Hello Toothpaste
Bought this toothpaste for the last few years. Why the change.
Do better
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I like the scanner but that is where my positive feelings end. If someone who is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to using apps has trouble with it, I can’t imagine trying to navigate through this app if I were elderly and not tech savvy.
Works ok, program does not!
I’ve used my OTC card successfully and it scans products fine in store. But, I can NOT use my “Wellness” amount on my OTC card! You are supposed to to be able to but apparently the only way for me to spend that will be to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed! I’ll be losing my $285 wellness amount because I can not afford to be paying out of pocket on my set income! What’s the point of the otc card!?

It would be nice if the app would go back to the place you left off browsing if you go check out what’s in the cart.

What a hassle!
The app never recognizes my password. I have to stand in the middle of the store and wait for a code and change my password and verify that it’s me two or three times. At the same visit, I will scan an item and it says eligible and then if I scan it again, it says not eligible. Almost more trouble than it’s worth.
Terrible App
Try to use App in store to scan products and it goes blank. Even with WiFi. Have to reinstall. Today it wasn’t even listed in the App Store when I tried to install again. Unfortunate they are going to use for 2026 also.
Overpriced
Items on the app are ridiculously expensive. Bring back our ability to buy from Walmart online.

Meijer’s OTC No Bueno!
I have been using Meijer’s in Michigan for the last 14 months. I buy the same protein drinks every month, until August 2025. Now when I use my OTC card Sept-Oct it declines the same previously purchased items. So then I tried buy some fresh fruit, also Declined as not approved items? Playing devils advocate, I spoke to a Meijer’s Manager, he indicated that the same thing has been happening to all Priority Health OTC card holders, and this was not a Meijer’s issue, it’s Priority Health. Calling the OTC help line, they indicated they were having issues on their end, “Priority Health OTC.” Bottom line, it worked at Walmart for the exact items I had been purchasing at Meijer’s. The kicker is, I received a refer a friend offer from Priority Heath that offers a $20 gift card if I refer a friend to Priority Health.
Not all health related items ….
I tried purchasing antiperspirant Old Spice Classic and sensodyne toothpaste. Neither are part of OTC program. Unhappy with that
Categories are not complete
Trying to find items that should be under any of the categories is a joke. The items show up if you go through the “All Items” category, which means that you have to search through a hundred items, but they don’t show up when looking in the specific category! Other than that, the variety of items is pretty good.

Junk
This app is the worst! Worked at one store and now is just a white screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Same white screen!
Trouble setting up access
I tried several times trying to setup access. I put in my last name my dob and if number but I get “oops” and to go back and try again.
Keeps crashing, hard to navigate shopping
After shopping a bit, the app keeps crashing. Also, if you look at the details of an item, you have to navigate back through the whole category, the back button doesn't take you back to where you were shopping. Tedious and frustrating. The app itself is a very welcome item. I look forward to improvements over time. Right now I can only give 3 stars.

App guides me and gives me the best options when I order in store or online! fsa guides me on which products are good to use!

Slow and wonky
Trouble setting up
Tried three times today to create an account. My latest attempt began around 4:00 PM when I entered my account information in the app. After that I was told a “Verification Code” would be sent to my email. It was indeed sent, at 10:20 PM, which of course meant the app timed out. This happened three times today. Very disappointing. Updated: I originally panned this app. Within two days I received a response from the developer who addressed my concern and the app is now up and running. Outstanding quick response.
Monthly payments can no longer be carried over.
If you don’t use your monthly amount you lose it as of January 2025. Cannot be carried over to the next month.

App is slick. Super responsive, intuitive and has some nice features like the barcode scanner. Great app!
Terrible set up
You have made this app harder and harder to get into.
The worst
Along with having issues trying to set up Face ID, I went to Meijer this AM and thought I was purchasing approximately $32 worth of OTC items. Come to find out the entire $75 was used up on items such as Greenies for my cat, Kleenex, Swiffer pads and drain cleaner!!!m Partially my fault because I didn’t realize what was had happened until after I went to Costco and was unable to use my OTC card there since I didn’t have a balances. This is ridiculous and I’m not sure what to do to fix it. Is it the store at fault or my OTC card for scanning inappropriate products???? I have tried calling customer service and have been hung up on 4 times so far. This is so poor.
