They should make the route sensibly, for any specific route only accept the passenger rides for the same direction. They either have few vehicles or managing poorly. My location was Al qouz and I had to go all the way to Al karama and then media city. Had to ride for 80 minutes when on booking it was showing 19 minutes.
Routing
Pick and Drop off routing must be precise not approximation. Show the proper routing not as a lump routing

Pick up at wrong location
I wasted my time waiting for nothing,then after few minutes driver called me telling me his waiting for the wrong pick up location..thats why i book for the my convenience not to struggle walking on this kind of weather!

The pick up time just keeps changing Better not to take this, If you are scheduled somewhere They need to add more vehicles in order to cater the demand

Changing the pickup time is awful
Although the app has a good concept and is much cheaper than taxis, it has a critical flaw: the pickup time changes four or five times in a single trip, with a total delay that can reach 90 minutes or more. This makes it impossible to rely on in daily life.
ETA is not right
Their ETA is not right we book the ride expecting it to come at 1:30 then it’s changed to 1:40 and the 2:00

Hi, It was my first time riding with CityLink! It was smell good inside the Van, it was clean and neat. Drivers are professional, informative fast and helpful! Thank you for the safe Ride and for the convenience anywhere!! Most specially cost is cheaper but most comfortable☺️😉
App fine, service unreliable
When you absolutely have to be somewhere on time, use other transportation. Constantly receiving “due to unforeseen circumstance” pick-up is delayed, sometimes by a couple of minutes, sometimes longer, sometimes delays compound so its more than 40 minutes later than first advertised. If the algorithms and AI worked this would be a great service. As it is, I’ve got time to write long reviews like this waiting for my delayed pick-up.
Review
Extremely useless app, I tried booking a ride it showed available in 5 mins, then it tells you to add the credit card details and pay to the wallet in advance. By the time I did all that the ride was full and I never got to use that wallet money. Now I tried using it at a later time and this I got the booking but the data and time is not at all real time I had to wait for an additional 10 to 15 mins in the heat. If I could give a negative rating to this app I would.
Ride availability and customer service.
The monthly pass is 100% not worth it, they keep promising that they allocated a van close to you but you never get a ride. Regretting that. The other stuff or for a ride when available its fine. Personally customer service gives you fake promises

Good Service but need some more simple options
I personally love the concept and very useful but i would recommend to add an option that the passenger can also see the real route which driver will follow as i can see now it is only showing a direct line and if passenger wants to see the route should only experience it while driving.
Dont Pay for Subscription!
Highly unreliable. The buses go almost empty..either 1 or 2 passengers in each bus. But theyre never available. Nevr on time. Never available during peak hours. App is always glitching. Customer service is equivalent to being MIA.

Booking Issue
Poor and very unbalanced application and customer care I recommend no one to take the subscription as the concern team will never provide the proper resolution and every day when you tried to book the ride it will shows fully booked and as per there policy no supervisor will call us only the agent with it proper knowledge Really bad experience for me don’t take the subscription
Disappointed with the Service
Hi, I’m extremely disappointed with the service lately. Even when I try to book a cab 45 minutes in advance, I’m still unable to get one. Today it’s been almost 3 hours of trying with no success. This isn’t a one-time issue — it has happened multiple times. Please look into this urgently.

Poor services in UAE. WORST TIMINGS AND NO PROMT RESPONSE.
People in company will pick up your call once then they will not answer any call. Very poor service i have called couple of times. I have waited for 1 hour still no shuttle is available. Highly disappointed.
