has worked well for travel in europe on multiple occasions! at times was spotty in corsica, but otherwise has been consistent in spain, france, UK, and italy. highly recommend.
No longer works
One day later, eSIM started failing. I was better off using t-mobile’s throttled data and whatever public WiFi I could find. Advice: spring for a better company and not the cheaper option.

Solid overall, great prices. Easy to find discounts. Minus one star because the web experience is completely disconnected from the app. If you buy from the website, you cant see usage in the app. Not great and so easy to fix.

Very easy and reliable
The eSIM worked the minute I arrived in France. Later I had problems tracking my data usage so I emailed them. Immediately someone responded and helped solve my problem. I plan to renew the plan I have with them for the next two months.

Promo code did not work
First time I Was promised code after submitting review and it was a dud. Was able to use the paid service with little issue though at responsible price.

The promo code they give you in return for your review does not work and customer support will tell you it’s invalid. Such a scam!

Easy e-sim for travellers
This website provides a range of e-sim options to suit traveller needs. This includes decent data only low usage sims- which are much cheaper than most travel sims in the airports or stores. Very easy to install and manage data. The app has some issues: 1. The chat does not work that well. But the customer service did follow up and resolve my request. 2. The app only seems to offer their own brand e-sim, whereas the online site offers a variety of e-sims. Or at least that is how it seems. From my research these are the best value for Europe region. I will update my review after travel to update on speeds and performance.

This was for a trip to Italy. It was exactly what I needed!! Customer service was good when the email didn’t arrive at first. Would def use again.
Worst Esim experience
I have bought recently an Esim for Georgia from this company. The offer bought is for connection in 4G and 5G , this E sims connects only in 3G and with a huge latency, therefore the speed is low and the Esim is nearly unusable. I tried to fix it via the customer service, where I got 3 messages from « Maria » to send more and more screenshots, but no solution. The price is attractive but at the end I had to buy a new Esim, asked for reimbursement but did not get any feedback. It’s a pity !

Trying to buy through the app. It says my account is inactive. Chat support is useless. Have given up and will buy from saily.com.
NZ & AUS
Downloaded eSim to my iPhone no problem. Activated upon arrival in and data worked well throughout NZ and AUS. However, all of my voice minutes went away after one short test call.

prices are competitive, payment & setup process quick & super easy, support available offers are better on website compared to in-app purchases unlimited = severely limited bandwidth after having reached 5GB (I couldn‘t find this information anywhere before or after buying an 3-day unlimited option) customer service is helpful & responds quickly

Useless
SIM did not connect automatically, I’ve been charged €60 by my provider for using my phone abroad. Customer service non existent as soon as I mentioned I’d been charged for using my phone abroad. Thieves.

Des voleurs.
J’ai pris une eSIM chez eux pour mon voyage au japon. Impossible de l’installer sur mon iphone, un message m’indique que le code d’activation est invalide (aucun problème pour mon pote qui a également un Iphone). Après un échange de 10 mail avec le support il ne m’ont ni renvoyé un autre code d’activation ni remboursé. Je vous recommande plutôt de passer par Airalo que j’ai pris à la place
sim expired but good customer service
my sim which i bought a few weeks ago did not work but they refunded me. A little disaapointed but at least they are true to their word.
