Great Company
Freedom Debit Relief is a great company to work with. From day one they have been nothing but thorough in their instruction to want to help you get your debit resolved. Everything from submitting documentation to reaching out to more importantly, being your advocate. I would recommend FDR to anyone having to go thru debit consolidation. They truly make you feel at ease and take the burden off your situation. Thank You So Much FDR! You guys have really made a difference!🙏🙏🙏

It’s 2026 and this app feels like 2008. Has to be the worst app ever produced. You can’t do anything from the app. It’s never fully up to date. If you want to get anything done you have to call and that’s a whole other can of worms you gotta dig through. All in all these people are predators and are not there to help you like they claim when you sign up. Personally they added 500 dollars a month to my deposit 2 years in to a 4 year program and said tough s#!+ have a nice day!

Poor communication
They don’t tell you upfront all the fees they charge. They also don’t communicate with you at all. I have to call then if I want answers and usually nobody can answer my questions. Most of the creditors reached out to me with really good settlement options that were better overall with no 25% added on by this company.
Credit is improving
I’m happy my credit is improving but I think the portion they keep for their work is excessive to say the least. I’m paying FDR more than I’m paying on my credit card debt.

Slow to move
While I love the idea of someone helping g out and saving money to put us back o. Track. My main issue is they did not start negotiating fast enough with the account that shared with my banks even after being asked to specify handle these first. I ended up removing 3 accounts to and took cafe of them myself and I. Two weeks of there isn’t actual movement of n my account for something I’m removing them all and pulling back what they took.

Pain in the butt
I need to update my bank account, each time i log in it don’t accept my password and they have 12,000 password requirements. Once i log in i CANT even update my bank account, what a joke. I call them as required and they are OF COURSE closed for holiday. and this is my only day off this week. absolutely worthless app

Dislike of FDR
I truly dislike FDR approach. And I know I was commissioned-lead on how FDR conducts business. It was never explained that FDR is going to ignore creditors until it is the right time for FDR. I get daily harassing phone calls from creditors and have even been sued in small claims court by a creditor. Because FDR only talks to creditors when they want to.

Very helpful people. Can’t thank them enough for the peace of mind they gave me.
Disappointed
Long story short: one of my accounts that was a part of the program ended up in Court due to non payment. Now my bank account is frozen. National Litigation Law Group (NLG)is absolutely terrible with communication and now that a settlement has been reached I still can not use my bank account because the attorneys at NLG have not worked with the opposing attorneys to get my bank account released. TERRIBLE!!!

Everyone I have worked with at FDR has been absolutely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They have helped me so much. I am not stressed anymore. I am on the road to no debt. It’s such an easy process.

I’ve been with the program now for a couple years, it was well worth it. My graduation day is coming up and I’m so excited that I finally paying off my debt. The process was quick easy and very affordable, if I ever run into an issue again I definitely will reach out. I’ve had a positive experience great service and always there to help if you have a question or if you need to get some peace of mind.
Rude customer service
The customer service is rude, condescending and care nothing about the clients. You get harassed by their shady partner loam company even after asking not to be multiple times
