Committed Research platform
As a participant , I find this platform very organised and easy to use . The surveys and AI interviews that I have given are well formed . Only thing I would want improvement is performance and it gets very slow and hangs at times . Also their support section is very AI driven and not at helpful

This app started off very well and then after that they started cancelling payments even after perfectly done surveys and many confidential tasks. They are scammers

it’s okay but most of the research can only be completed in the day so if you have a 9-5 job you can’t do a lot of the interviews offered

Honestly, no faults. It’s such a great app and continues to help me financially while also giving me deeper insight into so many different areas through the surveys and interviews. I can’t wait for Askable to have even more companies looking for research participants so I can continue completing different studies, building my experience and contributing to research across a wider range of topics.
Careful of unscrupulous researchers
I have completed over ten assignments through ASKABLE and have received the agreed payment. The issue is that if you are asked to do an online task, you could unwittingly order an expensive item online. This happened to me recently and the ASKABLE platform makes it very difficult to contact the researcher directly (as is their policy). Although I have raised this complaint with ASKABLE directly. The company makes it very had to trust either the quality of research taking place and/or the policies and liability of the ASKABLE platform.
Quick and easy
I absolutely love Askable. Quick ways of making money. The only improvement I can honestly say they need is when applying if you get to the point of when you’ve signed a document and then it says you can start the survey sometimes it then says the survey is full which can be quiet annoying.
Stop wasting my time with ineligible offers
This would be great if the app only showed me surveys I’m eligible for. Instead, they bombard me with text messages about surveys that seem like they apply to me, I go through the entire questionnaire, and then AT THE VERY END I’m told it’s only open to Japanese nationals. THEN WHY INVITE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?!? You have this information about me in your system. USE IT!
Issue
I love this app so much however the app hasn’t been working for me for the past week. I have reached out to customer support and the AI chat box however nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve also emailed and nobody has gotten back to me. It’s a shame because I really love this app so much. And there’s been no communication additionally all my planned and scheduled calls have been deleted and I have completed a survey in which I did not get paid. I really love this app however communication is a problem.

A really great way to earn that extra cash to get through. Really great company, easy to use app and appreciate giving feedback to improve devices and products for us all.

Good review and complain
I value the quality of studies and payment structure on Askable, however it’s frustrating to repeatedly complete interviews only to be marked “not eligible” at the end, and I would appreciate more transparency or guidance on how to improve my eligibility

Been doing online interview and projects for a year now. And I am so thankful to be a part of Askable community. I love Askable since they have numerous projects and their interface is so friendly. Been telling my friends how amazing Askable is.
Seems like a scam
Feels like they’re just collecting your info in all the screener surveys you have to do to apply for paid surveys. I never get picked for anything it seems completely futile.

I am really enjoying this app, the only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because some of my interviews have frozen. Otherwise it would have been a 5. Easy to use!

Never hated an app more
So many hoops to jump through. Can’t attend through web browser so push to app. Then app wouldn’t send verification code so was blocked and have to call support to solve. Can’t join as an observer on mobile. Poor experience
Nice way to earn a little
Great way to give some feedback and earn a little money. Sadly I’ve never received a call up for any of the AI or online sessions. Would also be good to be able to combine some smaller ones into a larger voucher.

You’re asked a variety of questions on a variety of topics which are interesting and help develop products and better service. A great thing to do plus you get paid.
Terrible! The App is a step back!
I'm not a fan of the app. I held off using it until the website adopted the same design as the app. I can't access my completed sessions, and I used to be unable to mark my sessions as finished. I'm frustrated that the website's interface has been updated to match the app's. Please ensure the app is stable and restore all features, including access to past sessions and the previous website design.
Great app
App is working well and the AI interviews are fun to do but at times the questions are quite redundant. The research that pays higher incentive is very hard to get. The consent form to review have tick boxes that are too small to tick. Please make the form resizeable or allow to zoom in. Allow the research to stay on longer after we are eligible to participate. It disappears too quickly

A great platform to not only have a say in things and voice opinions but you get a few dollars for your time spent.

Good site/app better than the majority but sometimes you qualify and get put on waitlists which is annoying.

Gets frozen on splash screen and doesnt do anything. Uninstalling and reinstallimg doesnt help. This is a scam!

Great side hustle
I actually find this app a very usable and for the most part friendly they do ask open questions and it’s a video and they record it and AI is the one generating the questions and reviewing your answers they do pay promptly and it’s a good side hustle to get a little pocket change and it’s always nice to let your voice be heard I use app I give it four stars only because sometimes AI makes me mad

We can earn a decent amount of money through this app remotely its an excellent app rarely have to contact support and stuff had a great experience would be so much better if they could add revolut or bank transfer payout option instead of paypal
