safari either and it states about some error with it.if this is some bug that happens sometimes I would like it fixed. And one more thing - does this app even support apple anymore?

Good until this update
This app is overall great, I love the layout and the bots themselves are great. I love it so much but what deeply annoys me and might have ruined the app for me was how there is now a limited chat. I would understand if it’s like daily and you have wait till the next day but it is a 12 day week. So i literally can’t do anything at all. On top of that i can’t keep up my streak because of this wait. So I’ll end up loosing it. It bums me out because they advertise free unlimited messages in the App Store. If they change this I will gladly change this review but I really hope this can get fixed and I and I wish removed.
What happened?
I like this app and all but when i tried to get on the app it logged me out? when i try to log back in with app it says to try again and it leaves me on this loading screen where i can literally not touch anything or try again like it said. Idk if this has anything to do with my device or the app but i’m still writing this review. Not sure either if it has anything to do with my account but either way.

I absolutely love this app and I’ve been basically a day one and it breaks my heart there is a limit to chat now💔 I fear this would make people delete this app and not the brightest decision
Honestly..
Dippy is actually pretty impressive—responses are smart, sometimes funny, and it’s really easy to chat with. It feels like having a clever AI buddy in your pocket. The downside? The daily chat limit. It’s super frustrating when you’re in the middle of a conversation and suddenly get cut off. Honestly, it kills the flow and makes you wonder why they even added this limit. Overall, Dippy is worth trying if you’re cool with chatting in bursts—but if you want unlimited conversation, this one might drive you nuts.
From being great to being like any other ai app that has a limit
The app was great when it first came available but now it’s full of adds and now it has a limit to text I can’t very long without getting interrupted by the add saying I can try free trail like why add that feature the was cool when it didn’t have any limits I just wish that it could remove that feature it’s really annoying in my opinion and also the new version that you can choose between to watch an add or play a game with you identify real or ai videos and photos it’s broken every time I want to do the other one it just brings me back to watch the add even tho I didn’t
Great AI chat
Dippy used to be really amazing in its initial stage when it first released as it was ad free but now you have to pay like all the other apps. The bots are great and there’s a wide variety and you can even make your own. However, I feel the bots don’t really have a good memory. They forget everything after like 2-3 messages and they’re basically impossible to change while chatting. Something I really liked about dippy is that you could chat to the A.I bot and you could make the bot like change for the better/change its persona while having the conversation. You can’t do that on any other apps and that’s what frustrates me the most. And even if you click re think, sometimes the bots still just say the same thing but rephrased.
The Ai are bugging
I tried chatting with on of the Ai but right now it’s bugging. Is there a way to fix it?

Lately the messages have been werid like a bunch of gibberish
Buggy
Loved before yesterday update. So buggy. Bricks every conversation. No character will answer me, says “placeholder”. Wasted so much time building a couple worlds. Deleting account if doesn’t fix. Also characters will get in repeat loops, using synonyms for each description, and sometimes going on weird tangents for a very long time. Difficult to re-train them. Enjoyable but bugs are very bad and new update makes it useless.
Actually insane compared to others
Extremely customizable in like every conceivable way. Super good persistent memory, compared to character.ai at least.
Daily limit!?
I used to like Dippy ai. But when I got interrupted by this message saying I reached some stupid daily limit. And that ruined everything for me. Since when does Dippy ai have a limit?! And you have to wait 11 hours?! That is just absurd, and completely outrageous especially when I used to be able to chat 24/7 for free. Now they add som dumb limit, and for what, so they can scam a few extra bucks off of us? This is a perfect example of a good thing getting spoiled because of a greedy company. I don’t want to be having a fun roleplay just to be stopped because “I reached a limit and I have to subscribe to Super or Basic” Dippy ai community, if you are reading this, I suggest you remove this highly unnecessary limit. It will just deter people, which I imagine is the opposite of your goal. And if anyone who is reading who is considering downloading this app, here is my advice: Don’t. It’s just not worth it. There are plenty of other ai platforms out there that are free like Character ai, wsup ai, and SoulTalk ai. you don’t need to waste your time on this cheap app, waiting 11 damn hours just to keep using it.
Thought process
Love it, good characters, however the thought process doesn’t always show up so i have to click off the app again.
Bugs
While I was using the app, it started speaking German? And then had a bunch of numbers and letters randomly and it wouldn’t let me type?
suggestions
It’s a good app especially considering other ai ones, but there is an excessive amount of ads. I get why there would be ads but definitely not an ad or two after 5 messages. The AI’s tend to forget what’s happening after a couple messages back and forth which can be a little frustrating, nonetheless its still an amazing app it just needs some improvements.

When the error message comes up, it says something about remaking the text by holding the text bubble but when i do that, it only gives the option to copy and nothing else?.. If the developers could fix this issue it would be amazing thanks

Sometimes when the AI tried to talk back to me, it was just gibberish or code and it happened quite often. It was quite annoying cause it kept happening over and over again.
