the worst bank and app
limits. limited capabilities. tough to use app (try finding the SWIFT code), navigation is a nightmare. would be amazing if they hired a UC team instead of a bunch of freshers from a non human interface background
Works well in India. Outside India still has problems
The new app is well designed and works very well in India for all Indian Bank activities. It’s an amazing improvement from the previous app. However, outside India, it still has bugs and limitations such as not being able to update KYC through app, delayed OTP delivery and occasional crashing (though it has become much less in the last few months). A very good effort by Indian bank where I do all my banking in India.
User unfriendly
Very buggy. Extremely frustrating to use. Will close my accounts due to the poor quality of online banking and the app
Font size
Need to make the font size a bit bigger and bolder as senior members find it very hard to read as there is no option to zoom in the page.

Keep getting time out error not able to do any transactions too bad. Poor service
App is not constant loading and does not function properly.
I am here in US and trying to navigate through the app . Though the registered Indian SIM card is working , and with proper network connections as well . I am unable to use the app . It’s constantly loading and very slow .
Not very user friendly
It is a royal pain to be not able to see your account balances unless you click show account balances. One already goes through several hoops to launch the application with nonsense like MPIN, MTPIN, TXN PIN, enabling Face ID ETC. Then once Face ID clears it why make the user go through additional clicks to show the account balances unless? Also all computer science research shows that making the user change passwords does not improve security but rather only decreases the security. When will the so called security czars keep themselves abreast on these and stop insisting on changing passwords.
Government Bank App but Feels like international Bank app
I was so surprised by tile setup of this app where most of daily use stuff are very well laid out . I was surprised that government bank app is so nice

UPI LINKS NOT WORKING
Please do little more testing in this new app, has lots of bug. Upi links aren’t working. Send money to contacts is not working . Money dedu ted and not received by receiver neither got refunded, no email to complain/share feedback
Well made app!
Much is going right for this app. They just need to keep it up. But I’m having major problems with UPI payments. I set it up and now the app crashes every time I press the UPI button while on the app.
Easy beezy
Finally an app from Indian bank that is very easy to use and get your banking work done in a breeze. Much better than net banking and surprisingly very well laid out with clear menu, information at once without drilling too much deep and excellent performance.
App Registration
I am using esim and while registration and during sending the SMS it says no sim. So unable to register the app. I need solution ASAP.
UI is better , but overall experience is average
I think usability could be improved, APIs it is interacting seems slow and takes a while to load.

The Manager at Mylapore branch is so kind and customer friendly , most importantly, she knows what the system is and guides perfectly
Unable to update newer version
Update app option unavailable in the App Store. It seems like I have to erase the app and reinstall.

Poor navigation
UI is slightly better but the navigation and loading page are poor. Sometime it takes long time for loading and scrolling does not works sometimes. Need a better IT team for Indian bank. The UX and testing needs to be improved.
So easy to work on Indian Bank account from US using this app
The bank manager and his staff at Alkapuri branch worked diligently to setup online banking for me while I was in US. Many thanks to them. Now using this app, I can bank from here in US like I am banking at the branch. There are quirks like it wont work if phone is connected to wifi network, will work if wifi is turned off and cellular network is used. But overall I am quite happy with its capabilities. Many thumbs up.
DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY
The App does not work most of the time. Cannot trust this App to make a payment when needed because in most cases, it won’t work so ultimately I have to use my other bank Apps to make a payment. Please improve the functioning of your App.

This is the worst banking application ever faced. Every step used to log out and examine your patience. Better dropout from Indian bank services if the issue with bank
App Usage while in Overseas
Easy for navigation from one application to another. MMD,s closing & opening could be done without any hassles of OTP
Not opening
After this new update, it is asking only version17 or above only can update or the older version only wil be downloaded, but even though after downloading the older version it is asking to install the new version, my phone is ios17. Vat to do now, I am in emergency situation to transfer money and am facing this issue. Very bad
