Awful customer support. Redundant program.
Customer service has been very slow to respond to inquiries. It is all over email. There is no other way to talk to anyone. It is generic responses so probably AI. The app is glitchy and workouts redundant.
Great workouts
Great app, easy to use, good workouts that change everyday so you dont get bored. Taking one star off because of love a way to track load progression or even for the app to prompt you on it.
Lacks A lot
The app lacks so much. The timer pauses if I want to just quickly change my music. Beyond that the pauses the timer causes in music to count down is super irritating. I should be able to have the option of adding an additional circuit while I’m in the workout. It doesn’t show how much time has lapsed consistently. I also should be able to go back and see what workouts I did. I would like the ability to log weight and measurements as well.
Stuck on subscription screen after free trial – iOS issue?
Loved this app on Android before – awesome workouts and really helpful nutrition plans. Came back to try the 1-week free trial on iPhone. After signing up, the app is frozen on the “Get 1 Week FREE” payment page. Nothing loads, no workouts, no plans – just stuck. Restarted app and phone, still the same. Super disappointed because the content is great. Please fix this bug so the trial actually works on iOS. Right now it’s unusable. 4 stars for the good programs I remember from Android.

Terrible customer service
Customer service is absolutely awful, it takes multiple attempts to get a response and then they ignore the question in the email. Absolutely not worth it.

Was much better
I really liked this app before when the vidoes were big enough to see the exercises because that was key in doing the movements correctly. Now that it’s so tiny I can’t see it and I don’t know how to enlarge it and not sure I will be able to know how the exercises are done which is very bad since the personal trainer is virtual so I am at risk of injury.
Good but too expensive
It's a really good app but at £28 a month it's way too expensive!

For once an app that challenges you, changes daily and makes you want to get up to workout.
Disappointed
I was so excited about using this exercise app but it froze from the start. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. I also was not able to get support from the app maker. They would not refund my money either. Poor customer service…
8 year subscriber
Great full body workouts. I wish there was a setting to give us 5 days of just full body workouts because I feel so energized and fit after each full body session
Need help
I love the app and the exercises but for some reason it’s not recognizing my payment (next payment due is the 10th next month) and doesn’t allow me to use it and there is no contact form anywhere in the webpage . If I try to buy it again (and it’s not a cheap app) it doesn’t allow me since I have a subscription , but the app doesn’t recognize it and is asking me to pay again . Please help!

Enjoying first few weeks
I’ve only been using this app for a couple weeks now. I really enjoy how easily you can switch the workouts from home, gym, or travel. I like how the workouts seem simple but work all the right areas.
Scam
This app is awful. Not only is it glitchy, but the customer service is awful. Despite cancelling as required by the terms and conditions, I continue to be charged monthly for this app that I no longer have access to. This is a scam. Stay away!! Madeline Moves is much better!!
Love it
Gave me confidence to hit the gym! Loved not having to think about what to do, it’s all in the app! Wish we used a bit more machines. Highly recommend!!
Love this app
AC program is great - app a little glitchy. Could be improved with being able to lock phone whilst working out with the in built timer and when switching between 30 and 60 minute programs it usually shuts down and have to reopen!

Great results
I love the app and excercises. It’s been almost one year since I started working out with Alexia Clark. I’ve seen the results, however, after several months, it is becoming a bit boring. I would love to see different excercises, techniques and workouts soon.
Excellent training program
Alexia’s system is challenging and constantly changing to keep the program interesting and engaging. It is easy to modify based on current abilities.
Impossible to Cancel
The app is impossible to cancel and when I emailed them I got condescending replies from a smart aleck. Guess I’ll be stuck paying for a useless app the rest of my life. I’ll include them in my prayers since they have apparently fell on hard times and need every cent they can get.
Great workouts!
Just would like to be able to go to another circuit and go back to the previous one. At the gym sometimes the machine needed is not available so I would do the next circuit instead and do the first after. Other than that, it’s really great!
Love these workouts!
I usually do 3 circuit's, and if time permits, I'll do the challenge. I deal with a nerve/balance condition- vestibular neuritis. This program has given me energy and strength I have never had before. Helps manage the condition, I no longer feeling sorry for myself. 54yrs old, in the best shape of MY LIFE!
These workouts kick my butt!!!
I love this app but the latest update to the app is really irritating. There is absolutely no way to pause the timers anymore if the workout gets interrupted by a phone call or something; the time switching between exercises is too short to change equipment especially with the lack of ability to pause; and lastly, I used to be able to switch back and forth between the gym/home version in the middle of the workout/between circuits (according to the equipment I have) without losing progress on the workout….but now you have to start the workout over. Please change these things back. Everything else has been pretty great up until now.
Great app- just expensive
Love the app and the workouts, flexibility, home/gym options and how no two weeks are the same. I just find it double the price of comparable apps which may eventually lead me to keep looking…

Beware of renewal
I paid for a one year subscription and didn’t realize Alexia Clark sets these accounts up for auto renewal. I never received any notice about the time for renewal. My credit card was charged full price for the following year and as soon as I realized it, which was within days of the charge, I reached out to Alexia Clark to see if I could cancel and get a refund. She would not do any refund amount for the future year. It’s terrible customer service. Buyer be warned!

Best w/o app I’ve tried!
I love that you can customize the wo that best fits your needs. You can change the length, amount of reps, and the actual wo to its alternative. And.. you can listen to Spotify at the same time!
No account still charging me
I did a trial 2 years ago and then cancelled my account. The last two years this app has charged my credit card a renewal fee. I have no account with them and my subscription has been cancelled through iTunes yet they are STILL using my credit card. Buyer beware!!!
Keeps me on task!
Great app for home workouts, builds great results. The app keeps me going with the automatic timing and custom settings. It’s great for getting the workout done with the lease amount of fuss. Detailed form guides are also helpful.

Total scam!!!
Do not give this women your credit card number, they will continue to charge your credit card without authorization and refuse to provide a refund even one day after the charge you never approved in the first place. Beware and read the bbb reviews before thinking about getting this app. There are many more much better apps out there! Stick with sweat app it’s way better and less glitchy.they are also a lot more honest and trustworthy !!
Nice App
It just stalls after a while as I scroll through the exercises to see what I need to do because I do not gym with my phone. Otherwise it is great.
