Seamless and reliable
Simple installation and great experience start to finish!
Dr
The app works well, good calls and noise-free, good reception where we are, but I'm concerned that I'll lose the remaining unused space, which is annoying, and I'll look for a company where I can save it from flight to flight.
לא ממליצה
גם החבילות לא גמישות, גם החבילה של קרוז לא באמת עבדה. ממש לא ממליצה
Best eSim app
I purchased esim for my travel plans and its very seamless. The support is great here. I have falllen in love with its esims. Too good too goood
Difficult to install
Difficult to install
Low price = Bad connection
I been traveling for one week to london and I barely enjoy the internet and it was hard to navigate cause of the bad connection
Great Travel Experience with Voye Global
I recently used Voye Global and honestly loved how simple it was. The eSIM setup was quick, the app was easy to use, and I could stay connected without the hassle of buying a local SIM. Definitely a convenient option for travelling abroad.
Customer service is the worse.
Trying to get them for 7 hours and nothing.
Currency Issues
This app glitches on currency. It will say on the checkout page that the cost is say $5, and the total is $8. You need to reboot the app for the currency to correct. Has happened to me twice now. Is sloppy and is disappointing, hope they fix it. Sims work great once you have them. Customer service is helpful, though not very genuine/empathetic. I had to ask someone if they were a human…turns out it was 😬.
Error when trying to pay
I will change the rating once addressed. Im on an iPhone 13. I’m getting this error message when I try to pay: StripeConfigException. I’m guessing this is a backend error caused by the application's internal configuration. Please fix and let me know when you do.
Feedback
Voye global is the best
Unable to load countries, lol
אפליקציה בושה. אפילו להתחב למקור מידע של עצמה לא טוענת מדינות ובכלל שום דעתה חבל על הזמן. מחקתי מייד
Works great
Found it alright and the speed is okay
Not good at all
The Internet is very slow, I payed extra and nothing happened. Go to another company.
Best connection by far
I’ve been using eSIMs since 2022, and Voye’s connectivity is by far superior to anything else I’ve used. I had download speeds of over 100 Mbps almost everywhere across Asia. Reliable, fast, and honestly a much better experience than other eSIM providers I’ve tried.
Horrible Experience
I received incomplete setup details, so the eSIM didn't work upon arrival. Customer support was terrible and oddly asked for private data regarding my app usage. Save yourself the headache and stick to reputable, well known providers.
Esim
Used it last month in Indonesia , worked perfect during the whole holiday .

Yo!
A must have for any traveler! I have been using their data services since 2 years now. It’s fast, easy to use & quiet affordable with reliable customer support!
When it worked it was great…
… But it rarely ever worked! I used it for a cruise. I was told via email that it would work as soon as we were on the boat. That's a lie. We had to be way out at sea before we actually had stable Internet. As we got closer to the shore, neither my regular Sim nor the Voye worked. The same held true for staying on the boat when docked. It did not work "as soon as you get on the boat". It's almost impossible to talk to tech-support. They'll send you emails and ask for screenshots but to actually speak to someone? Nada! In the emails (8 total over three days), they were asking me to do something that was not available on my phone. I burned more than 100 minutes of free onboard internet from Norwegian trying to make VOYE work. That's more than I actually used on VOYE. Maybe it works on land, but for a cruise, find something else!
Amazing App
As an avid traveler, I’ve tried numerous eSIM services, but Voye Global stands out by far. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to purchase and activate eSIM plans.
Log in/Create Account not possible
This app refuses to allow me to create an account using my existing Google Account. It just sits there. Tried on my iPhone and iPad. Nothing works. Deleted.
