Have been on two jet two holidays this year and just booked another,, tried to put in codes from vouchers we received and guess what, not a chance, I was logged in. So re set everything and suddenly the price of the holiday jumped up. So wrong so very wrong.
All good apart from Transfer tracking
We liked the app but when we tracked our transfer it looked like I hadn’t even got to stop 1 when it arrived at our stop (stop 3). There was no notice about the info being inaccurate
Makes booking difficult
App is not showing holidays available in several exclusive resorts where same resort is available direct or through Tui and EasyJet - poor

Easy to navigate app will all your booking details etc. would benefit from an in app chat system rather than WhatsApp
Where to start!
Took five attempts to access this app. Screen kept flashing. Unable to decline meals as the quality of the food is poor and full of fried food. Had to accept. Got to the end of the booking process and app could not link with my debit card. Said I had cancelled the booking when I had not. Exasperated!
Only english?
They could have the app in other languages.
Not reliable
Ok when it works, but site seems to be difficult to open and responses stutter even when WiFi and 4G seem ok.

App is good only for browsing
Never managed to book anything from the app. When you press the “book now” button it just refreshes the page. Quite useless when you can get the same information and book from the site. The problem persists. I tried to check in and buy a seat but every time I try to pay “something went wrong”. Annoyingly when I try to do it from the browser of the phone it leads me to the app which once again does not work.
Downloading boarding passes to mobil phone
I’m using the Jet2 app and everything goes smoothly until I have to download my boarding pass. If I click on the Download at the App Store, it takes me to the App Store where I can download the app but it does not let me download my boarding pass. It also gives you a link to the app but not to where I can download the pass. So it’s not very intuitive and I end up choosing the print version that I’ll transfer to my Wallet on my phone. This section needs attention and modified. Thank you

The experience ever
Transfer tracker
While waiting for the bus I was constantly checking the app to check it’s progress. When it arrived and pulled away it was still saying on route. While travelling to the airport the app was still saying on route to our hotel. We were delayed at the airport by 90 minutes. When we landed back in Manchester from Tenerife the app was still showing on route to the hotel!!!

Easy to use. But constant sale messages. No way to turn off. I’ve booked a flight. I don’t want anything else. I travel a lot so just need the flight. As soon as I’m on the plane I’ll delete the app Added 26/8 Yes I know that. I don’t want to turn off as I have a flight. It would be good to turn off sales push

Consistently on time reasonable pricing, varied flight times. Great crew, looking forward to booking with Jet2 again.
Poor App
The app just hangs and won’t go past a certain point on multiple occasions, I can’t rely on the app for boarding passes due to not being able to navigate to page so I’ll have to print out. It takes so long to action anything. It’s a hassle and is putting me off booking again.

Fabulous in every way
There are apps and there is the jet2 app. Who would have thought ten years ago that all your holiday needs would be met by one simple device providing wonderfully professional support. Can’t wait to see an updated version which will be even better with more facilities to make my holiday going even more exciting and straightforward. Whoever designs these things deserves a pay rise!

Sick of this app
Every time I click on it I’m told to upgrade it. Then the next time I try to get in the same happens again. So once more I click and…repeat ad infinitum. Now it just presents me with a white screen with a red Jet 2 logo in the middle…and nothing. Delete the app, try again and just the useless bloody Jet 2 screen again. The worst airline app ever. It gets 1 star because zero ain’t an option.

It doesn’t work. Won’t let you retrieve bookings, faulty when trying to book dates. Really bad and very frustrating when trying to retrieve when you have spent a lot of money and no confirmation
No complaints for the flight or app - easy and efficient
This is my third time booking J2 flights, after having gone pretty much exclusively with Ryanair/ EasyJet/ Wizz for the preceding 5 years before this. I was shocked (!) to receive actual service, with people, at the airport - Jet2 staff helped us tag our baggage and directed us to the oversized items area ( we had an oversized sports thing). I didn’t have to pay anything for my wheelie case on my booking just now. I’m used to having to squash everything into an underseat bag, which is fine but a bit limiting, so this is a bit of a luxury. In flight, it’s much the same as any budget airline but I can see why they get high ratings.
Won’t open anymore!
I’m going on holiday and hoping to use the app and it hangs on the opening screen and then shuts down each time! Great when my tickets are on the app! App updates and iPhone updated and still it’s not working 🤦♂️ wouldn’t have been a problem but they have took the save to apple wallet feature off the boarding passes section 🤷♂️
