Me poore 5star deta agar ye issue na hota to. Online payment karne me dikkat ati hai is Capri loan me ap sirf inke app se hi payment kar sakte ho. Other upi app se iski payment hi nahi ho pati. Mere 3loan hain family members ke alag alag naam se or Capri wale upi se payment hi nahi le rahe hain kehte hain app se hoga. Lekin capri app se bhi payment nahi ho pa rahi pata nahi kya issue chal raha hai parso se payment karne me laga hu har tarike ajma liye aaj last date hai kya pata kal upi accept karne lage charges lagne ke bad

Foreclosure issue
Capri Gold Loan offers the worst service, and their managers behave appallingly. I have been struggling for a full month to foreclose my gold loan, yet they refuse to release the RTGS details. Furthermore, there is absolutely no response to calls or messages, and when I visit the branch, they just pass the buck to one another. No one should ever use their gold loan services; they just give customers the runaround without offering any real help. I even lodged a formal complaint, but received no response.

Many hidden charges and branch staff is not supportive. So I m not suggesting this bank for gold loan…… Indian overseas bank is perfect for gold loan because it is govt bank …… just 8% interest in IOB

Worst service, App se EMI payment’s nahi hoti , Support or Helpline pe call nahi lagta by out of 100 chances 1 bar lag gaya to representatives ko koi informations nahi rahati hai . Emails ka response nahi karte. Branch wale kah dete hai sir app nahi chala to kya kare , Har 1 minor problems ke liye Branch visit karo wait karo or yeh multiple time hua hai .
