Constant crashes
This game is nearly unplayable. It crashes constantly. Seems there’s a cache leak somewhere as i regularly have to reinstall to get the game working again. Seems to start occur ling after recent app updates and during the megacrab event. Today the app crashed having opened it first time today at the start of an operation. Additional the gacha system and defense modules are worthless. I wish match making would be fixed as the game becomes extremely boring when people on your map are 20+ levels over you and your troops are fully upgraded. So the game literally becomes significantly in, boost, lose all troops, wait an hour and a half for troops, then forget the game exists.
Enjoy it but…..
I’ve been playing Boom Beach for probably close to 10 years. Really enjoy it but the game is getting too gimmicky and complicated. I now dread updates.
Impossible to Progress
Gaining resources in this game is exceedingly difficult and they are far too easy to lose. Even if you wanted to spend all day playing, it still wouldn’t be enough to make progress. The game is pretty well ruined which is sad considering its potential
Hammer man battles
Almost every time hammerman attacks, the game freezes by the end and I have to restart the app. It’s been doing it for a couple months.

Ads are way to long
Ads are insanely long and if you click the x before the 20 minutes is over it doesn’t count. Don’t give the x option if it’s not over and shorten the stupid gambling ads.
Bug needs fixing
There has been a bug recently where when trying to watch an enemy attack the replay fails quite often. I never had this issue before the last couple updates just FYI 🫡
Boom Beach is glitching regularly
For a couple weeks, any the majority of rewards for watching advertisements ( mostly the packets of two advertisements) close prematurely or just don’t pay out. This happens mostly with adds that start with O’ Riley auto parts and Big-O tires. Clicking on the treasure chest when it’s on the beach also closes prematurely and doesn’t pay out. I’ve reclick four times in a row and it repeatedly fails. Today, many hours apart, during the defense even, fourth attack the attack freezes just before the invader succeeds. The game is active but time stops and action is frozen. There are some serious glitches, or advertisers are scamming the company to cheap players who watch the adds but don’t pay-off.
System attacks aren’t fair
My level 73 base is about 20% of what the system ‘s level 12 bases have for their defense. On attacks, I’m up against things that I don’t have as my available options. Nightly attacks on island bases on my map that weren’t there before the attacks and destruction giving me no chance at capturing them.
Only game I play
Been playing this since 2015, just because my sone at the time was 11, and asked me to try it and see if I could do it. I haven’t played a game or any game since Atari if that tells you anything.

Great Game
I’ve been playing this game well in excess of 12 years now! So it must have something. It’s a fun little game where you can defend and attack basses. The only downside is on iPhone the latest upgrades have made some things hard. You can watch adverts for extra gems, well no more, you watch adverts and screen freezes at the end, only way out is to reset the game. Also when watch blackguard attacks on your base at x4 speed the game can freeze and again you need a hard reset. The watching ads for Gems not working is frustrating.
The game has changed and is less enjoyable
I’ve been playing this game for over 8 years. At first I was hooked, I really enjoyed this game. In their efforts to make more money, they’ve changed the game, making it more expensive to play and harder achieve and advance in the game. It just not worth playing anymore.

I was gonna give it a five star, but I came across a cheater, the worst part about it is there is no report button or option, they are the same level as me or base level 16, a player that Low shouldn’t have the troops they have, I understand event troops that are given here and there, but this player has other troops a level 16 shouldn’t have, it’s a buzz kill, it’s cool to fight against resource bases, but up against someone that is cheating, that’s no Bueno,

I like that I can change the enemy but people wayyyyy over my level attack my base and the worse part is I’m still trying to learn but I basically can’t because there is too many people over my level attacking my base…
Do something about warships.
You need to automatically give us tokens when we don’t remember when to play this game or whatever. And you need to ban some dam players already. I can’t be deprived of getting the gold tier rank in warships. Especially when your game unfairly matches me with the wrong people. Some people just don’t deserve it when that happens.

I used to play this game when it first came out, that was when I was 14, now I’m 23 and I go to hop back on after all these years bc I’ve been playing clash of clans and fell in love with the Games again. But so either way I install Boom Beach and I open the app and it says and I quote bar for bar , “This account has been disabled due to inactivity and can no longer be recovered.” So now I can’t play at all, I’m very upset and disappointed that this happened

Matching Opponents
Please match people within the same base level! I’m getting nothing but people whose level is 30+ level above me and when it comes to attacking their base I can’t cause it’ll just be a suicide base raid! So please fix this issue ASAP! Thanks! Match making!
Please improve and fix opponents finding system, as I am level 50 with level 19 HQ but opponents all are 60 and 65+ with level 23+ HQs, as they are many improvements and low price things for COC but no care for Boom Beach? What the hell is wrong with you Supercell! We used to love it but don't make us hate it more, please fix the system!
Crashes Regularly
For the past 2-3 weeks, BOOMBeach crashes after just a few actions happen while playing. I’m not sure if it’s an issue technicians are aware of or even working on, but I’m unable to play at all at this point. Not sure how to report technical issues so any help would be greatly appreciated
Latest updates make this game have ruined it
Latest game updates are heavily favor more defensive players and capabilities. Feel it overcorrected towards defensive settings and it’s not as enjoyable playing anymore.
Quality of life improvements!
I just downloaded this game recently after some time without playing it and let me tell you it still a solid game. However, this needs some serious rework like they did to Clash of clans: - Get rid of the troops development time. Let us attack however we want at whatever time we want. Having to wait for troops to be ready every time we fail an attack just feels like the game is holding us back. - Resources needs an upgrade. Having to upgrade everything with gold just seems unfair. From discovery new bases to upgrading your troops everything takes a lot amount of gold that takes years to collect. - Matchmaking base on HQ and not on victory medals just seems a little bit more fair on new players. *All of these improvements are already present in Clash of Clans so I would love to see this game make a comeback with some quality of life improvements. Please make these game fun to play again!
So many bugs
I love the game but it has SOOO many bugs - constantly has issues. Right now ads can’t be closed which means all the rewards are unobtainable. And they just ignore every message you send 😤

Supply chests.
The fact that you think supply chests are a reward and are even worth sending a notification to the player on their phone is absolutely pathetic. Make the supply chest upgrade their rewards on a level based system. Yall are getting lazy
Fix warships
I love this game but season 90 has by far been the worst warship season of all time, very unfair match ups and half the troops have gone braindead. They never focus on the right target and just start doing their own thing, so fix this now

Past its sell by date
The original game was good but its got way too complicated in its old age. The warships add on is a cynical pay to win device.
Scam ads
I don’t mind ads especially ones that you have to click on for extra rewards, but most of these ads are scams. Weight loss or fitness programs that are obviously not going to work. The only way to lose weight is a sustained calorie deficit. Not gelatin or exercises in a chair. You should not be a party to scamming people who play your games.

Great game but some cons
I’ve played this game on and off and years, unable to get my last account so have had to start again, only issue is that the amount of time to upgrade stuff takes too long, and getting resources also takes a lot of time aswell, if these were fixed it would be a brilliant game

Fun conceptually but a severe lack of content
this game is quite cool, it’s generally similar to clash of clans but with differing mechanics that make it quite fun and relatively unique. The problem with the game is 1. growing micro-transactions and adverts, it’s hard to ignore and a growing concern, 2. severe lack of content, based spawn once an hour or so, community/non player bases can be one shot without interacting with the base and normal bases just get swept over, so once every two hours i get to play the game. Overall this game can be really good, but there’s so much holding this game back, i would love to see this game flourish and i think it possibly could, but unfortunately i don’t think boom beach will get the funding it needs to succeed as it really needs a lot and doesn’t perform well.

Ruined the game
All the new updates and different things added has just made it too difficult to play.. nobody has any idea how to use
Troop training times
Supercell removed training times on clash, but not on boom beach, it’s really annoying sometimes when you have to wait at least 20 minutes ( even more depending on troop type e.g. tanks/scorcher ) to attack again with full firepower. Other than that it’s a great game.
Another pain of an update
Not as good now, difficult to understand the update and where’s all my stuff gone 😡
Coming from COC
Game is okay. Currently almost max th12 in CoC trying to max my hero’s. Picked this game up as a time waster. My main problem is they keep giving me stone as rewards but I had nothing to spend stone on… why keep giving me a resource I don’t have the space for or need for early on…
