I’ve been playing for over a year. This game is so cute and so satisfying! I just wish there were more restaurants I could open!
Scummy Behavior — Waste of Time
I am playing this app through Tapjoy (to earn money from playing it), I have made it almost to the end, I just hit the 5th out of 7 rewards, and all of there sudden as soon as I hit that reward, the app just stops giving me ads almost at all. I have watched a TON of ads throughout the last 16 days, like so many ads you don’t understand. And now all of the sudden you can’t give me any? Which really sucks because I only have 14 days left to complete the last 2 rewards. I’m very positive it is on purpose to not let me get to the reward in time. Very scummy behavior.

Absolutely obsessed with this game for past week! This is so relaxing and I feel so happy to see how my catstaurant is flourishing!! Love the way they customize the Maid Customs for cats differently!! That is such a cute detail! If you are a burn-out corporate worker like me.. trust me you need this on your phone!!

best idle game!
i never leave reviews for games but i've been on the search for YEARS for an idle game and i struck gold with this one! it's simple, ads are not shoved in your face, and all the currency is easy to get over time. definitely recommend playing this. my ONLY criticism is to PLEASE let us hold down the item generators in the lab because individually clicking stuff to merge is a bit tedious xd. but it's a fun game. keep it up, devs!

Fun, but it’s painfully obvious how badly they want you to pay.
Plenty of games offer reward based mini games without completely blocking it behind paywalls. I’ll gladly watch the ads before i ever pay 2.99 to move further along in a game

Great Game
I have tried out many idle games, and this is by far a favorite. There are no annoying ads, every currency is easy enough to get, as long as you check in at least semi-regularly. There are plenty of locations to unlock, gems are easy to obtain, and it’s very easy to collect ad tickets to use for rewards. The little workers are all unique and adorable, and easy to hire. My only suggestion is to add an option on the group advertisement for coins instead of gems, since we have the option to individually use coins at each location. It is also a little unclear if we are able to keep the benefits of an upgrade while having a lower tier equipped. Otherwise this game is just about perfect! Thank you devs ❤️🐈

There are objectives to do talking about a dream car but I am confused as to what this means. i don’t see any way to get a car in the game.

Bugs and freezes.
Its freezes every minute or so and i have to wait about 10-15 seconds for it to unfreeze it even freezes during ads and you cant make any progress unless you watch like 50 ads it needs to be fixed. For this app to succeed it needs to meet basic standards and it’s definitely not an idle game.

Unable to store data😓
I played your game for a few days and wanted to save the game data on iCloud😊. As soon as I clicked the button of that function, there was a prompt that I was registering, and then the login was successful. I was ready to click Save Data, but it kept spinning in circles in this place and not been saved😤. I tried several times and it took me more than ten minutes each time🤯. Can you fix it? Thank you🥹

Not What The Ad Makes it Look Like!
You aren’t moving a cute little cat around like in the ad. You’re just clicking the buttons and dragging the coffee over. It’s such a scam to advertise what you know people want when that isn’t your app at all. 🙄
We Need A Tutorial
In the game, paying to skip ads is fine. But we are given challenges which we also have to play to complete. There are some great challenges but no way of knowing how to do them? On YouTube and Everywhere else on social media, no one knows how to do bulk cleaning or use the popular menu manager. We can’t find it or we don’t know how to use it, so we miss out on rewards, because there is no tutorial. I sent an email asking for help or guidance, but this issue may cause players to stop playing such a fun game. Please fix this so we can play with fairness?

i’m a gamer and i don’t say this lightly, i’m genuinely addicted to catstaurant. i’ve lost full hours to this game without even realizing it. it’s insanely cute, fun, and you can tell a lot of care went into how it’s designed. a lot of games hook you with aesthetics, get you to spend money, and then fall flat because the gameplay is repetitive and goes nowhere. this one doesn’t. it actually stays engaging, which is rare. big credit to the developers for that. that said, there’s one really frustrating issue. when i set a specific item as a “special” to upgrade it to five stars, i actively stay engaged in the restaurant so orders move faster and customers cycle in and out quicker. that way i can get more orders of the special item within the 10 minute window. because of that, i’m tapping quickly to take orders, which the game clearly encourages. but often, when i tap an order, the game registers it as me trying to clean a table behind it instead. it completely throws off the flow and wastes time during a process that’s supposed to reward speed and attention. it happens way too frequently to ignore, and it honestly feels like a touch priority or hitbox issue. not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that needs fixing.

You’re not moving around the cat avatar like you are in the ad. It’s just you doing it. The only other animals are the customers. Definitely deleting this game.

Begging for money…
The game is cute… it’s just one thing: Everywhere you look they are BEGGING for you just to give them money; and not even at a reasonable price!! “It’s worth 180$ but we made it 40$ just for you!!” Is INSANE. Digital currency (they will never run out of) is never going to be worth 40$ or even the fake price of 180$. (It was never going to be 180$, that’s just a sales tactic. They do not care about you, they just want more money.)

I love the game but I’m at a point where until there’s a update it’s not worth it to play. I can’t upgrade anything else anymore so the money I earn in game is pointless

Don’t Like; Too slow
This game is not an idle game. To me, it moves too slow, meaning the pace of it. The naggy cat who supposedly tells you you’re on your own but then proceeds to nag you to perform the next move is annoying. Pity too as I like games with cats for the most part. I don’t like this one though.

fun game with cute characters. but you inevitably have to spend a LOT of real money to actually progress. also the “clean all branches” button actually only cleans one branch at a time; the premium only works for the current restaurant.

Easy to play and oh so addictive!
Badly done
I quit the game after 1 day due to the energy recovery system. I am not watching multiple ads to recover all my energy, and I am not spending all my coins on it either. The art is not cute enough for me to stick around. Animal Restaurant has kept me around for years due to the quality of the art and the fact that you never have to watch a single ad if you do not want to and, unlike this game, you won’t be penalized for not watching ads.

It’s fun but I lost a bunch of my progress! I was almost fully finished the first restaurant and was working my way through the second with the third unlocked. Now it says I don’t have any of the updates for the first restaurant! I tried to load my data but it says that it failed :(

It’s fun, but…
I enjoy the game and have found it fun. The only issue I’ve had is with customer service not being fully helpful. I don’t know if the issue is from a language barrier, but I can’t get any more vehicles from a glitch which makes playing less enjoyable, so future players be careful about watching an ad to avoid the 3 hour wait time for your cars

If you're advertising one thing because you know that's what people want to play, then why not make like that? I don't understand the whole method. Why bait and switch when you're showing off you have the capability to make something people like, just make that or advertise the game you actually have.
