Terrible experience in Malaysia
Yoho’s basic plan covers three countries, which seems very attractive if you are traveling around South East Asia. I was only traveling to Malaysia. The Internet data coverage and experience brings back memories of dial-up Internet. It’s very slow, freezes and sometimes doesn’t work. Example, I was at a restaurant using the QR code to scan the menu and place orders. When it came time to check out, the restaurant app was spinning. My son who was with me on a different plan, offered me to hotspot to his phone. That allowed me to complete the order. Skip this. It’s good for WhatsApp messaging, but everything else, expect unacceptable response times. I learnt to go with offerings from the local telcos.

Not great, CS Terrible
I used this sim as it was the first that come up. In the 3rd reload, I couldn’t even update or install the new sim/top up and got no reply from customer service

Not always the quickest to sort out a problem, been waiting 12 minutes for a reply when you only got limited WiFi Apart from that they seem ok

Slow reply and upon purchase of simcard. No instruction on activation.

Einziger Anbieter mit echter unlimited Flat laut esimdb. Bestellung über die App oder die Webseite sind schwierig, gerade mit ApplePay. Wenn es dann aber mal läuft funktioniert es gut.
Worst travel eSIM for Canada ever
I purchased some data plan for a trip to Canada and when I got there the speed was so terrible that I couldn’t use any app apart from email. However they were sensible to fully refund me

I was surprised by how affordable Yoho eSIM is compared to regular roaming fees. It really helped me stay within budget during my travels. Well done!
Scam
Problem with eSIM, customer service tried to troubleshoot with me. Asked me to click on APN settings that does not even exist because there is no reception to begin with. Customer service did not even know that APN settings will Not be available unless there is reception. Yet he kept insisting I click on it. Sent a video of my phone and still insisted that I clicked on APN settings that does not exist. This is a scam
Good coverage. But horrible customer service
Everything was well until a problem hits. And when you seek their assistance. They are not able to provide any. I bought a few esims from them. And some of them turn out to be ‘expired’ even before it could be used

완전 최악!
60분마다 광고를 보면 데이터를 무제한으로 준다고 해서 가입했더니 60분 뒤에 와이파이 없으면 광고를 볼 수 없어서 데이터 리셋도 안되고 실질적으로 딱 60분만 쓸 수 있는 완전 속임수임

Lousy
Purchased the esim, tried to activate it, the system showed the code expired. Report to the customer service, keep telling me to retry. The code expired, what do you expect? A mircale to happen by itself? Asked for refund, no reply.

Plan expires before days are done
I’ve been a repeat customer. Everything is easy to install. However, I bought a 5day 20gb plan. But on the 4th day the app said it was expired and my data stopped. Asked customer service and they led me in a merry go round. Look. Just tell me if the data is finished or something right? I don’t need you wasting my time making me wait 20mins before answering me. I was super patient until I realized they were just trying everything in their to do list. What an absolute waste of time.

Weird Error keeps making app inaccessible.
Data has been good, but I can no longer enter the app. I get the error: Exception: a server error occurred. Please try again later. Not sure why.

Terrible speed, terrible customer support
Stay away! Got Europe esim, speed is never above 1 Mbps. Tried to talk to support for solutions or refund. Customer support just loop through a script and does not help.
