Excellent service throughout booking my holiday. The sales consultants were extremely helpful at helping us search for the holiday we were looking for
Never updates payments
Hays travel is great but my gripe is the app, when payments are made via dd it just takes a months to update or doesn’t update at all. Please can you sort this out

Absolutely useless
Doesn’t find cruise that I have booked. Use the same details online and no problem. App needs sorting. Using iOS.
Payment options
Please add Apple pay! It just makes the whole part payment option so much easier!

Rubbish! You can’t do much
It tells you the basic information of your holiday but unlike other apps you can’t upgrade or change anything. Balance is not updated. It’s rubbish. Don’t bother!

Great service
We have booked a complex travel package for December-January. Lily the travel rep was amazing. She had lots of patience, listened to what we wanted, and booked a 2 destination holiday of a lifetime for us. We had lots of advice from the other reps in the travel shop too. We have used hays in the past and will continue to book our get away with them.

I cannot thank the staff in Hays Barry. Today Kaz helped us to find our holiday she went above and beyond , I’ve never been disappointed with the staff. They explained everything to make sure they have it right , All extras and what we might need offered no pressure.
