My dog was found four hours after posting from this app
I’ll definitely recommend this app. He wandered off and the people that I don’t even know live about a mile away found him, but they found him because of this app.
This app looks good but is a scam
Could not get account canceled cost me 120$ before I could get it canceled. Do not use is my advice. They are taking advantage of people with missing pets. They do nothing to help you! Where are the postings? They can’t prove they ever did what they said they would. This app should not be available. It’s a total fraud. It’s impossible to get it to stop billing you Also never found my cat.
Great site
Love the concept. It should be free. (Other wise 5 stars !)
Couldn't see pets In my city
Couldn't figure out how to filter just my city. Deleted for now.
I have words
Preying on those who are in need of help finding their pets and baiting them with promotions that reach further is sick. I understand you need to make money but you have plenty who would be willing to donate for the help that was given. You will get those who are greedy, but many will be appreciative. All in all my dogs came home with the advice provided within the app. I would maybe cut the prices and make more of it accessible by watching adds
Poppy Never Left
I heard a little sound around 1:15AM this morning. I looked around the house but did not see Poppy. Back in bed, I heard another sound and found her back atop the toilet tank in the master bathroom. She must have hidden in the towel closet. I had checked it thoroughly. Lisa and I are so happy! Brett😀👍
Pricing is extortion.
App seems fine but they want $20 per week to use almost any of the app. TWENTY DOLLARS PER WEEK. You’re sad and trying to find your lost pet and the use that to extort you. $20 a month would be a it much but I wouldn’t have gotten on here to write about it. $20 A WEEK being demanded from grieving human beings is outrageously unethical.
Great app for helping find lost pets with one issue
The app is full of great tips for when you’ve lost a pet, and I love that it’s easy and free to make an online flier. However, when I would click the Facebook link to visit a lost pet’s flier, a message would pop up saying that the content was unavailable, which is frustrating in case my cat was found by someone but they would be unable to contact me.
Don’t pay for subscription
My beloved pet was lost so I bought the subscription. Complete waste of money though the free version is fine.
Helpful
While paw guide is not the one who found my cat, every update they sent me was a cat that was found in near shelters that looked exactly like the same details. I would highly recommend using Paul guy to help you locate your cat if anyone turns in it.
Preying on Heartbreak
Sending a pet owner an alert of a possible sighting, but then demanding a credit card when the pet owner clicks on the alert is absolutely demonic. What’s next, a ransom demand? Additionally ,$20 per week plus tax is absolutely predatory.
We found our Ginger!
We lost our cat Ginger after we had come home from a movie night to find out our front door had blown open. Thanks to the info I learned on the app, we were able to locate her in our neighborhood on the second night. I didn’t know that the best time to look for a lost cat is between 3 and 4 AM, and we found her on our night search! The only issue I have with the app is some typos that seem confusing. Recommend getting this app if you have lost a pet!
Good idea, but…
I think the idea of this app is great, however PawBoost did the same exact thing for free and gained far more traction. The app is not very user friendly when you edit the post for typos, they don’t fix it on their Facebook page, which was the only place they posted their flyer to begin with. They definitely did not cast a wide net for searching. What helped the most was simply posting in Nextdoor and in local Facebook groups. Don’t waste your money. If you’re unsure of what information to include in a post you’re doing for yourself, a simple google search is far easier and free.
Peace of mind
This app gave me peace of mind that my post would reach people. Even though my dog showed up on my porch on his own I would still recommend this app.
SCAM
This app is a scam. They prey on people who are upset and wanting to spread news of their lost pet, then they claim you need to sign up to something and that you won't be charged. My bank immediately flagged it as fraud because it is a DCAM and they do charge your card. Why this app is allowed on the app store I do not know.
Lucky reunited with owners
Thanks to media coverage “Lucky” was reunited with happy owners in less than 24 hours
Ad fest
Have to watch a 30 second ad just about everytime you click on something literally wasting time
Actually useful
This is the only app i downloaded that didnt try to charge me to make a post.
Horrible ads
I downloaded this because i saw a black cat and was trying to help find the owner. This app played a pop up ad that DIDNT END every time i tried to click in something. I cant imagine trying to use this as a resource if my pet was lost. HORRIBLE!
Solid advice and support
Felt like an extra person was out there looking for him. Thank you
Pet Found with 2 days
Pet Guide is easy to use and they got the word out very quickly that our dog was lost and running scared. ❤️
Horribly Designed
This app is just mind boggling. -They want you to spend money to “cast a wider net”. Is this app here to simply help or what? -Can’t choose a location on the map without giving it location permissions. Are you guys really just in the data gathering business? -Must immediately submit a lost of found pet to be able to browse lost or found pets. -Must resubmit same pet EVERY TIME you reopen the app to gain access to the rest of the app again. -Once you’ve submitted a pet and have access to the app’s features every option redirects you to facebook, not even your facebook app but the browser site requiring you to log in, instead of just being able to scan missing or found pets in the app itself. Just overall not user friendly.
Useful app
Useful app
Paw Guide
My cat had sadly went missing for 3 days and this app helped and got the word out there!! and now my cat is found and home safely!!!
Paywalls Everywhere
This app is full of paywalls for obvious information. This app is swindling desperate pet owners out of money when they would do anything to get their pet back.
Not too bad
Need to change font/format Can’t read all of the questions so I had to guess on a couple of them. Thanks for the guides!
Hugs and blessings to
Two wonderful people picked up my pup and took her to a vet to see if she was chipped!! And less than two hours after her disappearance, I got a call from the vet in Corvallis, saying that my dog had been rescued by two angels!! Thank you so much paw guide and honest people❤️
All the info you need
Our kitty ended up coming home on her own! We think she was locked in somewhere… fingers crossed it’s doesn’t happen again any time soon! So happy she came home 👍🙌🤩
Wonderful Resource
Losing a pet can make you feel so desperate. I never imagined there would be such a big community at the ready to jump in and provide some hope.
Very Helful
Great software. Easy to use, and makes it so that your posts across all platforms link up. Found my dog within the hour I posted 🙏🏻
