It start out okay but like once you play for a good hour or two. The ads are non stop. Every minute it pops up. Everything you press leads to an ADVERTISEMENT!

Game is well made and thought out, but the lag makes things almost near impossible to do, and play, J do like the general idea of this game, and the story line.

"Permanent" Ad Removal vanished after reinstall
Loved the game, so I purchased the Permanent ad removal. The game started crashing repeatedly after I opened Branch #3, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I lost all progress and am seeing ALL ads again despite having already paid for permanent ad removal. Customer Support was no help, marking the request as "Resolved" without actually restoring the ad removal I had purchased.
very good but stuck and wondering
i predowloaded tiny cafe when it first came out! i played it on the first day! anyways im at branch 4 and just stuck now, not sure if i should take a break and wait for them to update/finish the game. but im wondering what i should do? i’ve remodeled the branch more times than i can count and have gotten the best managers and inventory you could get. love the feel of this game and can’t wait to see the future of it. just wondering when that would be?

微課金しながら楽しく遊んでましたが、突然別アカウントになって初期化されてしまった為、運営に連絡したところ、とても丁寧な返事をいただきました。 データが残ってるとの事で言われた通り、アプリストアから再インストールを繰り返しましたが、更に別アカウントになるだけで元に戻れず、再度運営に連絡しましたが、今度は一週間以上経っても返事はなく、コメントしても完全無視されました。 諦めてゲームを消す前にやった事で無事戻れたので、同じ様な方々がいたらと思い、レビューしました。 別アカウントで初期化しているゲームに入り、少し進めて右下にスマートフォンを表示させます。 スマートフォンから設定を開き、画面一番下のログインを押すとAppleアカウントかGoogleアカウントの選択肢が出ます。ゲームが消える前に自分が使っていたどちらかのアカウントを押すと、保存されていたアカウントに変わり、以前保存していたゲームに戻ります。 私はこの方法で帰って来れたので、諦める前に一度お試しください。 星は運営の対応を考慮しました。最初良かっただけに、2回目の連絡の無視はハシゴを外された感があり、非常に失望しました。 ゲーム自体はのんびり出来て良いですよ。

I honestly have no bad things to say about this game. Has no ads, lots of attention to detail, and isn’t super repetitive. It’s so cute, and I have not been able to stop playing since I got it. AND ABSOLUTELY NO ADS!! but literally I do some ads, so that these people get paid because I love this game

25年の1月4日にインストールし、今は2号店のメダル3つ目のあたり。 基本的に経営+放置ゲームなので2テンポ目が難しくなるのは仕方のないことですが、ひたすらマシーンのレベルアップをしているとハートが貯まってメダルランクが上がってストーリーが見れるようになるしお金等貯まりやすくなります。 追記26/1/20 一度ゲームを辞めてしまいましたが、半年ぶりくらいにまた始めてみました。 追加ストーリーがあったり、大型アップデートがあったのだろうことがわかります。 どこにも連携していなかったので0からのスタートですが、以前より進めやすく感じます。 ただ同時に以前より広告を見てる時間が大幅に増えたなと…
AMAZING game but serious bug with remodel and no support response
I really enjoy Tiny Cafe and have invested both time and money into it (including buying the $10 barista). However, there is a major bug that’s preventing me from remodeling my branch after reaching the required 3000+ tool upgrades. When I pay the 1000 gems and watch the ad, it says “Reward Granted” but nothing changes. Worse, my tool upgrade count resets to a low number and my hired mice all reset to 1/5, causing a loss in progress. I’ve tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling it (with cloud backup confirmed), but the issue persists. I’ve reported this multiple times via email and social media, but I have yet to receive any meaningful response or help from the developers. I’m hopeful the developers will be able to resolve this bug soon. The game has so much potential, and I’m looking forward to enjoying it fully once these issues are fixed.

Zero strategy or real gameplay
Honestly not sure why this has such high ratings. The graphics are cute, but the gameplay doesn’t make sense. The customer comes to the counter and you just randomly press multiple cups until they’re happy? What’s the point in that? It feels like a game made for babies where you just press shiny buttons for rewards and sounds with no strategy or point to the game.
A nearly perfect cozy game
First of all, I love this game. It's the perfect mix of cozy but busy. There's a lot to do but it's also very calming and the story is adorable. It's the best mobile cozy game I've played, honestly. However, idk if it's my phone or the app itself, but it crashes constantly. Like every 20 min. Which is fine with me, bc I just get off my phone for a bit and come back, but it's not ideal.
Stories stopped and won’t progress. Customer service won’t reply to emails
This is a very cute game and relatively cheaper than others. So much detail has been well thought out. My only gripe is that I have sent emails asking for help with no reply. Stories at a few cafes stopped progressing and I couldn’t complete it. Stories at cafe #5 for example stopped, it seems right after renovation is done. Please help resolve
You need to change the UI.
I’ve enjoyed playing this game on and off for a month or so, but the update today has made the UI an overwhelming mess. Visually, it’s a nightmare for players. I can’t focus on watching the little guys moving around because there’s so many UI elements covering every part of the screen. I also liked having the goal at the top-center portion of the screen — moving it removes the urgency of addressing the goal and makes it harder to keep track of. Additionally, the resolution seems to have been affected. The screen looked clearer before updating and now, with all the new, smaller elements on screen, it seems grainier. Offering this food for thought in hopes it gets heard. I was reccing this little game as a sweet little time-killer to a few friends but I will no longer be doing so.

SSL Error
Loved the game until I couldn’t play anymore bc of a bug. They updated 2 days but now all of a sudden the app won’t load for me stating it’s unable to complete the SSL connection. Would be 5 stars.
Needs new update
I used to love this game until one of the updates made the app interface feel super clunky/crowded. Also, they need to open up a new branch otherwise progress is stagnant!
No new branches
This game is so fun. I do love playing it. Except I am not getting the new cafe. One of my achievements says to get 5 Ruby ratings but I can’t get the 5th branch. Why can’t I get the 5th branch?? It just says “coming soon”. It’s been like that for months. I can’t find anywhere saying when it will be released. I assume it’s a bug and I’ll never get it and I don’t want to start over 😏
I’d give this 5 stars if it weren’t so glitchy
This game is super cute and easy to play. With both this game and their other game Forest Island, are inundated with opportunities to purchase upgrades or better rewards etc. However, I find it easy to avoid and you get lots of things for free so you can still enjoy the game. I prefer games that let you control how many ads you watch so I like that I can avoid watching ads but still receive the rewards. Tiny Cafe unfortunately keeps glitching out and I find I can only play for 5 minutes or so before it crashes.

Great but delete my progress
I’ve played this game since it was released and I love the art style and all the changes it’s been through, however, I maxed out all my workers in all 3 branches but when I close the game and reopen it everything is alright except for the amount of workers I got and reset the remodeling I’ve purchased.
Bug After Update
It’s a great game except after the last update stories for 2 branches never became available after the requirements were met. I know they worked before the update because I got them. The update had me stuck at the 1st screen until I removed and reinstalled the app. I found out I forgot to set up an account. I sent an email over a week ago with no response or fix. So sad because it’s very engaging and I want to give more stars.
Fun but laggy
Cute game, sometimes it feels a bit lacklustre and riddled with micro transactions. Sometimes the game buttons will just disappear and I have to reset the game.

Lost everything 😭
I updated my game with todays new update 7/1/25 and it took me to the very beginning of the game with the storyline of the opening of the shop. I was very glitchy when it was loading. I have no idea what happened
Loss interest
I used to love this game because of the great stories, charming characters and most importantly it was easy to make progress! But after an update it became noticeably harder which instantly killed my enjoyment of the game. I'm still pretty sad about it because I genuinely loved the story and wanted to see where it was going but I won't force myself to constantly grind away at a game for a single cutscene.

Update Issues
For the past little while i was obsessed with this game! But with the new update I lost so much progress, I have been trying for two days and can not level up anymore, or buy any upgrades. Before the update I was making good progress and getting upgrades, so i’m not sure what happened! I’m mostly just disappointed in this update.

This is no doubt the best game I’ve ever played!!! The graphics are amazing, the gameplay and stories are seamless, and it’s all so cute!!! I wouldn’t change a thing, but why the flip can’t i get into branch number 6?!!! I finished 5 and got that gold medal, and they were talking about a new pink-themed branch, but when I went to the map and looked everywhere, there was no trace of that fricken pink branch!!! I will keep the game to check for any updates (and because i love it so much), but please add the pink branch or make it accessible or something!!! Thanks for reading bye bye

Beautiful, but boring
Seriously beautiful game, really talented artists here. But the game was a bit boring? I just tapped a button and sometimes pressed coffee. I had no idea what I was doing or if there was some strategy. It sort of does it for you and picks what you’re doing when you press the button so there’s not much thinking. I didn’t really get it.

I have not understood how to unlock posting on mousegram but I hope to soon, also its not a calming game but its the best I used to love forest island but I rarely play after that small mouse showed me tiny cafe! 🍵 this game is great although there is a big glitch where the mice dont go off of there break so I had to update the game (it said update) and the glitch went away. It came back today but I ignored it and eventually it went away. I love trolling my brother with random mouse pictures like every minute he sees “do u like my friends?” 🐭 this game definetly took a turn on my mind as I don’t like tycoon games other than forest island and tiny cafe mad that 2. This game is for ages 3+ not 12+ this game is the best fr. Im trying to keep it short and sweet but I could talk a million words about this game. Honestly I will save that for some other review (in 5 years possibly ?) this game is for everybody of all ages and the best thing ever NO ADS NO PURCHASES NEEDED it’s genrally so good totally reccomend. I LOVE Tiny Cafe. Ever since I downloaded it I can’t stop playing it! But even for being a cute game, there are some things that they should fix. First of all, when I try to post something on Mousegram (if u know u know) it always glitches me out. And other random times too. But besides that I can’t think of anything else that is bad about it! The game was good until the recent update
In the v1.0.2 price for mastery been jacked up 10 times and that’s crazy. I been saving cash to level up 1 mastery skill I remember it was only 300 and now it is 3000 💀 and the wait time also jump from 30 minutes max to a day. I didn’t realized it until I purchase one mastery skills that used to be 200 I believe and came back with cash decreased from 2000 to 500 💀💀💀 I should have just upgrade everything when in v.1.0.1. The inflation is insane. Please give my money back
