Such a wonderful brand with amazing products!!
Not possible to use by more than one parent
The alarms are constantly going off, especially if both parents are driving in the same car with the baby or carrying the baby in the car seat, the notifications keep popping off. I understand that the Bluetooth technology is not allowing both parents phones to be connected at the same time, but since at lest one of these phones is connected and within the car seat’s range, it should NOT require other parent to toggle their phone’s Bluetooth and such. So far, the app is only annoying and really makes me wish we never activated the clip on the car seat. Pressing “Need help” from the clip’s page makes the app crash, so not much help there too

Constant Wrong Notifications
Whenever I clip my baby in the car, it’s constantly notifying me that my baby is in the car when I’m with them in the car. Even if we’ve been driving for a while the alert will randomly go off. Sometimes I’ve taken my baby out of the car and I’ll continue to get alerts for like 5 minutes after. I want to stop using the app because it’s more of a nuisance than helpful.
Doesn’t sync or link
The app doesn’t always sync to my information and seat. When an alert goes off on the car seat like “too cold” it knows it’s my daughters name and her seat but when I go in the app I can’t see her information even though I have plugged it in multiple times.

Basically malware
Asks to turn on my bluetooth whenever it is off, even when the app is closed and i am 100 miles from the car seat. Constant temperature warnings despite the car being cool, the sensor takes 30+ min to cool off. Constant spamming that i left my kid in the car when he is with me. SensorSafe is trash and the app that supports it is also trash. Do not waste your time with this.

App keeps logging me out
Every time I close the app, it loggs me out, after re-oppening. On wifes phone also, so it’s not about my phone

Needs an UPDATE
Constantly telling me my child is in car like I left her behind and we are physically driving. Just constant all the time even when I acknowledge it, it keeps sending updates. Very frustrating. I’m about to delete the app and this was one of the reasons I bought this car seat.
Doesn’t work much of the time
Logs me out constantly. My phone and car will announce “child in car” continuously while we’re driving and when we are inside the house. I have to go outside and snap and re-snap the car buckle to get it to stop and even sometimes that doesn’t work.
Disconnecting
It keep disconnecting and need to login again to maintain wait time. Also no way to skip it, for example I’ll leaving car but my wife is in car with kids and I don’t need that reminder.

CYBEX products are good the app could be improved
The app unfortunately requires me to login every time I use it. There should be an option to disable notification for x amount that can be selected by the user. Sometimes I put my child in the car seat and have some things to do before I’m ready to go. In addition I use the car seat to attach to the stroller for walks I will still get notifications if someone takes him for a walk. Currently I’m getting phone notifications that he is still in the car even though he’s not and the buckle is not attached. If everything worked properly with user options this would be a great feature but currently it needs improvement to be functional.

Frustrated and uninstalling
I’ve used this app for 2 years now since my son was born and at this point I’m getting rid of it. It was a great premise but honestly, my cars alert to check the back seat is more than sufficient. If I help load my son in the car so my partner can take him to school, I get alerts that I’ve left him behind. The heat alert has no way to silence it. I live in California, I know it’s hot, the ac is blasting, but it’s going to take awhile before it’s in the range the seat doesn’t think is too hot. We took two cars somewhere and the whole time I was being alerted he was left behind even though he was in the car behind me, and I couldn’t turn it off. Incredibly distracting while I’m driving. On top of that it logs me out all the time.
Constant notifications
I really wanted to like the notifications. It was a great selling point for the peace of mind. My little one is now 5 months and I am ready to uninstall the app to stop the notifications. I buckle him in his car seat, located in my living room, and walk 5 feet away to get my keys and I get a notification that the child is still in the car seat. I know, he’s right in front of me. Then I’ll get about 20 notifications before I even get him in the car. The app always constantly logs me out for some reason. I only gave 2 stars because the temperature sensor alerts seem to work as intended. Use caution when using the alerts as a selling point. Unless this is improved, you’ll find yourself wanting to uninstall the app ASAP.

False positives
Every alert is a false positive, and it literally takes over your phone and talks even on silent. Nice idea, but horrible implementation.
It’s decent but also a pain
The app will consistently log me out and make me go through prompts to log back in, along with pairing all over again. It’s not a very intuitive app, anytime I walk away from the stroller the app will mention “child in car”. This happens even if my child was just strapped into his car seat in the living room and I needed to get something from my bedroom. Be ready to tell strangers that your spouse is with the child when it says, “child in car” when you run into a gas station with your phone. That’s brought on some embarrassment. The only good thing this offers me is the temp on hot days so I can make sure my child isn’t overheating.
Alerts keeps bothering
It sends me an alert “Child in car” I click AKNOWLEDGE but the app keeps sending me this alert non stop! It keeps distracting me, yes, I know that my child is in car, I put my baby in car seat! Please, do something with this! It is super annoying! Plus every time I need to log in again and again and sometimes it shows my phone “offline”. My phone is never offline!
The best products ever
The infant car seat was everthing we needed for our newborn who was diagnosed with a medical condition that didn’t allow her to be supported in a regular infant seat. This seat was recommended by her orthopedic specialist. Money well spent and changed our baby life. She went from hating to be in the care to being very relaxed
This App Has Issues
Love the products but the app is a mess. I kept trying to make an account and every time I’d log in it would say the information was incorrect. After 24hrs I tried again and it magically worked. I wanted to add members of my family as the emergency contacts and all of them got confusing emails that didn’t work. I’m still unclear how to actually use that function. Also every time I try to “add a child” it tells me I have reached the maximum amount of children I can add but I haven’t been able to add any at all. Again I love the car seat but for the price we should have a functional app.

It’s a cool product with nice features however, if both parents are near it, it freaks out and it sends alerts which gets very annoying and then you can’t cancel them because it doesn’t even realize that there’s two parents together. If it had the ability of being able to have two devices paired simultaneously it would make life way easier when the parents are together. Once we get into the car one of us has their phone going crazy with alerts.

Just purchased a beautiful e-Priam and excited to try the features just to be unable to log into the app
Doesn’t work half of the time
The app doesn’t work half of the time, it constantly alerts when it’s not supposed to and i wish I would’ve never gotten this car seat. The only thing I like about the car seat is that it swivels.
Gives notifications, but won’t stay logged in
The SensorSafe system is great. I appreciate the app design allows notifications to work based on Bluetooth pairing - it would be completely defective without notifications. The app has a significant issue though. It won’t stay signed in. It seems like it might have a 24 hour timer? After it logs out it’s impossible to see the clip temperature until you sign back in and go through onboarding again. Not something you want to do in a car. Usually I want a 2FA code to sign in, but that would add a lot of challenges with this one. I’m glad they haven’t implemented that into the sign ins are fixed. Overall yes app is doing what it should - notifying when there’s a safety issue - but the fact that it won’t stay signed in is annoying.

Frustrating
Can’t pair to my safesensor becuase it’s requires you to scan the barcode at the bottom of the seat. These dummies who created this expect me to pull out my entire car seat so I can scan a barcode that should have been placed somewhere accessible. They give you an alternative if you can’t scan the barcode code - they give you a list of pictures and ask which one is your car seat. You have to guess becuase cyber don’t put the name of your car seat on your car seat. That would be too much convenience no doubt. There should be laws passed to prevent companies from frustrating their customers like this.
Constant login
App logs me out after every use. Makes it very difficult to rely on the sensor safe clip. Have to go through set up every time.
E-Priam
Приложение работает хуже чем старое. Часто показывает что коляска разряжена и невозможно включить качание, в это время сразу же перехожу на старое приложение «e-priam», там работают все хорошо, никогда не было проблем. Единственное что хотелось бы поменять это увеличить время качания с 30 минут до 60 минут. Надеюсь это приложение дальше будет работать так же хорошо как предыдущее.

App ok, login process a pain
Why is this app not compatible with using the iPhone passwords? For creating the account and for logging in I need to go to the other app and copy/paste the password. Also why are you logging me off after some days?? I would highly appreciate keeping me logged in forever! No one wants to steal my Cybex user account so please don’t close my session this is not a banking app. Everything else works well
