Good, but it needs some fixes
I think this is a really good app it is very functional and has really good stylistic designs and I love it, the only problem the ability to change the way your camera looks, which is really cool. Sadly is locked behind a paywall, which is really sad because there are some really cool styles and the point of achievement is that I allow you to customize your camera, but you can’t even use the customization to unlock from achievements to customize your camera. If you don’t pay 2.99 a month. Other than that, it is a really good app really good function.
Too less
All the features that would make this a good camera are sitting behind a subscription. Everything included in the free version just make the app a bad version of the Apple Camera.
STOP ASKING ME TO REVIEW
Nearly every time I open the app, I’m asked to write a review. This has stopped me capturing photos in the moment. I love this app but stop blocking me from taking photos.
Camera
Pogo
Pay
I really don’t wanna pay!!
It’s alright, could be better.
U should add the option to take a video, and also make everything free, so a lot more people could enjoy the app

It is mid.
The camera quality is good but the prices to change the camera is a little to much. I was shocked after I saw the prices.
(Not Boring) Camera review
I love this! The filters are all so pretty and the quality is amazing! Definitely get this if you want beautiful pictures!
Greed
This has got to be the greediest developer on the store
Add video and you got a 5 star app
Huge supporter of your app catologue, this is my favorite camera app by far - but it’s missing video. Add that and I’ll never touch the stock camera again and I’ll give 5 stars.
Great filters, unresponsive
Amazing filters. Love the ability to be intentional with photos again. But oh lord why is it so slow on my phone. I’m using iPhone 14 and assume I don’t need a pro max iPhone to use a camera app. It hangs regularly and I completely miss the moment I was trying to capture. I have to spam the capture button for it to register. The photo developing time is inconsistent which I feel again is because the app is not optimised. It’s so slow that I launch the app try repeatedly to capture a photo only to realise the subscriptions pop up was still loading. Why do you have to prompt the user to buy subscriptions on launch. It’s so frustrating to launch an app to capture a moment and then wait 30 seconds to dismiss a pop up to be able to do that. I love the UI but there must be a better way to implement this without slowing down the entire experience. I would buy the subscription but the responsiveness issue is a dealbreaker to the point o don’t even want to use the app anymore
Love, but…
I really want to love this more than I do because it is so much fun, controls and haptics are excellent, setting are clear and simple… However, the image exposure as shown on the viewfinder never matches the exposure of the captured image. So to get the shot you want, it is usually a bunch of trial and error photos and back and forth between capturing and reviewing. That pushes the fun out of the experience and turns it into extra work. Please address this situation so the entire experience with this app can be fun! — Adding another update to this review… App assigns self-promotional metadata to your images. So if you want to share them, you have to decide whether you want to promote the app or add another step into your workflow to remove the metadata. For me, since the app has a cost, I’m not interested in being part of your marketing team. Metadata gets removed.
Not boring indeed
This app (and other “not boring” apps) are just like you would think. So much you can do (and did I mention, it’s not boring?) anyway that’s all and I hope this review is not boring. Bye!👋
Silly
This app is just window dressing
NB Weather is better
I mean, it’s good but it’s missing two features that would balance NBW and NBC. 1: panoramas. I don’t really use them for the intended purpose but I like the feature anyway. 2: videos. Need I say more- no. I don’t need to say more.
Decent but overhyped.
The idea is good and i wish apple would incorporate manual focus into the proprietary camera but outside of that feature this is a toy camera. Its slow, i have to exit the app and go to my photos to see what i took which makes fine tuning shots unnecessarily clunky, when adjusting in manual mode the viewfinder image and end result you capture rarely ever align (usually way off) and i shoot manual mode on professional cameras. And everything is locked behind a paywall and the base experience isn’t enough to pay $60 for filters and the ability to re-skin the interface.
Good, but could be better
I love it, but all of the customization is locked - it would be nice to have the stickers we unlock and colors be available instead of paying - a lot of people don’t really have money :<
Best app ever
I started using this on a vacation thinking i wasn’t gonna use it at all. But then I took my first photo with it and I was amazed by how good it was. I can now take any photo of any and it will look like I did it with a real expensive camera. I LOVE THIS APP
AWSOME! But needs correction
Custom Aspect Ratios. Video Mode URGENTTT. BEST CAMERA APP but NEEEEEDS THE VIDEO MODE!!!!!!
Amazing but one thing
It's a really good app, but if you are actually looking for good camera quality this one is slightly worse but it is hardly noticeable. But it isn't really meant for camera quality, it's meant for just more of a fidget for neurodivergent people than for actual photography.
Can’t import Custom LUTs anymore for free. Super disappointed
I loved using this app in the summer. Taking pictures around China. Being able to use custom premade LUTs for free was great. Deleted for space and redownloaded to use in Florida, so during Halloween. But now I can’t use imported LUTs for free, like I was able to to a few months prior. Super disappointed, hopefully they revert this change, because this app takes really nice pictures
Nice
The design is nice and feels premium but its hard to tell witch button does what
This is an amazing app
I put this at five stars, because the quality upgrade is actually insane, but it’s lacking in editing features and other types of camera use, like slow-mo, video, or Live Photos. I also wish the cropping tool was a bit more free instead of giving specific crop formats, if this app had videos it would be a 11/10(also add more filters)
Nothing unique
There is no such great use of it if you know how to use main camera you can do same as well
Quite good
Good app but lots of the stuff is locked behind a subscription
Money mongers
App should allow certain features to better of cost like changing skin colour and more zoom else it is a 10/10 and the sound by Thomas Williams makes it better.
Paid already but app is not letting you use the paid features
The app is good but it’s not giving us the features we have paid for due to some bug or the other. Please fix this soon.
Great
This app is soooooiiioiiiiioioooooooooooo cool. I recommend it to EVERYONE.Also good job creators of this app.
Constantly crashing on iPhone XR
Is it not build for iPhone XR, the app constantly crashes whenever I click a picture. And it is very slow when I tried to make any modifications in camera, also the phone heats up too quickly.
App has really improved!
The app is amazing and has really improved in the last few months. It's more stable, less laggy and my phone doesn't feel like a hot potato anymore. A few problems or things I think could improve: 1. A way to lock ISO and have an optional slider that can be adjusted by 50s or 100s for quicker adjustments. 2. Lockable focus, exposure and shutter. 3. Bug report: attempting to quickly capture photos in SuperRaw will give a "Capture Error". 4. I do wish ProRaw was a bit quicker loading between shots. 5. Still hoping for burst mode options in any RAW formats from 5-10 (selectable) to maybe infinite.

Doesn’t work in iOS 26
When the intro for the app ends, it just shuts down the app entirely
Amazing!!!
LOVE THIS BRO THIS SHI PEAK
Not as good as the other notboring apps
The photos lack brightness you get from the native camera app, by a lot, even turning on the brightness in editing on and hdr in the app on. Pictures lack life, gray. Ironically great UI, but there’s no photo preview option either. But the photos don’t look good, don’t use it on a trip, all the photos will come out bleak.
Price
I wish the prices were lower still great but like meh
No zoom
I’m using the iPhone 16 I’m not finding the zoom option anywhere, I’ve checked the user guide as well. As shown it’s not happening. Please suggest.
Definition of design over function. And it makes you pay for both.
The camera is fine, but the advertised features like super raw and pro raw are really just meant for surprising yourself with a photo that looks nothing like the preview. If you want an accurate picture to the preview you have to use basic mode, which I guess the other modes have their uses, but basic is good for every scenario. I might not be using it correctly. The other main feature of this app is that it’s a fun, customisable, and.. not boring, camera app. It is customisable, but only once, and you have to use the presets. If you want to use your own colour scheme, you have to pay. So you have to use one of their presets, which are pretty good, such as the retro, saddle, and black one. But if you pick one and get tired of it, you have to either pay monthly to change it, or just change it to black. Why? You have to pay for every feature that isn’t the basic camera functions with a couple extra features. Remove the paywall for half the things. I’m not asking for the whole app to be free, as that is how you earn money, but at least make more things free.
!Not Boring at all
It’s the most fun I’ve ever had with a camera although I have absolutely no idea how to use it so far lol but I love it
Begs too much for paid version
Can’t use the app if it keeps begging to buy paid version
No Timer
There’s no timer.
Cannot save to camera roll
I am not able to see the setting in the apple app settings , that will let me flick the switch in order for me to save the photos captured by the app to the iphone photos app. Please fix this bug so that I can save my clicked photos
Borderline greedy
I am sorry to say that cause I lived the company so far because it always have been one of the app companies with the lowest paying features I’ve seen and all the aesthetics of the company. BUT… concerning the not boring camera, THE feature that made all the difference was the abilities to import custom LUT… and now you decide to suddenly make it a payed feature. Am sorry but That’s outrageous
Great
Amazing. been using this app for a month. It’s way better than my original camera. I would recommend getting this 100%.
A camera app not capturing photo
Upon trying multiple times and also reinstalling the software, still I’m not able to capture a singular photograph. I’m just greeted with a message stating “The photo could not be captured. Please try again. Info: settings failed”
Not Boring Camera
Sometimes I default to the regular camera but overall great app and makes it fun
Novel interface but largely unusable
A camera app without being able to control the zoom level (even if it were limited to the maximum optical zoom of the device - 5x in my case) is simply ridiculous. Too much time has been spent on the gimmicky interface and too little on the actual practicalities of taking a photo. A case of style over substance unfortunately.
Images captured completed different to the preview
The previews you see when taking a photo with a filter applied can look beautiful, but the resulting image captured looks completely different the exposure and colours are never the same. Hugely disappointing.
