Good App
A lot of discounted activities going on in the App and the deal I have is better than KK and similar
Expensive and poor customer experience
Won’t recommend this app if you are looking to book tours and attractions. Had issues with pelago app and their ticketing partners a few times. Was cancelled and usually its more expensive even with the vouchers.
Poor network
Pelago was relatively easy to setup with a single click installation on eSIM. However, network quality was terrible in Singapore and India. Very patchy network all across, almost never worked in apartments/houses. App also never shows you the remaining data or the expiry date/time that other apps show. Not very impressed unfortunately.
Poor service, unprofessional travel agent. Misleading products.
The product title and description is sometimes misleading. The most important things are given only in T&C. Eg, when book some theme park that need reservation, it won’t help you to make the reservation, even they ask you which date you will go. Instead, they give you a prepaid ticket valid for one year to let you book reservation your own. It’s very confusing, and quite misleading because it asked you the date. When reach out to the customer service, they are not going to help you. They use hundreds of words to let you know which part in T&C you were missing, to prove you are quite stupid. Alright, you are SIA group app, you won’t be wrong. It is the user like me that being so stupid not to read all T&C. My bad for sure. So please do not advertise me and stupid users like me to download it. Leave it to the smart users lah :) The reviews and the purchase history of products are widely loading from other apps, like TripAdvisor. Even the product descriptions and pictures. But the purchasing workflow is missing. And I reasonable doubt if they understand what they are selling and have really sold any. So it makes the Pelago app a child-made information portal without any production knowledge. You can see the ambition from SIA to do everything around your travel; however, its staff won’t help.
Face ID login pls?
Basic feature. Having to login to KF with SMS/Email OTP when traveling is a hassle. Please implement Face ID.

Used Pelago on my recent Morocco trip and loved it! There were so many activities and tours to choose from, and booking was super simple. The app is intuitive quite easy to use, and the best part that I earned KrisFlyer miles! Definitely using it again for my next trip!
Scam. eSIM not working at all
Bought a eSIM for turkey trip. Struggled for very long for installation tried auto/qr/manual installation all not working. In the end bought another eSIM from Klook solved the problem in 1 min.
Can’t sign in via KrisFlyer in app?
I am able to sign in to Pelago using my KrisFlyer account on desktop but why can’t I do the same in the app without having to create an account? Please fix that!

Pelago is a great app for planning and booking activities while traveling. The app is smooth, user-friendly, and lets you book activities in just a few seconds. Incorrect Information that can spoil your holiday
Please be careful when using this app, there are certain bookings which requires an infant ticket that is somehow not available in this app. Some original attractions require an infant ticket that is available via their direct website or other credible website like Klook. If you did not do your homework, you may been stranded with your infant outside the attraction because you only have an adult ticket but no infant tickets.
Super handy for travels!
Been using Pelago for my travels and it’s honestly made planning so much easier. Booked a few experiences and everything went smoothly. The app’s super easy to use too, which is a big plus!
Worst App
It is easy to make booking but really bad customer service behind the app that makes changing the booking impossible. Very inflexible. I lost money because unable to change appointment date.
Love my miles
Super seamless booking experience and love that I can book my usual attractive tickets, eSIM and airport transfers with Pelago. The app is even better than the website and I love earning Krisflyer miles with every purchase!
Poor poor customer service
Submitted ticket and AI agent said will get back within 24hrs.. No news after that timeline passed. Cannot seem to get customer service, although the app says customer service support is daily from 7.30am to 11.30pm. Always routed to submit ticket. Need to do a better job on your customer service, esp when your parent company is SIA. Updates: CSO gave wrong info after replying to my email.

[edit] was initially frustrated when I’m unable to get customer support. However, managed to connect with Idayu where Idayu entertain my help request via Instagram DM, and manage to resolve my activities’ cancellation due to medical condition
Cancelled tour but didnt notify or refund us
They don’t know anything going on with booking made in the platform. Quite appalling service and not at all expected by something affiliated with SIA. They outsourced our booking to some random local operator and when the tour got cancelled we were not notified. We showed up for our cruise and was told our agent was notified, however no one called or emailed us at all. A whole day wasted as we couldn’t book anything for that day itself and pelago put the onus of getting a refund on us and basically told us they have no clue whats going on and we need to prove that the cruise was cancelled. Totally unprofessional nonsense.

It's so easy to continue my search from the new homepage! I can quickly find my preferred activities right from the first screen. Best of all, the app reminds me of the rewards I have available, so I’ll never miss a chance to use them and earn miles again!
Cna not find the booking from pelago
They could not find the booking from pelago and the customer service is not real time. It’s not about the pelago may be able to refund if we have an issue but it’s about the disappointment. Imagine you are already there and ready for the experience but you can not make it.
Great experience with Pelago
I had a great experience with Pelago! The booking process was incredibly easy and user-friendly, making it hassle-free to plan my activities. Everything was straightforward, and I appreciated how smoothly it all went. I’ll definitely consider using Pelago again for future bookings.
Login required for every use
App unfriendly as you are required to login everytime you tap to open it, for some reason each login only works for that particular session. Best part is if you’re logging in using Krisflyer, it will required not only password but OTP which never works, ending up not being able to use this app.
Earn miles? Yes please.
Pelago has been my go to when I travel! Plenty of great activities to choose from and I get to earn KrisFlyer miles too. That’s fantastic. Seamless booking and ticket redemption process, I used it for my recent trip to Tokyo! Highly recommend to use Pelago especially when you fly with Singapore Airlines - you get an additional discount!
