Excellent Game!
EDIT: Don’t play this game as the new owners have completely abandoned it. The HACKER problem has overrun the game and inundated all aspects of play the last 2-3 weeks. You can’t reach out with screenshots or anything as their email inbox has been full for at least the same amount of time. I reached out to Apple 2 weeks ago and now find myself here again as nothing has been resolved. For players of this gaming genre who feel abandoned by recent ruinous decisions by supercell, I can’t recommend Plunder Pirates enough. It is a sorely underrated game and will most certainly surprise you. As you can see below, I originally wrote a positive review and am not happy at all to edit it. I’m leaving the 5 star review in place as it was a great game and so my message gets through, cheers! This game is awesome! Coming from Bandits vs. Lords and COC you can hit the ground running. You’ll love this game, cheers!

So i really love this gane but shamefully I payed money for diamonds and still havent got them after 36 hours and its kinda irritating and i still dont have then i sent a email to support and no reply so i would like my diamonds but if i have to keep waiting im going to request a refund and delete the game

Once again, support is on leave. The cheaters are swarming, with multiple hacker attacks per day, and multiple support requests remaining unanswered. Now a system message has arrived declaring that a recent support request bounced because the support email box is full. I love this game, but really, support could improve significantly (see below) Here is a suggestion that will greatly improve customer satisfaction with Jungle Heat, reduce incoming support requests, and help reduce the excess burden on your limited support staff.... Your approach to cheating fails because it does not understand the reasons cheaters keep coming back when you remove them from their clans. I have already documented these matters in previous support emails, with ample screenshots as evidence. 1) It is easy to rejoin the same clan, or create a new clan to continue cheating. 2) Removing a cheater from a clan does not remove the only thing that motivates their continued cheating... their RATING! See the leaderboard where every top rated player is a previously reported cheater. This is what drives their ongoing bad behavior. 3) The only weapon you have (other than fixing the broken game code hackers have continuously exploited for many years) is to reset the ratings of every cheater to zero (-0-) every time they are are reported. Once they realize they can no longer gain any lasting benefit from cheating, they will stop. 4) Hopefully, the leaderboard will spontaneously self-correct, but if it does not, you may need to address that manually to correct for players who previously cheated, got bored and are no longer playing. This will restore the “Best players” leaderboard from a Hall of Shame to a proper Hall of Fame. Thank you for making continued honest play possible and more enjoyable for everyone! June 30 Additional notes: The suggested support email box remains full, with numerous bounced cheater reports, and all cheaters still retain their ratings, implying that my legitimate suggested cheater remedy has been ignored.

Хотел бы сказать, что в первый раз скачал эту игру в году 2016-2017, и залип до момента когда выходило крайнее крупное обновление. То, что сейчас происходит с данной игрой, набивает на грусть. Ведь когда то, это был не просто клон, одной из популярных игр тематики с развитием баз, а прямым ее конкурентом. Обидно что в рейтинге на первом месте, в данный момент, висит аккаунт с недостижимым рейтингом посути. Читеры, одна из самых наболевших тем на сегодняшний день. Просто хочется хоть какой то поддержки со стороны разработчика, игрокам, которые до сих пор преданны этому проекту. Играют, общаются, порой захожу в игру чтобы насладиться атмосферой игры, а в ней она присутствует до сих пор. Дорогие разработчики, возвращайтесь пожалуйста, без вас джунгли уже заросли, пора спасать)

Игра в принципе затягивает,но очень интересует ситуация с обновлениями,а именно будут ли они? Исходя из этого возникает главный вопрос стоит ли тратить свое время на эту игру?
Игра хорошая, но есть огромный минус
Играл в эту лет 7 назад и подсадил всех друзей, после удаления clash of clans из России, вспомнил за эту игру и как оказалось что это она уже давно заброшена. Обновлений нет, игра на весь экран не открывается, приходиться играть с черными полосами, оптимизации на iPhone нет! Надеюсь разработчики начнут заниматься игрой и выпустят хорошие обновления! Понимаю что игра копия Clash of clans, но в связи с санкциями, я думаю что многие игроки оценят в лучшую сторону! Просьба, если разработчики прочитают этот отзыв, напишите ждать обновление игры или же нет.

This game was cool then the original developers abandoned it then a new company took it over and it has been over run with bots and spam accounts. The developers ignore emails and refuse to stop the cheaters from exploiting the game. Play something else and dont even waste your device space loading this garbage game! Way too hard
Don’t bother playing this game. They have made it way too hard. I been playing a long time & can’t get anywhere. I would love to do attacks but no matter what it ends up getting me nowhere. Less than 10% damage. No loot. It’s impossible. I do just horse around with this game. I definitely would rather play CLASH OF CLANS. THIS GAME NEEDS TO BE RE VAMPED. fix it program writers.

Jungle Heat - loyal player feedback
I have been playing Jungle Heat since around 2015 and I recently returned to the game because I still genuinely enjoy it. However, it is very sad to see the current state of the game. There are many cheaters openly playing without punishment, clan tournament rewards have not been delivered for weeks, and players receive only automated template replies from support. I personally reported cheaters by email multiple times and nothing changed. I understand that Jungle Heat is no longer a major project for the company, but the servers are still online and there are still loyal players and active clans. Many of us continue playing because we truly loved this game for years. Players are not asking for huge updates. We simply want minimal support: fair tournament rewards, at least basic anti-cheat moderation, communication with the community, and some evidence that the game is not completely abandoned. Right now many veteran players are slowly leaving because it feels like nobody cares anymore. Please do not let Jungle Heat die this way. Thank you.
Still bad, no support, hackers took over the leaderboards winning all the prizes all the time.
Go play clash of clans instead. As of December 2025 there are still cheaters in this game. Don’t bother sending another form letter that says you’ll fix it. It hasn’t been fixed for years! Any player can look at the leaderboards and see the cheaters with impossible scores . Cheaters attack and steal clan and player loot daily! LAME. The developers can see the cheaters on the leaderboards and do little to nothing about it. Start refunding me all the loot that was stolen and give me back all my lost cups and medals! Then I may start giving a better review.

The game used to be fun but you cant progress anymore due to cheaters or get any of the old event items which really make a difference for your base, I wish you guys would at least make these event items purchasable either through Gold, Diamonds or tasks. Also every time you increase your rank or gather resources some cheater comes along and beats you by deploying one bomb or spy which is just counterproductive to the games progress. At this point its a “if you cant beat them then join em” kinda situation but hopefully a quick update or a patch could make the game some what playable again.

If I could attach the screenshot I would. It basically shows I was attacked by a single wall breaker that never touched anything cause it was shot upon appearance yet somehow managed to WIN the round all while taking 500k gold/300k oil/7k biofuel, all within 1 second. That’s just ONE attack. Other attacks on my base show various such results, each time with 100’s of thousands of resources just gone within one second. Don’t waste your time on this one…and dont send them money till they fix the problems.

Hello, I really like the game, I played it in 2018 and it was the best. The only thing I don't like right now is that for new phones it is awkward to play in a small screen.
