Although looks cute and cozy, progression is painfully slow. No-Ads package is very expensive and FTP players will be forever locked in watching ads. And even if you do buy no-ads package, critical resources is incredibly difficult to obtain and it will push you to spend more on in game resource packs.

Developers should read this review
I understand that the developers need to encourage in-app purchases. However, making the game practically impossible to progress without spending money is hard to justify. And at the very least, if a player has made a purchase, shouldn’t they be able to complete the event without being forced to spend even more? The game itself is incredibly cute and genuinely fun to play. Unfortunately, the monetization system makes it difficult to keep enjoying the game. Honestly, I have to wonder who thought this was a good idea. I’d much rather see a subscription model or even a higher one-time purchase price. At the very least, there should be a guaranteed package for each event that allows players to complete it without relying on endless spending or luck. This is honestly one of the most aggressively monetized games I’ve ever played.
Annoying situation
I love this game and have great classrooms but in the chess relic game I was so excited to get the prizes but then I could only get two before you had to pay money to get the next one. Make less things cost money, otherwise I’m just wasting my gold and gems on things just to have to pay real money.

The game is fun when you don’t have to force quit to avoid an ad that you can’t exit out of.
Cute game and good idea but too much reliance on ads
The game is cute and has a nice progression in the beginning. Once you start needing to upgrade the professors the game becomes so ad reliant to get anything done. If i want more magic potions or diamonds you have to watch ads to keep up with the amount of money i make. It gets annoying to have to watch an ad every 30 seconds just to keep playing or claim my rewards.

Oh my god, this game is the best! I came home one day because my braces were really sore, and I sat down and started playing this game i didn’t even realize I downloaded. It. Is. So. Fun! If you like Harry Potter and you like cats, you should download this game! Trust me, you won’t regret it.
Devs should not be allowed to take away purchases
I paid for 5x coins and no ads. A few weeks ago the game developer took away the 5x coins portion. This should not be allowed. My enjoyment playing this game plummeted as progression totally stalled due to the change. If issue not addressed soon I will be seeking a full refund and deleting game.
Fun, Cute, & Nerdy
Really cute and fun game. I love that there are so many different components to the game. Building, battles, events, etc. However, I’m not loving that they haven’t added levels or updated it in a long time. There’s also a repetitive bug in the game that they don’t seem concerned with fixing (red exclamation point over the shop/resources button in lower left despite having nothing to collect or buy). Several glitchy or annoying things (like the ‘skip’ button for opening card packs doesn’t skip the annoying part of the animation, collecting stars). And many of the events are impossible without spending quite a bit of money (though most of the game is possible with free play—it just takes FOREVER, which is fine). At least one event/component of the game (Astronomy Tower and ‘Special Students’) seems to be impossible even with spending quite a lot of money. Like I’ve been playing for months and months and ashamedly spent far too much on this game and still have never managed to complete an Astronomy Tower Collection and get a Special Student. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a game that they may never update/level up again again.

This game has potential, but it’s ruined by a lot of things. I have never seen a game with this many ads. I’ve played a lot of games and this is the worst I’ve seen. If you can click it you’ll probably need to watch an ad. Not to mention sometimes you have to watch the ad again because the game has a bug where it doesn’t register that you watch it & freezes. Then it’s 18$! For ad removal. At max it should be 5$. The greed is everywhere. Next is that normal progression is locked behind gems & cauldrons. So many things you need to unlock that cost real money. Overall this game is not fun because of this. Either remove the ads and keep the in game currency or keep the ads and remove the in game currency because right now this game feels like a job. A real boring job where you watch ads all day. This isn’t a game, but an ad simulator.
Predatory game
This game is difficult to advance in if you don’t want to spend money or spend 2/3 of your playing time watching ads. Very predatory in the way that every little thing costs a few dollars, it constantly bribes you to sign up for one of those sketchy “make real money by playing games” websites, and rewards you for watching as many ads as possible, not to mention all the different ways they want you to spend money constantly cover the outsides of your screen and cannot be hidden.

Challenge Progression Difficulty
I’ve really been loving this game, but one of the huge issues I have with it is how impossible it is to progress in the challenges without spending money. At the very least I wish they lasted a little bit longer… only two days for a challenge (for example, freeing the dragon, or robbing the bank) is kind of crazy to me. Without spending a ton of money on doubling revenue and getting cards and elixirs for upgrades, you’re basically stuck waiting for two days for your money to build up because eventually the upgrades just become unattainable without spending like $7. I just really wish the timed challenges lasted a little bit longer (like a week or something), because I’d love to get the rewards from them but not having a bunch of doubling abilities and stuff on it makes it insanely tough to finish each of the stages.
A super fun game!
This game is super fun and adorable, and i could spend hours playing this. I’ve never seen a forced ad in this game before, even though most games like this have a lot of ads, and there are some optional ads but not a lot of them!
Goodbye money (been paying errr playing for a month)
I spent quite a bit of money in this game, not entirely proud of it but we are talking triple digits in the first week. Without spending money there is no progressing. I bought the x5 coins but now developers changed it to only twice a day? Events are blocked by pay walls you literally cannot progress in them with out paying even though you completed the tasks. (There’s events like every 3 days or so) The game does not scale well, I’m on the 5th area but still making making less money than the first area. I would keep spending money but it’s really not worth it, 20 bucks won’t even progress me to the next area. I bought all the buff for the astronomy event but still on 5 out of 15 card collections without getting a new card in 2 weeks. Impossible! I’ve been playing nearly all day for a month but I’m now going to uninstall because I should have to put even more money to get an inch when I need a mile. And without paying I’m stuck. Greedy Devs is accurate

Good game but won’t get past the loading screen
Honestly my favourite game but currently when I click on the game it wont get passed the green treeplla loading screen. Upgrades also take a while (e.g. increasing pass rate of exams and classes).
Tediously Slow
So, this is an idle game built around cats attending a school like Hogwarts from Harry Potter. It is a cute idea for a game, but it is tediously slow. I have been playing off-and-on for the lion’s share of a month and am only on the second school (level), desperately trying to reach the third, and by my calculations I will be here for another month before that happens. Already, my interest is starting to flag. There is an adventure mode wherein one cat goes out and gets gear from encounters in the world but you only get so many chances with that before you have to pay into the system. I have made a few small microtransactions but I am not about to chunk serious money at this game just to try to reach another level. Basically, it has a cute premise but that alone cannot make it fun. Commercials, limited activity (waking up kittens falling asleep in class), and limited adventure mode results in frustration and loss of interest. I am about 2 days from deleting this game and giving up on ever seeing level 3. The game is just sitting on my phone hogging memory and demanding payment if I want to progress. Cute cats or no, color me bored and irritated.
Ads freezing
I would have gotten 140mil through an ad giving me 5x that. The ad froze and I had to soft reset the app and I didn’t even get the normal 28mil, just what I was originally had before stopping playing last night before bed. Please make sure you have ads that don’t freeze. It’s not cool, especially when you didn’t even get the original offline revenue

I don’t mind ads and will gladly watch them to get ahead. But this game has more ads than most other games I’ve played. You need to watch an ad to do most anything it seems. There’s the magic pass, which they make you watch an ad every other level just to claim something you’ve already unlocked. The ads are “60 seconds” each but they take so long to allow you to even close them that it’s definitely longer than that. I do like the game but the ads need to be toned down. TikTok has the idea of how to do it. They allow only 15 seconds ads and I will watch those over and over.

Usually quite enjoyable, but bugs mean even if I get a good score and spend gems in the crystal ball, that after I watch the ad to double the rewards sometimes it refuses to register. So I’ve watched an and for zero rewards and in fact am down gems because of this bug! Please work on this consistent bugs when coming back from adverts.

So I’m going to start off by saying, first and foremost, that I have deleted this app. It is another one of those boring and unoriginal games which require you to make money to keep your facility running and in which you face adverts for rewards etc. That being said, I did quite like the concept of the magic cat school and how they all received grades and you saw how well your classes were doing etc. Task of expanding the school was quite cool as well. But I am mainly giving this game two starts because I deleted it, meaning it therefore did not grasp my attention/stand out enough to me. It is a cute game though, I’ll give you that.

This game ain't bad, the problem I have is the loading screen, it's green with the word Treeplla in the center, it doesn't load past that, it does it a lot & it takes me ages to get into the game, I come off it, swipe it off, load it again, also it takes ages for the exam mirror to allow the cats to pass, I have to keep upgrading & it takes ages to get diamonds, but the main problem was the loading screen, please fix

Enjoying the game and the upgrade element however it is very reliant on watching ads. I’m happy to watch an occasional ad to progress but there are never any available. Either fix this or allow to continue when no ad is available as if watched an ad. It’s not my fault you are unable to provide one
Excessive ads
I think this game is so much fun and the style is so cute, the only complaint I have is how EXCESSIVE the ads are😭 they are so often to the point where it’s making me lose interest & making the game less enjoyable & I’ve seen many others with this complaint. It’s such a shame because everything else about this game is in my opinion near perfect for this genre of game. A few ads now and again maybe I wouldn’t mind but it feels like I have to watch an ad every single interaction with the game. Please improve on this because you could hve such a good game🙏

This is one of the nicest looking and fun to play games I’ve played in a while……. At first! However it’s impossible to progress without significant financial investment, I’ve spent £30 in first couple days and already blocked on progression. Such a shame as a real fun game otherwise!
