Fix this Game
The servers are just so bad. Frequently the lag is so bad its the equivalent of a powerpoint. Its so bad events are frequently canceled. It wouldnt be so bad if the game wasnt so p2w or p2p. They make beyond enough money and wont fix this issue that plagues the game

Unstable network means you lose all progress in game
Good game overall and good f2p balance, but if your network is even slightly unstable it restarts the game and you lose all progress in the current game. You should be able to rejoin a match in those cases. So it is really frustrating…
Too grindy and pay to win
The game slows down way to much and demands hundreds of hours or hundreds of dollars. The liberation system is very upsetting. Only really two methods to go far in the game and you waste all your time and resources on who you think is good. But at the end of the day you have to play a couple ways and that’s it. Even tho there’s times of options. Very upsetting!! Need to fix the lib system and it’d be nice to have more then one or two ways to play this game. Just a money hole. People talk about it all the time in game chat so I’d recommend changing some things before people start to drop off this game and into the next. The events are not fun and make no sense half the time. They really don’t pay attention to the community if anyone is curious.

I’ve been playing this games for what, 7 Seasons now!? Such a fun game! If parents are looking for a game to play and bond with their children.. look no further. Constant updates, balancing, events.. this game has it all, and these Devs have it together 👏👏👏

Games Fun but not friendly to F2P
TLDR; Game has promise but they blatantly price everything too high for little gain Game has depth to the genre and the first week of play you can progress fairly quick but with built in ads to grind more is not something I’m used to so if you plan to make any purchases, removing the ads and increase gameplay speed are the way to go. Pricing on events and shop are terrible, if they weren’t blatantly stealing your money for small gains then I would pay more but I don’t see any incentive to buy that stuff. Even their battle pass value is terrible if you compare it to others such as Clash of Clans

Have put quite a bit into this game. The levels are exponentially harder, it’s not even funny. I wish some of the RNG would be better, but it is what it is.

Pitiful purchasing system this game has. I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game and if you don’t log in daily to collect rewards they don’t give them to you even if you’ve already paid for them. And good luck trying to get a refund for the items

Let me start off with saying the game is fine if you like or don’t mind very grindy games. The issue lies with the customer support and the way the game is handled. Let me start by saying that when you purchase something there’s a LARGE pop up also known as an ADVERTISMENT, that says if you aren’t happy with your purchase you have up to 7 days to request a refund. This goes for all packs and purchases. I purchased a pack listed as “aos_reward_multiplier_package”. This pack allows you to use triple energy and receive triple rewards. This is sold for 20$. I bought it to try it out and wasn’t a fan and I was hoping for a bit more out of it. So in accordance with the advertisement and option to refund that’s what I did. A month later I get a notification saying that I had a violation. Now I have only helped others in the game and have been a great captain (someone who helps new people). So as you can assume I’m surprised. I open the notification and it said I was going to have my account taken away because I refunded. So I reached out to customer support to ask for assistance. The demanded, they did not ask, that I repurchase the pack. They lied and said that I refunded a bunch of things which was not true. They lied to me and told me such advertising didn’t pop up even though I have evidence and witnesses as my wife and I have purchased packs. They told me that I “may” have a penalty if I don’t repurchase but wouldn’t tell me what the penalty would be. I explained that under federal law that not following through with advertising in game as well as most other advertising is against the law. I also explained that they lied to me twice as well how they were vague as far as what the penalty would be or if it would even happen. They repeated themselfs (NOT HELPFUL AT ALL). I explained that I understand they need to read off a screen but that if they can’t help and want to break the law that I’d like to talk to someone higher. They then sent me someone else. This person did not lie about multiple refunds, didn’t lie about there being no advertising for refunds. But then was still vague about the penalty’s and if they would occur, while also telling me to re purchase the pack. They also didn’t deny the fact that what I was saying about how they are breaking federal law. They then after I explained things again straight up ended chat on me…. I then attempted to get in touch with support again, because I was trying to work with them while also understanding what’s going on. I explained in the next message that even if I wanted to repurchase the pack it does not give me the option to and that I don’t have access to do what they want of me. Right after this they then banned my account from even accessing the game. So if you try to load up the game I kicks you out immediately. You can still access the support page but it won’t load the bot or allow you to talk to a person to even try and find a resolution to the issue. So I can’t play even if I was willing to repurchase the pack because they have stopped talking to me entirely… In short they lied to me twice, attempted to gaslight me. They broke federal law, while also giving me an impossible task of repurchasing something I can’t. I spent about 60$ on various things and because I refunded something that I was allowed to refund they then took everything away. Keep in mind not providing dlc or purchased materials in game is also against the law… I’m thankful Apple has been kind enough and understanding enough to hear my side of the story and refund me EVERYTHING I spent on this game. The game is a grind and if you want to make any progress it’s pay to win. What I bought was stuff to merely help me speed up the process not even pay to win. With this in mind if you do play the game they don’t give you enough to work with when buying things. If you buy a minion pack you don’t have enough coins to upgrade them. It’s pay hole and they will get you good because everything take forever. So when you play you’ll see endless people asking for help on the third (HELL MODE) difficulty because it takes FOREVER to get past it without paying money. Not only was I higher level, did nothing wrong, helped randoms all the time, and followed the rules. I was also a someone who enjoyed playing this with my wife. So now I have no account and I can’t play it without a just reason. I was scammed, stolen from, and denied what I payed for and worked for in game. The game is fine but these people running it are openly breaking the law and are horrible people not even trying to hide it. If you read this far I hope this helps and thank you for reading. If you play anyway I wouldn’t recommend buying anything or trusting ads or customer service. As mentioned I have evidence, screen shot and text proving my review and them guilty. Reset demon
Great game. Just having issues with support on a reset bug. Its been longer than 30 days since I reset oni and I still can’t reset to this day.
A bit broken
Completed normal mode twice now with a random player and it still says i can’t change difficulty… it’s a bit frustrating

The reroll for demons is not great. I have lost many times cause I tried to reroll to the demon I transcend first. If the grind wasn’t kinda fun I would just delete this game.

Great game, hate new year AI
The game itself is amazing been hooked on it for months, my issue is with the newest update to the game with the luna new year. The programmed AI is a piss take. I’ve been griefed out of winning 4/5 times now. Not a lot of info on how to play the new years game you kinda just have to figure it out. Either this Ai or ones they add to future updates please make them more balanced and less toxic (purposely targets my pieces to take off board it’s AI it should play it’s goes as it gets them
I’m Done
After grinding to level 11 and wanna try liberation and painstakingly got 300 liberation stones (which is IMPOSSIBLE to get btw) only to get filtered by ANOTHER 30 pcs liberation to HAVE a chance to unlock the skill is another absurdity to me. Game literally paywalls progress and forces you to grind and doing the same setup for months like a bot. Don’t get me wrong this game is fun for the first few weeks. If you are a new player and hoping to play the game atleast with VIP or x3 energy for quick grind, just refund it while you can. Its not worth the long run lol
No savings
Once you lost connection to the internet you’re cooked. Because after reconnecting you’re getting into the menu without a chance to return. really pissing me off. otherwise i’d rate 5/5

Bugs
Second time in the last few weeks that I can’t get into the game at all. It won’t go past the load screen. I love this game but hate its bugs. This seems to be a common occurrence for more than just me and puts us all behind on the events or have us miss them all together and that really sucks. Especially when you’ve put money into the game..

Best Mobile Game EVER
Normally I’m the type of person that downloads a mobile game and plays it for a few days and I end up deleting it cause I get bored of all the normal mobile games. Not this game though, I downloaded this game and have played it religiously every single day. This is one of the fee mobile games that balances upgrades as well as enemy strength perfectly while you progress. The cherry on top is that you don’t HAVE to spend money on the game to progress at a good pace (not saying I’m not guilty of spending some $ on the game) to keep up with all of the other players. If I could give 10/5 stars I definitely would and I think everyone that comes across this game should indeed download this game.

Pretty addicting game!
The only thing I wished was better pricing and rates for upgrades. I’m a pretty big spender on mobile games normally but when I see 200 liberation stones for $50 I don’t even think about paying. It deals were better for what you pay for I would definitely spend more. Also I find that there not much to do in the game besides repeating the same level for a chest that’s got terrible drop rates.
GREEDY DEVS
I have been playing this game for a little while now… don’t get me wrong! this game is incredibly fun.. but seriously what is up with the absolute ridiculous amount of IAPs and restricting gameplay options to those who decided to pay?? This is ridiculous. This is how you lose player count. This is the type of greed they speak about in the bible. Unbelievable. At LEAST bring the option for 3-5x rewards without them being behind a paywall…. Surely I cannot be the only one who feels this way.
