Tracking of exercise
The exercise tracking is very confusing and makes no sense. I had done other apps and itās not so confusing as this app on tracking the exercises
Vocal queueing
There isnāt any. This is a miss.
Senada is amazing, but the app is unfortunately lazy
Senada is great. Iāll start there. But, the app needs to improve, to the point I cancelled my membership because of it. Weight tracking auto-populates (not to what I tracked for that exercise last session), but rather the weight from the unrelated exercise preceding it in the current sequence; the exercise descriptions are minimal, leaving much to be desired regarding important form cues, so youāre forced to study the video, which is problematic because the app will occasionally freeze and quit in the middle of a workout, particularly on videos. Last, the menstrual cycle remains toggled on despite saving it in the off position. More cons than pros, unfortunately. In the age of AI Iād expect significantly better than this.
Video errors
Great workouts, but Iāve only been doing a challenge for a month and have noticed many errors in the videos.. there was one that accidentally edited out some of the workout so I had to pause and catch up my left side, but then there are videos where the instructor messes up and asks for a do over, and those parts are left in so youāre just sitting there waiting for her to be where youāre at. Then thereās an upper body core and cardio where a total body cardio should be.. if youāre not watching carefully, youāll make mistakes and have inconsistent workouts.

I only wish that there was talking or the option with the workout to help guide you.
This is NOT for the true unfit beginner! Iām ticked!
JUST moments ago I purchased this app because an influencer highly recommended it. After exploring this fitness app it is evident that it is far too advanced for the truly unfit beginner that is of a larger stature! There is no real program to help an unfit beginner to start slowly and appropriately in fitness, AND to add insult to this terrible expensive mistake and apparently I canāt get my two hundred dollars back! WTF! Food for thought, if an app is not clear of what it can or can NOT give you then do NOT purchase it!

The app is awful
This is not a user-friendly app. It might not work with WiFi. Nothing loads and it might just kick you off. Not recommended.
Glitching app
I have been using this app for one week. Exercise are good bad there isnāt a quick tutorial about correct position prior each exercise ( you can get huts is you arenāt using the right posture ). Likewise, the app is( at least for me) constantly glitching unable me navigate without having to log out and back in, very painful š©š©š©š©. Hopefully this gets better and doesnāt discourage my commitment to this program.
Not my favourite
Doesnāt have any groundbreaking workouts, could easily find them on Google. Plus itās slow to load and if you minimize the screen it refreshes the app and you lose the workout you were doing lol.
More guidance please
Great exercises BUT itās hard to track your reps. Got lost because they are not set videos for you to just go along with you have to track in your mind while trying to make sure you do the proper amount of reps??? Unless I am using it wrong I would like to workout where I donāt have to keep messing with my phone between reps. To have a continuous play setting would be nice. And maybe a verbalized and visual demo between each??

MAY CHALLENGE FRAUD
I bought the challenge and the app doesnāt take me to any challenge. Its Ridiculous. The app is asking me questions for my profile and all I want is the challenge I paid for. NO desire for any monthly subscription or membership to her app. Its very annoying. 48 hours till reply from āteamā. Exactly why I hesitated initially. I canāt stand celebrities and their BS products. Just take me to the challenge I paid 30.00 for. She said one thing on her promo and now I am experiencing otherwise. And nobody cares. At least not for 48 hours. Disputing this charge with my bank because its fraud.
More flexibility
The exercises are really good, I just wish we could flex between gym and home for the day and not have to configure the entire program one way or the other

I tried it for several weeks but the workouts werenāt really useful for a beginner and mostly rely on Dabs

Good program, unreliable app, terrible customer service
I have been using this app for years and love the programs, but the most recent update has made it nearly unusable for me with zero ability to start or use a program. Support has been giving me the runaround for over a month with still no answer on when the app update they promised me weeks ago will be released.
Highly recommend despite a few needed modifications
I used this app once before and it was good but needed improvement. Now I got it again and itās definitely better! Its very clean easy to use and aesthetic. The workouts are intense but thereās something for everyone. I love how it asks you if your set was hard enough and also asks if your plan is to hard with option to switch. As a foodie i would say most of the recipes are delicious and easy however there are a few things I would change including measurements, the ability to have the same plan daily and meal prep in advance, some ingredients are vague ( instant egg noodles?) or instructions could be improvedā¦making a new recipe every day for all meals is time consuming. I still highly recommend this app.
Canāt use meal plans
This app is great ā it has all the features I want, except some of them donāt seem to work properly. The meal planning is key to my success, but the app makes it really hard to swap meals, delete meals and adjust your weekly plan. The loading wheel just spins, and spins. Super glitchy. Really hope they fix it asapā¦
Great potential if clean the problems
I really like the founder, listed under the name Senada Greca, and thatās why I subscribed. While the exercises are great, the app is not designed for the most intuitive user experience. The biggest problem is that the app keeps logging me out and even doesnāt recognize my subscription. I find it very frustrating when I go to the gym and all of a sudden, I canāt use it. Thankfully, I am also subscribed to more reliable apps and able to do my workouts, but then - why am I paying for content I canāt access?

Deeply misleading and incredibly disappointing.
I signed up for WeRise after going through one of its click-funnel surveys, largely because I follow the founder on Instagram and genuinely respect her work. The marketing was extremely clear: this was presented as a program for people with very limited time ā even framed around having as little as 30 minutes a week to work out while still making meaningful progress. That promise was the entire reason I subscribed. I was explicit in the survey about what I needed: an efficient program that respected my time. Instead, once I paid for the app ā and was locked into a one-year subscription ā I found that the workouts being served to me were nowhere near what had been advertised. The shortest workouts were around 45 minutes, with many running well over an hour, and that was before adding the so-called āoptionalā warm-up or cool-down. To make matters worse, there was also a money-back guarantee tied to a trial period, yet my refund request was denied even though I made it within the 30-day window. So not only did the product fail to deliver what was promised, but the company also failed to honor the safety net that made the purchase feel lower-risk in the first place. The app itself is also clunky and frustrating to use. The user experience is poor, the onboarding feels manipulative, and the actual product does not match the sales pitch. This is not just disappointing ā it feels deceptive. Beware of the marketing. What is promised and what is delivered are not the same.

I enjoyed the app but when I was offered 50% off to continue I didnāt get it. I emailed We Rise and never heard back from them. Seems kind of like a scam.

We rise had a lot of potential. The workout routines are amazing, well-structured, easy to follow, and actually useful for different fitness levels. The exercises themselves are the strong point, and if that were all that mattered, this app would be an easy recommendation. But once you get into actually using it day to day, the experience falls apart. The app doesnāt reliably track your progress, which makes it hard to stay consistent or motivated. Sometimes past workouts disappear, other times theyāre not even saved properly. That kind of glitch just kills the whole point of using a fitness app in the first place. The interface doesnāt help either. The contrast between text and background is terrible, itās hard to read, especially in the middle of a workout when youāre just trying to glance at your phone quickly. You also donāt get clear info about your subscription. Thereās no obvious way to check when it ends or what exactly youāre paying for, which feels careless at best and shady at worst. The app also isnāt very flexible. Youāre kind of stuck with whatever plan it gives you, with not much room to customize based on your needs or preferences. It feels like a one-size-fits-all approach, and in 2025, that just doesnāt cut it anymore. In the end, it delivers great workouts, but the app itself gets in the way. With some serious updates, better tracking, UI fixes, and more user control, it could be a great tool. But right now, itās more frustrating than helpful. š¢
Five stars for workouts/One star for everything else
Each time the app is updated, there are more things wrong with it. I just want to workout but have to go through SO many steps just to get to it. Itās hard to find where you left off day to day. In addition, there are just not enough programs. I think Iāve done each gym weightlifting program three times. Iāve been in the app since its inception. Itās losing its luster.
Exceeded expectations
I'm very advanced with lifting and fitness. I don't have time for the gym and don't enjoy it. I have tried dozens of programs yet they all fall flat. Don't get things done or too jazzercise for me. These workout programs are phenomenal. Kick my butt and provide great variety. Currently just doing dumbbells and finding it is providing exactly what I need to fit my physically demanding and busy lifestyle.
Keeps kicking me off my lifetime subscription
This is the third time and it happens every time I'm about to work out at the gym. I paid for the lifetime subscription and havenāt had access to it without issue of it asking me to repay since early January. Iāve reached out to support, directly to Senada, nobody will help. About to report the charges to Amex and let them handle it.
Great start
I love the in app workouts. Being able to play your own music while listening to instructions is neat! Iāve completed some of the nutrition series and learnt a lot. I would like to see more in the way of macro goals (% and education) and meal plans I can follow directly. I still have to use MFP app then copy those macro stats over but itās unclear what my % goals are and why. Thank you for the awesome workouts. I definitely break a sweat šŖš¼
Complex home exercises
No option to trial to see if the plans are for you. Doesnāt state what equipment needed on plans have to click through the whole plan exercise by exercise to work it out ahead of starting. The ones that say dumbbell only have multiple exercises involving a bench - a chair doesnāt work the same. You try and switch the exercise and half if not all other options are using gym equipment (when youāre enrolled on the HOME workout!). Not what you need or want when youāve paid for the simplicity of just following a plan and wanting to get on with it. Some of the exercises and warm ups are unnecessarily complicated with little to no explanation on how to do them properly encouraging injury and quitting.
Please fix!
There seems to be a bug for some of the Pilates classes - two audio tracks play at the same time ?
Loving it!
Iām loving this app so far! I feel like a rockstar even after 30 minutes of training. Itās efficient and easy to follow. I love the nutrition as well. I feel like this is something I can stick with instead of getting bored after a few weeks. Iāve followed Senada for a long time on socials and Iām stoked that she has a concrete program I can follow daily!
Paid Lifetime subscription- no access after 2 months
Love the guides, been using for working out for 2 years. Paid for a Lifetime membership when they had a deal November 16th. January 16th I canāt access anymore. Page shows my payment for lifetime subscription and also says āhas no access to platformā. So disappointed. Been trying to get help, but no response or fix from support still. Fix the bugs!

Not enough new content to keep me interested in opening this app to workout. I wonāt be renewing as I barely use it and find myself motivated to use other apps and workouts.
Great but needs work
This is a great app especially for beginners who are new in the gym and not sure what to do or use for what muscle area your working on. There are how ever a few things that may need fixing, starting with the self care videos, the few I was able to watch were great and very motivating and nice to listen to, but I was only able to watch 3 videos before it stopped playing for me. It literally just shows a black screen no sound and thatās it. I even updated the app and still nothing. An other thing that I hope happens is that the work outs may need to be organized better, I donāt have an at home gym with special machines, I use a gym open to the public; the last time I completed a day it used one specific machine and then would move on to a different exercise before having me go back to that same machine again about maybe 3 or 4 times I ended up having to go back to the machine. It had me do cable seated rows, then crunches, then rope pull downs, then leg raises, then cable face pulls, then table top rows, I get the purpose because sometimes while ārestingā after a specific exercise you do a different exercise so your body doesnāt fully relax too much but I canāt just lay in the middle of a aisle at the gym to complete and exercise itās hazardous and selfish to take up space like that. Last but not least, Iām not sure of maybe Iām missing something or not but I wish there was a way to switch out exercises mid session that would be great for when I do last minute gym sessions with someone else and when they canāt do a certain machine or exercise I always want to try and accommodate while not sacrificing me working on the muscle. Iāve never tried the recipe part of the app but they seem pretty solid and great when trying to look for some healthy ideas.
An easy way to commit to hard work
Iāve tried other apps and this is the most simple app to use for a challenging workout program without distraction. Iām addicted!
Terrible app - Charges after you cancel!
This is one of the worst apps and website Iāve used. I loved working out with Sandra, but the app and website itself is absolutely awful. Basic tasks like canceling a subscription or deleting an account are a nightmare. On top of that, Iāve been randomly charged for subscriptions I never renewed, for me to contact my bank to block the charges. Even after requesting my account to be deleted, theyāve continued trying to take money from me. This app and website feel deceptive and completely unreliable.
Good workout app
I must say that I thoroughly enjoy these exquisitely challenging workouts. My only complaint is that there is no sound to indicate that the timer is done. Difficult to know if you are down when in a position that you canāt see your phone or you donāt have your phone directly beside you to be able to track the seconds. Iām hoping that will be fixed, otherwise I may consider something else. But truly, otherwise I love it.
Logged out unexpectedly
Iām at the gym and on day 4 after paying and being new but they logged me out. Thereās no way to log back in unless I buy the program again which I just bought 4 days ago.
This app is super glitchy
Your videos will spin forever and I love the programs and message this app gives but when you can not use the app properly it is alittle sad to spend so much money just to end up frustrated.

No audio / verbal instructions
Unfortunately this isnāt transparently shared at the onset. Leaves me unsure of what Iām doing and if Iām hitting the right area(s) during exercise.
Glitchy
Not the first time I had to contact support for glitches now I canāt even access my challenge but everything else is working. Shouldnāt charge people for something that doesnāt work properly.
