Spent my entire holiday trying to set up the e-sim ☹️
eSIM problem on arrival in Indonesia
I could not get my eSIM to work. As soon as I found wifi, I contacted Customer Support and Elliot was amazing and determined that I was trying to use a previous eSIM instead of my current one. Problem solved immediately. I will ensure I delete all eSIMs after use!

Works ok intermittently , generally on E not on LTE

I’ve used OHAYU sim in a few countries now, including China, Morocco, Germany and Japan. It’s easy to use and has worked perfectly everywhere I’ve been so far. It’s so much more economical than using my network provider data plan!
Scam
Impossible to use - the eSIM is installed on your phone but you can’t use it… a total robbery

Had to contact online chat to get the eSim activated )even on a new upgraded mobile) Also have to turn off and turn on the mobile at times to establish connection Not a bad service while travelling through Asia and India though!

Started sceptical, ended in love
Travelled to turkey and had to buy a eSIM didn’t know where to start and what line to trust and discovered Ohayu!! Easy to install(eSIM) , and super understandable app definitely will use again next time. Also the prices are lit. I recommend it to anyone and will with my friends too! Thanks
Scam
This is scam. Avoid it. I activated plan in Mexico and installed esim, but there is no internet. Support not answering.
Seems good thus far
It wasn’t the most straightforward to set up, but a support guy named Anthony walked me through it. Data bandwidth seems good

This app is misleading
They misuse the brand “Saily” in their ads and redirect users to a completely different service. This violates Google’s Misrepresentation Policy and EU consumer protection laws. It’s deceptive advertising and creates fake trust. Be careful, the brand you think you’re buying is not the one you actually get.
Instructions could be clearer
Despite the issue with clarity on setup instructions I found the support excellent and sorted the issue. Elliot was polite, efficient and helpful.
Five star assistance
I was really unsure how to set up my eSIM. Contacted customer support through chat and was contacted by a lovely lady called Ophelia. She talked me through how to check my settings sent screenshots of my settings she explained how it should be set up on screenshots sent back. Asked me to change my settings confirm to her through screen captures my settings and I was soon sorted in no time at all. A really quick service that sorted me out.
Does not work
Purchased eSIM to use in Japan. Followed all steps to install and activate eSIM but doesn’t work. Contacted customer support and they provided same instructions and still doesn’t work. Asked for refund and was told they don’t provide refund if you install their eSIM. What a joke. Highly recommend to avoid this company.

No customer support so when it doesn’t work it turns into a rip off.
I used it in London and it worked well. Then I decided to use it again in Egypt and the first data package I bought worked. It was super expensive and finished in 2 days so I bought a bigger package. That package stopped working once 80% of data was used. I assumed it was a glitch so I bought an even bigger package to about running into connectivity issues. This time it didn’t work at all. I experienced issues installing the eSIM, and got a bunch of error messages, saying that the QR code had expired. EVENTUALLY it worked but the internet comes on for a few minutes and then goes off again for longer periods sometimes hours. I tried to contact customer support to realize that the “in app” support chat is disabled. So in total I spent $100 for short connectivity and ZERO customer support. I tried to reach out via their website support but the chat bot is absolutely useless. Its default answer is “sorry I can’t answer that question”. Whenever I see companies that avoid human interaction and taking accountability after taking your money, I consider it a scheme 🌟✌️

Do not purchase
I bought a global Esims one week prior to my vacation and activated it the day I arrived at my first destination. FAQ mentions the validity period starts on the activation date, unfortunately it started on the purchase date which makes no sense. So I will not be able to have my remaining data until the end of my trip. The only solution offered was to buy a new Esims with a 15% off.
